  1. Fine photos.

You will miss him more and more as time goes by, what happens is the saddness turns to smiles as the years go by.

When us kids now speak of my father the tears are gone and the laughter seems to go on forever.

It’s a great feeling just thinking of my dad.

Nice tribute, may he rest in peace.

  2. Thanks for allowing us to be there like this…sure felt like that, viewing those pictures.

God bless him, you and your family.

America was well served…I hate to see good men like this go.

  3. Eat Your Okra: thank you very much for visiting, please return frequently, and thank you for your kind comment.

RGR: thank you sir. I have some wonderful photos coming of my father flying planes, training, etc., from WWII. Just found them, have to scan them. They are classic.

  4. BZ, a salute to your father, and also to you. I told you your pictures would be great, and they are. Your father watches over you now, but then, he always has. Fond memories will overpower the grief as time passes. Meanwhile, know that you are in our hearts and prayers.

  5. This is my first visit to your blog and I will be back. Beautiful tribute that brought tears to my eyes.

Thank you seems never enough, but I send it anyway.
    Leslie
