The week’s likely final political post (I’ll be otherwise occupied by working Freedom Fest with the SHR Media Network team) is one of Leftist philosophy not only run amok but truly moving into the dangerous category.

It is a story of, well, let me be honest: a Leftist mother trying to mindfuck her two sons. Crude, yes, but I believe a totally appropriate encapsulation of the situation involving people very close to her. Sadly, her very own family. Specifically, her two young teenage sons.

And she’s pissed because it’s not working as she’d trained them. In fact, it may have created quite the opposite affect.

Let’s start at the start, with the original article back in September of 2016.

My teen boys are blind to rape culture

by Jody Allard

“Oh boy,” my son said, rolling his eyes. “Not rape culture again.”

We were sitting around the dinner table talking about the news. As soon as I mentioned the Stanford sexual assault case, my sons looked at each other. They knew what was coming. They’ve been listening to me talk about consent, misogyny and rape culture since they were tweens. They listened to me then, but they are 16 and 18 now and they roll their eyes and argue when I talk to them about sexism and misogyny.

“There’s no such thing as rape culture,” my other son said. “You say everything is about rape culture or sexism.”

I never imagined I would raise boys who would become men like these.

Stop. Read that over again: “I never imagined I would raise boys who would become men like these.”

Leftist translation: people who didn’t automatically buy into and keep a tight grip on the quite one-sided philosophy I’d attempted to ingrain into their wheelhouses over the years. The indoctrination hasn’t stuck. Therefore they are bad boys. Soon to be very bad men. Get that: bad men.

I never imagined I would raise boys who would become men like these. Men who deny rape culture, or who turn a blind eye to sexism. Men who tell me I’m being too sensitive or that I don’t understand what teenage boys are like. “You don’t speak out about this stuff, mom,” they tell me with a sigh. “It’s just not what teenagers do.”

Shame on them for speaking like this. Shame on them for wanting to actually enjoy their young lives and their teens and not quivering in abject fear of encountering life thinking that everyone and everything is out to penetrate, hurt and kill you.

It’s too uncomfortable to separate themselves from the pack so they continue to at least dip their toes into toxic masculinity.

Allard won’t be honest to you and me about this, so I’ll be honest for her. What she means has nothing to do with situational toxicity. She means that all masculinity is toxic. She’ll stand on her platform of victimhood slitting her wrists in public and readily damning everyone around her — but she won’t step into the light of honesty and clarity, two elements I highly prize.

My son didn’t call out his friend. He didn’t remind him that lack of enthusiastic consent means there is no consent. He didn’t say a word to him about consent at all, other than to ask the initial question, and that inaction hung heavy in the room between us. My sons, who are good boys and who know all about consent, do not speak out about consent. Not when it’s uncomfortable. Not when it might jeopardize their social standing. My sons who hate hearing about their own privilege nestle inside it like a blanket and accuse me of making up its existence.

As I said about various other SJW topics, the trend has been this:

  • From tolerance,
  • To acceptance,
  • To advocacy.

If you are not an active advocate of every SJW issue and then some, you are subject to all possible means of belittling, shame, censorship or even violence — justified as it would be by their superior sense of Leftist righteousness. Even, in this case, the public — yes, the public — shaming and potential destruction of a Leftist woman’s own children. Children who are not mentally prepared to fight you in a public venue and likely have absolutely no interest in doing so. You are their mother. That is how your sons see you first and foremost.

To you it makes no difference. They exist but to be made negative examples of in your world. Your relationship means nothing. They are now no more than tools you apply to a particular SJW problem. With a very specific point: you see them as the problem. You say so clearly. You get to use them.

My sons are part of the problem.

They’d rather just see you as Mom.

Allow me to stop again. The following paragraph needs to be included in my post.

I’m a survivor of rape and sexual abuse. My sons know this like they know I was once a reporter and I love curries and coffee. But they have never been sexually abused, and they can’t fathom what it’s like to stand in a scalding hot shower trying to burn away the touch of a stranger’s hands. I’ve told them why dismantling rape culture is so important to me, but they will never truly understand how survivors feel.

Jody, I am sorry for your past. It was an evil act perpetrated by an evil person. I know crime. I know evil. I know what it looks like and what it smells like. I know how and why it operates. I’ve spoken to many a woman like you. I’ve fought it for 41 years. I suspect that’s possibly longer than you’ve been on the planet. I’ve investigated sexual assault cases. I’ve investigated child abuse cases. I’ve investigated homicides. I’m sorry for your past. But you use your past like a battering ram and, now, against your own children. You feel entitled to do so. They’ve stepped “out of line” so now the gloves are off.

I sense something here, and it is quite very disturbing. I sense that you really wouldn’t mind if your sons experienced something precisely like you did. More on that later.

In your superior and all-knowing SJW way, you have the luxury of being an absolutist. I had no such luxury whatsoever when I investigated these crimes. Because on whomever I focused I had the potential to truly destroy utterly and with finality. Your current ability to destroy, in fact, pales to my past abilities  I had the power of incarceration and the complete removal of most freedoms whatsoever. To place people into an environment I’ll touch upon below.

You’re under no such obligation. You don’t have the responsibility. That’s a massive luxury the likes of which I don’t believe you appreciate. I also believe you don’t appreciate the truth. Violent crime in the 1990s, when I was active in detectives, was booming. Since that time crime — and rape — trended down markedly. It is only now, since around 2014 or so, beginning to trend back up but for entirely different reasons than in the 1990s.

I’ll let you in on a dirty little secret as well, Allard. Roughly 40% of the rape claims of women investigated by my department in the 1990s were false. Regrets, guilt or untenable social positions. But we were told by our superiors to not let this cat out of the bag, mention it to no one and, further, take no action whatsoever against those pretenders who wasted our time, forced us to spend taxpayer dollars and usually ended up skulking out the doors with lowered heads. Rightly so. It would have had a “chilling effect” we were told. The only “chilling effect” was upon the women who were true victims. False claims denigrated and, in a way, raped these women a second time. Men didn’t do that. The women did that.

But this is where you cross the line.

I wanted to believe that sharing my experience with them would make them understand. And even more important, that understanding would breed action; but that’s where the disconnect arose. My sons understand, as best as teenage boys can. But they aren’t willing to sacrifice their own comfort for my sake, or for anyone else. When it comes to speaking out against rape culture and questioning their own ideas and behavior, they become angry and defensive.

Not all men, they remind me, and my guts wrench as my own sons mimic the vitriol of a thousand online trolls.

“They remind me.” “Not all men.” And it’s “trolling” to dare to possess the temerity to remind women that not all men are rapists. This is where you became unhinged, Allard. You reveal your own damage in the final paragraph.

And in this broken system, anyone who isn’t with us is against us. Particularly, and especially, men. Even my own sons — even yours. It’s not enough to teach our sons about consent; we have to encourage them to have the courage to speak out against rape culture, too.

Allard has, since September, decided to double down on the attacks on her sons with a recent July 6th article in (that’s called a clue):

I’m Done Pretending Men Are Safe (Even My Sons)

I have two sons. They are strong and compassionate—the kind of boys other parents are glad to meet when their daughters bring them home for dinner. They are good boys, in the ways good boys are, but they are not safe boys. I’m starting to believe there’s no such thing.

Meaning: my sons are rapists. They just haven’t done it yet. But they will. They are men.

I wrote an essay in The Washington Post last year, during the height of the Brock Turner case, about my sons and rape culture. I didn’t think it would be controversial when I wrote it; I was sure most parents grappled with raising sons in the midst of rape culture.

Again, not one toe in reality. I’ll wager most parents are not thinking their sons are nothing more than rapists-in-waiting.

One of my sons was hurt by my words, although he’s never told me so. He doesn’t understand why I lumped him and his brother together in my essay. He sees himself as the “good” one, the one who is sensitive and thoughtful, and who listens instead of reacts. He doesn’t understand that even quiet misogyny is misogyny, and that not all sexists sound like Twitter trolls. He is angry at me now, although he won’t admit that either, and his anger led him to conservative websites and YouTube channels; places where he can surround himself with righteous indignation against feminists, and tell himself it’s ungrateful women like me who are the problem.

How joyous to come to realize that your own mother only tolerates you on good days and despises you on bad days.

And remember, “conservative websites” and YouTube channels do nothing but provide those of dim mind a “righteous indignation.” There is no room for discussion or for any kind of viewpoint other than Allard’s. Just ask her.

I’ll wager, Allard, that you well and truly do not know how your sons feel about you.

But wait; there’s more buttery Leftist goodness coming where not just paintbrushes are utilized but massive rollers. Check this:

I know I’m not supposed to cast an entire sex with a single paint brush — not all men, I’m sure some readers are thinking and preparing to type or tweet. But if it’s impossible for a white person to grow up without adopting racist ideas, simply because of the environment in which they live, how can I expect men not to subconsciously absorb at least some degree of sexism? White people aren’t safe, and men aren’t safe, no matter how much I’d like to assure myself that these things aren’t true.

At least she said it outright.

  • All men are rapists, and
  • All Caucasoids are racists

Hey, Allard? Hold up you’re hand. You’re a Cauc. But wait again. That makes her sons the worst of the worst. They are inherent sexists, rapists and racists, all in one.

My God woman, how could they have sprung from your liberated loins? The shame, the rush of revulsion you must feel. Then this surprising bit of honesty on her part.

I’m through wasting my time on people who are more interested in ideas than feelings, and I’m through pretending these people, these men, are safe.

Translated: facts mean nothing. Feelings mean everything. Do you finally get it, folks?

Her articles should be read. We need to understand well and truly how people like her think and how it distorts their world and permeates every fiber of their being and every second of their lives. Interesting reactions can be found here and here and here and here as well.

Thank God not all women live in the demented and stilted world in which Allard lives.

Jody Allard, I’m closing with this; I referred to it above. I sensed something in your articles, in your philosophies, in your manner and in your writings, and I believe it is deeply disturbing. You are here, you exist, to make points. Points that, in my opinion, not only involve you but overwhelm you. I sense that you really wouldn’t mind if your sons experienced something on the order of what you did. Up to and until then they can never understand which is why, in your world, in my opinion, you’d not mind if more men were raped. You get your wish, you know, every day.

In men’s prisons. It’s what they do.

They are criminals and they are evil.

Evil exists. I am sorry it visited you.

Please don’t visit it upon others.

Please not your sons.

And Jody Allard, I have not even touched the subject of boys and young men being coerced or forced into sex by older women or women in power. Sadly, however, in my opinion, I don’t believe you carry the capacity to think this is the most remote of issues.

Why DC has turned to shite Mon, 17 Jul 2017 11:47:57 +0000 Continue reading ]]> I’ve said it for over six months and, despite that, some elements of the media are just now beginning to catch up. And that is this.

The Demorats, the DNC, Leftists and the American Media Maggots themselves have not been able to psychologically migrate from November 8th, 2016 to November 9th, 2016.

As in: Hillary Rodham Clinton should be president and we — all of us — cannot possibly believe that the man with the dead orange cat on his head is in charge of anything at all.

From the

The One Sentence That Explains Washington Dysfunction

by Matthew Continetti

The other day Senator Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania explained why Republicans are having such trouble with health care. Speaking at a town hall during the July 4 recess, Toomey said, “I didn’t expect Donald Trump to win. I think most of my colleagues didn’t. So we didn’t expect to be in this situation.”

No kidding. I too can report that, from June 16, 2015, to November 8, 2016, the feeling among the elected officials, party functionaries, consultants, strategists, and journalists in our nation’s capital was that Donald J. Trump stood no chance of becoming president of the United States. And because the political elite held this view with such self-assurance, with all the egotism and snobbery and moral puffery and snarkiness that distinguishes itself as a class, it did not spend more than a second, if that, thinking through the possible consequences of a Trump victory.

I repeat, at the risk of being repetitive, live and direct from the Department of Redundancy Dept., what I’ve said for at least nine months. Absolutely no one was prepared for or anticipated Donald Trump to win.

“I didn’t expect Donald Trump to win. I think most of my colleagues didn’t. So we didn’t expect to be in this situation.”

Please allow me to translate EstabliHack GOP Speak for you: “we didn’t expect Donald Trump to win so we essentially prepared nothing, thinking we’d be riding on more of the standard ‘talk much/do little’ strategy so customary with Establishment Republicans.”

That also accounts, you see, for the GOP having no cogent, conservative, logical alternative to ObamaKare prepared on paper though all of the candidates swore — as did the entire GOP itself — to repeal and replace the ACA.

Just as the Demorats were convinced Hillary Clinton would clap her canky little ankles up the White House steps, so were the Republicans convinced that Meb Bushney or Lindike Grahabee would settle a derriere behind the Resolution desk.

Not so, boys and girls, not so.

Further, all the oinking DC piglets lining up at the trough on both sides of the aisle have had their muzzles occasionally pulled from the DC nipple in a most disconcerting fashion and they are anything but pleased. The man with the dead orange cat on his head has most certainly upset the proverbial apple cart and, frankly, couldn’t care less who is affected, donk or phant.

This accounts for the true underminers on both sides to have wound up and pitched their most hellish opposition to damn near everything Trump has wanted to do. Internal squabbles Inside Power don’t help, either.

Despite all of this ridiculous shite President Trump has managed to do just a bit of politicking and directing which has resulted in any number of corporations deciding to stay stateside, a nice stock market, an uptick in jobs, an accountable VA, an exquisite Supreme Court selection, a reduction in illegal immigration from Mexico, an increase in deportations, the curtains finally having been pulled back on the American Media Maggots, an improvement in military and national confidence and the wholesale elimination of any number of executive orders penned by one Barack Hussein Obama.

All in six months.

Then there’s this: the absolute stark explosion of raving moonbattery from the Demorats and Leftists.

Why stop there? Pelosi so perfectly typifies and embodies the current status of the Demorats today: disjointed, stuttering, rambling, going nowhere and accomplishing nothing yet making a loud noise doing so. The abject moonbattery is quite delicious.

To that I can only add that I’ll gladly do for the Demorats what I’ve offered to do for the American Media Maggots: pleasantly allow them to commit seppuku. I’ll cheerfully be their second as well and suggest lovingly where and how to make that second very important sword cut.

Impeachment for Trump? Hardly. All the Demorats are doing is, thankfully, unraveling and unfocusing. 2018 is starting to look better and better.

Bravo, Demorats and GOP EstabliHacks.

We see you.

Islam offered as an excuse for murder leniency here in the U.S. Fri, 14 Jul 2017 08:28:37 +0000 Continue reading ]]> Islamic baby killer, excused by Cook County prosecutors. “She’s just an ignorant Muslim.” Right? Who cares about the infant? Not Muslims.

“It can’t happen here.”

You said it wouldn’t come here, Leftists.

You insisted it wouldn’t be here, Leftists.

You’re wrong. It’s here already. The excuses for murders committed in the name of Islam. And worse: the murder of an infant excused under the convenience of Islam.

From the

Probation for mom who dropped infant to death from 8th-floor window

by Jeff Mayes and Rummana Hussain

A woman who dropped her infant daughter to her death from an eighth-floor window in Uptown so her parents wouldn’t know she was pregnant has pleaded guilty and been sentenced to four years’ probation.

In and of itself, a social outrage. Are you kidding me?

Mubashra Uddin, who was 19 when she was charged with first-degree murder in 2015, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter, according to Cook County state’s attorney’s office spokeswoman Tandra Simonton.

On its face, a good decision. Prison time is necessary. In order to make an example and an impression.

But wait.

Judge Carol Howard sentenced Uddin to 48 months’ probation on Thursday and ordered her to pay a $579 fine. She was given credit for 603 days served in the Cook County Jail.

A baby’s life is worth precisely $579. That would be acceptable to me if only all Muslim lives were so devalued here in America, but that is not so. Fair is only fair.

Islam is now an official excuse for violence and murder in these United States. Thanks to Judge Carol Howard. She has, for one thing, a history of being anti-common sense. She also acquitted a man of animal torture. And Judge Howard condones this:

Assistant State’s Attorney Patrick Turnock said the infant had suffered skull fractures, a spinal fracture, broken left shoulder, fractured left and right ribs, and a lacerated aorta, as well as damage to other internal organs, prosecutors have said.

An autopsy found she died of multiple blunt force injuries and ruled her death a homicide, the medical examiner’s office said.

But hey, no problemo, the mother is a Muslim, she has a ready excuse, yes?

Uddin gave birth to a 7-pound, 11-ounce girl in her bedroom while her 10-year-old sister slept in the same room, Turnock said.

Minutes later, Uddin heard her mother approaching the room, so she opened the window, held the baby out head first and released her, according to the prosecutor.

Head first.

The infant struck pavement at 48 mph from that height, head first, with 1,176 joules of energy at impact.

Well hell, after all, that’s what any and every woman would do when trapped, right?

Uddin received treatment for depression in Cook County Jail, according to Barry Sheppard.

And in the meantime her infant received treatment for?

Oh yeah.

A brutal eighth floor concrete impact.

No problem.

She’s a Muslim.

Ready excuse.

Nothing to see here.

SCOTUS ruling on the First Amendment Thu, 13 Jul 2017 22:31:25 +0000 Continue reading ]]> Sadly, this slipped by me until now.

The US Supreme just recently released a terribly important opinion on a First Amendment case,

One that will and has upset and pissed off Leftists nationally and globally.

From the

Supreme Court unanimously reaffirms: There is no ‘hate speech’ exception to the First Amendment

by Eugene Volokh

From today’s opinion by Justice Samuel Alito (for four justices) in Matal v. Tam, the “Slants” case:

[The idea that the government may restrict] speech expressing ideas that offend … strikes at the heart of the First Amendment. Speech that demeans on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, age, disability, or any other similar ground is hateful; but the proudest boast of our free speech jurisprudence is that we protect the freedom to express “the thought that we hate.”

Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote separately, also for four justices, but on this point the opinions agreed:

A law found to discriminate based on viewpoint is an “egregious form of content discrimination,” which is “presumptively unconstitutional.” … A law that can be directed against speech found offensive to some portion of the public can be turned against minority and dissenting views to the detriment of all. The First Amendment does not entrust that power to the government’s benevolence. Instead, our reliance must be on the substantial safeguards of free and open discussion in a democratic society.

Yes. You read that right. This was a unanimous decision, 8 to 0 (Neil Gorsuch was not on the court when the case was argued). The US Supreme Court incontrovertibly and undeniably upheld our right to free speech. Even the Leftists.

How sad to think that I would — even for one moment — be concerned about this case, as clear to me as it appeared.

And the justices made clear that speech that some view as racially offensive is protected not just against outright prohibition but also against lesser restrictions. In Matal, the government refused to register “The Slants” as a band’s trademark, on the ground that the name might be seen as demeaning to Asian Americans. The government wasn’t trying to forbid the band from using the mark; it was just denying it certain protections that trademarks get against unauthorized use by third parties. But even in this sort of program, the court held, viewpoint discrimination — including against allegedly racially offensive viewpoints — is unconstitutional. And this no-viewpoint-discrimination principle has long been seen as applying to exclusion of speakers from universities, denial of tax exemptions to nonprofits, and much more.

In other words, speech that simply makes you “uncomfortable” and prompts you to head for your “safe space” is still protected speech in these United States of America, no matter what anyone happens to say or think on US college campuses.

I wonder, however, what would happen if I were to attempt to register “The Crackas” as my band’s trademark when it consisted of all Caucasoids?

Oh yes. This: not one fuck given or one shit proffered.

GOWPs. Guilty Overeducated White People.

Even Noam Chomsky believes in free speech, and on campuses.

My final comment: were you aware that the United States of America is one of the very, very few Western Civilization countries left that does not have a “hate speech” law guaranteeing prosecution of that vastly nebulous phrase?

Be thankful.

Be very, very thankful.

But be very, very mindful.

Vigilante: right or wrong? Thu, 13 Jul 2017 07:08:23 +0000 Continue reading ]]> This video is a, of all places, creation.

From the website:

Justin Payne is a self-proclaimed vigilante who spends his nights pretending to be a 13-year-old boy online. He is intent on shaming every pedophile who falls for his trap. With help from his cameraman Gerry, the duo have publicly shamed hundreds of sexual predators and have been a thorn in the side of local law enforcement.

Watch the video.

So: is the man right or wrong for doing this?

Is this nothing more than abject and horrible entrapment?

Or is he justified and warranted in conducting himself in this fashion?

My opinion is this: unless breaking a very specific Canadian law, then he is fully justified in doing this on behalf of children whose lives were on the cusp of being utterly destroyed.

Let me step back for a moment.

In the 1990s I was a detective in my department’s Child Abuse Bureau. I was recruited by other detectives to work in that unit. While there I learned what an enormous scourge was pedophilia, how rampant it is and how persons you might not have suspected were pedophiles, to include Lewis Carroll and Arthur C. Clarke. Perhaps even your friend next door or your uncle.

America’s worst pedophile was a Delaware pediatrician named Earl Bradley who, on June 23, 2011, was convicted on 24 counts of a consolidated indictment (which originally contained 529 counts): 14 counts of rape, seven counts of assault, and three counts of sexual exploitation of a child. Note: he was a pediatrician. Perfect placement. He could have been your pediatrician.

Whilst in Child Abuse I acquired lengthier sentences upon conviction there than I did in Homicide. [I did, at one time, hold the California record for longest sentence obtained in a case when a man, on multiple, multiple counts of serial robbery, received 800+ years.]

Child abusers are particularly despicable because they not only utilize their superior physical strength against children — up to and including murder — but even perhaps a more evil and insidious element that I term the “mindfuck” aspect of child abuse. That is to say, willingly and cunningly utilizing the clever and devious adult mind against the undeveloped and defenseless mind of a child.

That is why organizations such as NAMBLA are beyond loathsome, but they are not the only organized effort to norm sexual relations with children. There are many more. While writing for the AbsoluteZeroUnited website in the 1990s I was sued by a pedophile who compiled my personal information and then released it on the internet. He did not win his suit.

Frankly, I would recommend you browse through the back history of the AbsoluteZeroUnited site, an anti-pedo point in the blogosphere, so that you can see (if you’ve the stomach) how strident and insistent and depraved are advocates of pedophilia. And to what ends they will go in order to justify, norm and reconcile pedophilia.

It is an axiom in Child Abuse: “not everyone who was abused will abuse, but everyone who abuses was abused.”

US Kabuki Theater Pt VIII: Thu, 13 Jul 2017 01:06:27 +0000 Continue reading ]]> This is the continuation of a series of posts dealing with issues where some individuals in the United States government are attempting to hold at least a portion of the rest of the federal government accountable and responsible for its actions and inactions. The public displays we find, however, are not unlike the most bizarre of Kabuki Theater or Theater of the Absurd.

Here, the late Justice Antonin Scalia speaks with Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday regarding originalism, textualism, purposivism and gun control.

This is just 1/9th of 1/3rd of our government confirming and upholding our basic freedoms. Further, let me state: this is the best of our government in action. Our government at work. What we pay it to do.

Please remember, ladies and gentlemen, these are your federal tax dollars either

  1. At work, or
  2. Pissed away with abandon

More to come.

We had the luxury of speaking to fellow SHR Media Network radio host, author and blogger Jeff Dunetz, of the, for the entire two hours of the show — despite the fact that it was way past bedtime for Jeff as he lives on the east coast and was kept up until 1 AM. Massive Radio Trooper Points to Jeff if for no other reason than that.

Tonight in the Saloon:

  • Jeff talks about having pissed off French people on a cruise;
  • We learn that Jeff started out life as a child and was breast-fed through falsies;

James Comey, leaker of classified US information Wed, 12 Jul 2017 01:05:14 +0000 Continue reading ]]> Oh, what a tangled web we weave, former FBI Director James Brien Comey, when we practice to deceive and decide to play politics from a position that should, theoretically, be the least political of any in Washington DC.

A web you created, sir, when you opened a political door that you walked through and, now, others appear to be walking through that very same door you opened. It does not bode well for you, Mr Comey.

Comey’s private memos on Trump conversations contained classified material

by John Solomon

More than half of the memos former FBI Director James Comey wrote as personal recollections of his conversations with President Trump about the Russia investigation have been determined to contain classified information, according to interviews with officials familiar with the documents.

Just when the “bombshell news” today is about Donald Trump Jr’s nothing-burger emails (a ridiculous act in itself), the real news goes purposely uncovered. Representative Jason Chaffetz knows what’s happening.

This revelation raises the possibility that Comey broke his own agency’s rules and ignored the same security protocol that he publicly criticized Hillary Clinton over in the waning days of the 2016 presidential election.

Comey testified last month before the Senate Intelligence Committee that he considered the memos to be personal documents and that he shared at least one of them with a friend. He asked that friend, a law professor at Columbia University, to leak information from one memo to the news media in hopes of increasing pressure to get a special prosecutor named in the Russia case after Comey was fired as FBI director.

Comey insisted in his testimony he believed his personal memos were unclassified, though he hinted one or two documents he created might have been contained classified information.

Hinted. I see.

But when the seven memos Comey wrote regarding his nine conversations with Trump about Russia earlier this year were shown to Congress in recent days, the FBI claimed all were, in fact, deemed to be government documents.

While the Comey memos have been previously reported, this is the first time there has been a number connected to the amount of memos the ex-FBI chief wrote.

Except that now there is a problem. Solomon continues to write:

Four of the memos had markings making clear they contained information classified at the secret or confidential level, according to officials directly familiar with the matter.

A spokesman for the FBI on Sunday declined to comment.

FBI policy forbids any agent from releasing classified information or any information from ongoing investigations or sensitive operations without prior written permission, and it mandates that all records created during official duties are considered to be government property.

I myself had to sign a document which stated in part, “Unauthorized disclosure, misuse, or negligent handling of information contained in the files, electronic or paper, of the FBI or which I may acquire as an employee of the FBI could impair national security, place human life in jeopardy, result in the denial of due process, prevent the FBI from effectively discharging its responsibilities, or violate federal law. and all information acquired by me in connection with my official duties with the FBI and all official material to which I have access remain the property of the United States of America.”

The American Media Maggots are primarily avoiding this story like the plague because there is otherwise Trump Russian blood in the water. So sayeth the New York Times and CNN. More Russia Russia Russia. Fox News, however, addressed the issue with Kellyanne Conway.

Solomon finally writes:

In order to make an assessment, congressional investigators will have to tackle key questions, such as where and how the memos were created, including whether they were written on an insecure computer or notepad; where and how the memos were stored, such as inside Comey’s home, in a briefcase or on an insecure laptop; whether any memos were shown to private individuals without a security clearance and whether those memos contained any classified information; and when was it determined by the government that the memos contained classified information — before Comey took them and shared one or after.

Jay Sekulow of the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) indicated Comey may have violated, at minimum, four laws (one a very clear and unequivocal felony) to include:

  • 18 USC 793(E), the espionage act making it a felony for a person with “unauthorized access or possession to convey it to an unauthorized person;”
  • 18 USC 793(G); conspiracy provision under the espionage act;
  • 18 USC 371; generally criminalizes the conspiracy to violate any federal criminal law;
  • Executive Order (EO) 13526 (2009); policies and procedures for identifying and safeguarding classified information.

Okay, another exception: the also reported the information about civilian James Comey.

But of course this isn’t an issue because it doesn’t involve Trump and Russia.

I suspect it’s going to be quite the serious issue with James Comey, however.
