<p><span style="color: #008000;"><strong>(Washington, DC)</strong> – Judicial Watch announced U.S. District Court Judge Reggie B. Walton instructed the Justice Department to immediately begin producing records about DOJ communications with Nellie Ohr, the wife of senior DOJ official Bruce Ohr. Nellie Ohr worked for Clinton campaign vendor Fusion GPS on the anti-Trump Dossier campaign document.</span></p></blockquote>
<p>The DOJ didn’t even want to <em>begin</em> a search for <em>six months</em>, following Judicial Watch winning a lawsuit which demanded records. DOJ historically has frittered time away, <em>purposely</em>, on the <em>back end</em> — now they wanted to fritter time away on the <em>front end</em> <strong>and</strong> then fritter time away on the <em>back end</em>.</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #008000;">Judge Walton rejected a Justice Department request to begin producing documents six months from now and <a style="color: #008000;" href="https://www.judicialwatch.org/document-archive/jw-v-doj-ohr-order-00491/">ordered</a> the DOJ to begin producing documents immediately on a rolling basis over the next two months. Judge Walton also rejected DOJ’s efforts to restrict their search to only 2016.</span></p></blockquote>
<p>Judge Walton said this on the June 14th hearing. He wasn’t happy.</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #008000;">I think if it’s been almost, since December when the initial request was made more should have been done by now. And it seems to me if you have someone who’s going to come into office and they say they’re going to be a disrupter, that they should appreciate there’s going to be a lot of FOIA requests and therefore, should gear up to deal with those requests. So I’m not real sympathetic to the position that you have limited staff and therefore, you can’t comply with these requests. So I think you’re going to have to get some more people.</span></p></blockquote>
<p>That’s called triage. That’s called prioritizing your workload.</p>

<p>The original issue was this:</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #008000;">In December 2017, Bruce Ohr was removed from his position as U.S. Associate Deputy Attorney General after it was revealed that he conducted undisclosed meetings with anti-Trump dossier author Christopher Steel and Glenn Simpson, principal of Fusion GPS. A House Intelligence Committee <a class="extl" style="color: #008000;" href="http://docs.house.gov/meetings/IG/IG00/20180129/106822/HMTG-115-IG00-20180129-SD001.pdf">memo</a> released by Chairman Devin Nunes on February 2 noted that Ohr’s wife, Nellie, was “employed by Fusion GPS to assist in the cultivation of opposition research on Trump” and that Bruce Ohr passed the results of that research, which was paid for by the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and the Hillary Clinton campaign, to the FBI.</span></p></blockquote>
<p>Let me conclude with this thought.</p>
<p>Can you tell me any other private agency or business that would be able to somehow get away with deferring immediate reaction or production of documents in terms of response to the loss of a lawsuit? Your business or agency would produce the documents or find yourselves in contempt of the issuing court and then subsequently invaded by law enforcement officers confiscating whatever was demanded by the court itself.</p>
<p>Telling some court that, nah, you know what? We’ll get on that in about half a year?</p>
<p>That just wouldn’t work in the real world.</p>

My vote was cast primarily because he was not Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders. I also voted for Trump because I sensed he would make more sensible nominations for SCOTUS; first to replace Antonin Scalia then to fill what I suspect will be another two to possibly three additional jurists in the next four years.</p>
<p>I’ll be honest. I can only hope that SCOTUS truly is <em>stacked</em> with moderate or conservative jurists that will keep the court on a common sense track for at least another generation, perhaps two.</p>
<p>As an adult I knew Trump would do things with which I’d disagree. He has done so. <blockquote><p><span style="color: #008000;"><strong>FBI Director James Comey to stay on in Trump administration</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #008000;">FBI Director James B. Comey was among the senior U.S. officials who had the unpleasant task of traveling to Trump Tower last month to inform the president-elect that Russia had interfered in the election process to help him win office.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;">Then Comey asked his colleagues — including the CIA director — to step outside so that he could discuss something even more awkward: a dossier in wide circulation in Washington that alleged that Moscow had gathered compromising financial, political and personal material about the incoming U.S. president.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;">That Comey was asked after that encounter, described by U.S. officials briefed on its details, to stay on as FBI director speaks to his survival instincts and ability to inspire confidence. But the meeting may also have provided a preview of the perilous position he occupies serving in the Trump administration while his agents pursue investigations that seem to lead to the president’s associates.</span></p></blockquote>
<p>That was a poor decision, Donald John Trump, and I believe you’ll regret it. Director Comey allows politics to intervene in critical decisions where politics should be the very last consideration. Case in point: Hillary Rodham Clinton.</p>
<p>Make no mistake. James Comey is a country-destroying weasel, first for not recommending the prosecution of Hillary Clinton, and second for <strong><a href="http://www.breitbart.com/video/2016/07/07/comey-hillarys-fbi-testimony-wasnt-under-oath-or-recorded-but-it-would-still-be-a-crime-to-lie/">not placing Hillary Clinton under oath or recording her in any fashion</a></strong> when interviewed on the July 4th weekend of 2016. There is, thusly, <em>no transcript of her interview</em>. Though that’s general FBI policy, in this critical case, an exception should have been made.</p>
<p>To me it is quite clear that FBI Director James Comey, about whose probity I wrote quite a number of times on the blog, has dishonored his law enforcement oath, showing that he has no fidelity, no bravery and no integrity with regard to his decision to not recommend prosecution of Hillary Rodham Clinton.</p>
<p>But in the July 2016 hearing with Trey Gowdy and Jason Chaffetz <a href="http://www.politico.com/blogs/james-comey-testimony/2016/07/clinton-untrue-statements-fbi-comey-225216">as documented at Politico</a>, James Comey revealed his flawed and craven, cowardly political thinking when one is familiar with law enforcement prosecutorial thresholds as I am. First:</p>

<p>Director Comey determined a manner in which to weasel his way out of recommending the prosecution of Clinton. At one hearing he went out of his way — <em>again, just like the previous day</em> — to make his own case and then fall back on a position/decision that <em><strong>isn’t his to make</strong></em>.</p>

<h1><span style="color: #008000;">FBI director: Clinton’s statements were not true</span></h1>

<p><span style="color: #008000;"><em>FBI Director James Comey confirmed on Thursday that some of Hillary Clinton’s statements and explanations about her email server to the House Benghazi Committee last October were not true, as evidenced by the bureau’s investigation into whether she mishandled classified information.</em></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;"><em>During an extended exchange with Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.), Comey affirmed that the FBI’s investigation found information marked classified on her server even after Clinton had said that she had neither sent nor received any items marked classified.</em></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;"><em>“That is not true,” Comey said. “There were a small number of portion markings on, I think, three of the documents.”</em></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;"><em>Asked whether Clinton’s testimony that she did not email “any classified material to anyone on my email” and “there is no classified material” was true, Comey responded, “No, there was classified material emailed.”</em></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;"><em>“Secretary Clinton said she used one device. Was that true?” Gowdy asked, to which Comey answered, “She used multiple devices during the four years of her term as secretary of state.”</em></span></p></blockquote>
<p>Comey <em>admits</em> that Clinton lied. But here is the difference (that we won’t know precisely because there was no oath and no recording).</p>
<p>You can <em>lie publicly all you want</em>, if people are sufficiently stupid to believe it — like much of the electorate and the American Media Maggots are doltish enough. But you should not lie to the FBI. My guess is that Hillary Clinton came <em>relatively</em> clean in 3.5 hours. And that is why I believe she was not placed under oath and the interview was not recorded. Things like that make it easier to dispute later when politically necessary. There is no record and it is not completely official. As the Church Lady would have said, “<em>how con-veee-nient</em>.”</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #008000;"><em>Gowdy asked whether Clintons’ lawyers read every one of her emails as she had said. Comey replied, “No.”</em></span></p></blockquote>
<p>But here, ladies and gentlemen, comes the crux of the proverbial biscuit. Please read this carefully, though through Gowdy’s bit of humor:</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #008000;"><em>“In interest of time, because I have a plane to catch tomorrow afternoon, I’m not going to go through anymore of the false statements but I am going to ask you put on your old hat. False exculpatory statements, they are used for what?” Gowdy inquired.</em></span></p></blockquote>
<p>Wait for it.</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #008000;"><em>“Exactly. Intent and consciousness of guilt, right? Is that right?” Gowdy asked. “Consciousness of guilt and intent.”</em></span></p></blockquote>

<h1><span style="color: #008000;">Comey: Clinton did not lie to the FBI</span></h1>

<p><span style="color: #008000;"><em>Hillary Clinton did not lie to FBI investigators during their probe into her use of a private server as secretary of state, FBI Director James Comey testified Thursday.</em></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;"><em>“We have no basis to conclude she lied to the FBI,” Comey told House Oversight Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) during one of the hearing’s opening exchanges.</em></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;"><em>Chaffetz then asked whether Clinton lied to the public. “That’s a question I’m not qualified to answer. I can speak about what she said to the FBI,” Comey said.</em></span></p></blockquote>
<p>Weasel words. Mealy-mouthed. Word pablum. You cannot determine that Clinton lied to the public? You just made your best case that she did. If she didn’t lie to your agents under oath, and you’re unsure if she lied to the public, then why didn’t you simply say so? Instead, you went out of your way to say the opposite. Your statements are conflicting and make no sense whatsoever.</p>
<p>But the most insightful part has arrived. Comey outs himself:</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #008000;">Chaffetz then asked whether it was that he was just not able to prosecute it or that Clinton broke the law.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;"><em>“Well, I don’t want to give an overly lawyerly answer,” Comey said. “The question I always look at is there evidence that would establish beyond a reasonable doubt that somebody engaged in conduct that violated a criminal statute, and my judgment here is there is not. “</em></span></p></blockquote>
<p>And that was how James Comey attempted to rationalize his decision. He stated he did not believe his case established guilt “beyond a reasonable doubt.”</p>
<p>NEWSFLASH: It is <strong>not</strong> UP to YOU, Director Comey, to assemble a case that yields a determination of “beyond a reasonable doubt.” That threshold is up to the DOJ or more pointedly a Grand Jury, not you or your organization. All <em>you</em> need to compile a case for submission is “probable cause.” That’s what <em>real cops </em>and<em> real DAs</em> in America do. Their jobs. They stay in their lanes and do their jobs.</p>
<p>As I have said time and again, there are two kinds of crimes as written by statute: those of <em>general intent</em> and those of <em>specific intent</em>. Comey stated that HRC had to have possessed a very specific intent to commit her crimes. EXCEPT that the US codes applicable are not those of specific intent because they do not include the phrase “with the intent to.”</p>
<p>That is how a crime of <em>specific intent</em> is crafted. It is stated.</p>
<p>Even more disturbing: Attorney General Lynch did not recuse herself from the final decision on whether to prosecute the case — nor did she give that decision to a career prosecutor at the Department of Justice. She instead prejudged the case by supposedly blindly accepting the FBI’s recommendation. She stepped back and placed the festering pile of shite in the lap of Comey.</p>
<p>FBI Director James Comey figured out how to cover his own ass by revealing some truths about Hillary Clinton whilst simultaneously making nice with those in DC power positions who could hurt him seriously. This is Comey’s false justification for his decision. And it is clearly wrong and damaging. He created his “out.”</p>
<p>Or did he just believe he “took one for the team”?</p>
<p>In my opinion: <strong>no</strong>. He <em>dishonored his oath</em>.</p>
<p>Agents were directed to identify <em>exculpatory</em> instead of incriminatory evidence in the Hillary Rodham Clinton illegal server email case “conducted” by the FBI.</p>
<p>And trust me: that grated in the craw of <em>every</em> good line-level FBI agent remotely connected with the investigation.</p>
<p>As it grates with regard to DOJ special agents and some of the attorneys who aren’t yet full Leftist sycophants.</p>

More than 100 FBI agents and analysts worked around the clock with six attorneys from the DOJ’s National Security Division, Counter Espionage Section, to investigate the case.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;">“No trial level attorney agreed, no agent working the case agreed, with the decision not to prosecute — it was a top-down decision,” said the source, whose identity and role in the case has been verified by FoxNews.com.</span></p></blockquote>
<p>Read that again: <strong>“No trial level attorney, no agent working the case agree, with the decision not to prosecute — it was a top-down decision.”</strong></p>
<p>Precisely. That decision came directly from the Oval Office via a telephone call to Loretta Lynch and then a call to Director James Comey. It all dovetails and ties up neatly. <p>Comey can’t stand <em>political</em> or <em>personal</em> heat. From <em>anyone. </em>He instead wants to please everyone, somehow keep his job, and does real justice no service whatsoever. If there ever were an indecisive, cowardly and misdirected man, it is James Brien Comey.<em><br />

The American Media Maggots and the Clinton campaigners moo’d in unison: “<em>bad decision, Jim, bad decision</em>.”</p>
<p><strong>C)</strong> Following his determination to re-open the Clinton email case, the OSC (Office of Special Counsel) received <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2016/oct/31/james-comey-fbi-hillary-clinton-hatch-act-election">complaints about Director Comey regarding violations of the Hatch Act</a>, which is a “law designed to prevent federal officeholders from abusing their power to influence an election.” This complaint was filed Saturday, October 29th with the OSC by lawyer Richard Painter.</p>
<p><strong>D)</strong> Nine short days later, armed with a team of miracle workers, FBI Director James Comey reaffirmed his original July decision: yeppers, nothing to see here. No corruption, no collusion, move along. The American Media Maggots and the Clinton campaigners moo’d again in unison: “<em>great decision, Jim, great decision</em>.”</p>
<p>You <em>cannot convince me</em> that James Comey can take political heat. He has instead bent and broken to whatever prevailing political prairie winds were coursing through DC at any given time. He is still sitting in a dark leather chair in his corner orifice whilst the bulk of his peers have left DC — including former AGs Holder and Lynch, as well as the former president. Comey, by appearing confused and/or conciliatory and utilizing his finest set of pablum-packed weasel words, is still standing.</p>
<p>Comey vacillates, he is a flawed thinker, and has proven that he is untrustworthy. Those are now his <em><strong>best</strong></em> qualities.</p>
<p>You keep Comey, President Trump, <em>at your own peril.</em></p>

Newt Gingrich said, “nobody believes that the federal government is capable of taking 650,000 emails and reviewing them in eight days.” Unless, of course, there is Divine Intervention the likes of which Comey claims.</p>
<p>Oddly enough, I should add, the <a href="http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/state-department-tells-court-it-needs-5-years-to-review-deleted-clinton-emails/article/2606684#.WCD8ikMgFcc.twitter"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">State Department stated it will need five years</span></a> for their review of 31,000 pages of emails recovered by the FBI involving Hillary Clinton. Apparently the State Department lacks graduates of Evelyn Wood classes as, clearly, the FBI possesses.</p>

<p><span style="color: #008000;">As secretary of state, Hillary Clinton routinely asked her maid to print out sensitive government e-mails and documents — including ones containing classified information — from her house in Washington, DC, e-mails and FBI memos show. But the housekeeper lacked the security clearance to handle such material.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;">In fact, Marina Santos was called on so frequently to receive e-mails that she may hold the secrets to E-mailgate — if only the FBI and Congress would subpoena her and the equipment she used.</span></p></blockquote>
<p>But I’m sure the good ol’ Go-Along-To-Get-Along James Comey wouldn’t see any real serious issue with this, either. I mean, who can’t trust their maid? I trust mine; I’m sure you trust yours. Oh wait, we don’t have maids. . .</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #008000;">Clinton would first receive highly sensitive e-mails from top aides at the State Department and then request that they, in turn, forward the messages and any attached documents to Santos to print out for her at the home.</span></p></blockquote>
<p>Nope. Still no problem. Right?</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #008000;">“Revisions to the Iran points” was the subject line of a classified April 2012 e-mail to Clinton from Hanley. In it, the text reads, “Marina is trying to print for you.”</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;">Both classified e-mails were marked “confidential,” the tier below “secret” or “top secret.”</span></p></blockquote>
<p>You realize, those designators aren’t hard and fast; they’re merely “suggestions” or “guidelines.” Just ask the FBI and James Comey.</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #008000;">Santos also had access to a highly secure room called an SCIF (sensitive compartmented information facility) that diplomatic security agents set up at Whitehaven, according to FBI notes from an interview with Abedin.</span></p></blockquote>
<p>Listen, no one likes a dirty SCIF, okay? Just look at all the candy wrappers on the floor.</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #008000;">From within the SCIF, Santos — who had no clearance — “collected documents from the secure facsimile machine for Clinton,” the FBI notes revealed.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;">Just how sensitive were the papers Santos presumably handled? The FBI noted Clinton periodically received the Presidential Daily Brief — a top-secret document prepared by the CIA and other US intelligence agencies — via the secure fax.</span></p></blockquote>
<p>Hey, I wonder: did the FBI demand to look at the iMac that Santos used to print out the documents? How about the printer? The print-outs themselves? Uh. No.</p>
<p>But still, you <em>know</em> the FBI <em>had</em> to have interviewed Marina Santos, right? Right? Uh. No.</p>
<p>I could go on but, hell, what’s the point?</p>

<p>A few teeny-weeny extras I’d care to add (for those of us non-journalistas who still have memories): does anyone remember Bill Clinton’s National Security Advisor <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sandy_Berger"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">Sandy Berger</span></a> getting caught stuffing classified documents into his pants and socks back in 2003? I do. Berger was let off with a misdemeanor charge, no jail time (he was placed on probation for two years) and a $50,000 fine. Who helped finagle that wonderful deal and helped limit the scope of the investigation as a deputy AG at Justice? Our Jim Comey.</p>
<p>Let us not forget that Loretta Lynch and Comey are buds. They both served as U.S. attorney in New York, Lynch for the Eastern District of New York, and Comey for the Southern District of New York.</p>
<p>Here’s another greasy aside I’ll wager you didn’t know: Sandy Berger, Loretta Lynch and Cheryl Mills all worked as partners in the Washington law firm Hogan & Hartson, which prepared tax returns for the Clintons and did patent work for a software firm that — wait for it — played a role in the private email server Hillary Clinton used.</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;"><a style="color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;" href="https://conservativebase.com/convicted-document-thief-sandy-berger-secretly-worked-for-hillary-clinton/">Messages found stored on Clinton’s private email server via Wikileaks show</a></span></span> that Sandy Berger, already a convicted thief of classified documents, was advising Hillary Clinton as secretary of state and had access to emails containing classified information. Fox and hen-house, anyone? Bueller?</p>
<p>Are you beginning to see how enmeshed, complicated, self-serving and inexorably-linked this all is? It’s but a fraction.</p>
<p>Director Comey and AG Lynch have also colluded to set a precedent they (and the nation) perhaps will wish they hadn’t. That is, with the staggering amount of evidence collected, the shocking amount of evidence officially destroyed and the unprecedented granting of various immunities papering the landscape, I could make an excellent argument — as a defense attorney — for no charges against persons in similar classified security circumstances.</p>
<p>Let’s call it The Hillary Deal. As in, “I want what Hillary got.” Hell, let’s revisit the cases where persons went to prison for much less.</p>
<p>Now is the time for all <a href="http://bloviatingzeppelin.net/honest-federal-le-agents-disgusted-with-comey-doj/"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">good and true FBI agents</span></a> to rally together, continue to submit resignations, acquire a vote of NO CONFIDENCE in the corrupt FBI upper management and start making phone calls to Congress on behalf of the <em><strong>truth</strong></em>. It’s <em>past</em> time for line-level agents to cast aside their management’s “leadership” and demand accountability for the purely self-serving and political decisions that have been made by Comey and <a href="http://bloviatingzeppelin.net/even-more-corruption-at-the-doj/"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">Lynch</span></a> via the jaundiced the prejudicial eye of Barack Hussein Obama. It is also <a href="http://bloviatingzeppelin.net/rico-charges-for-hillary-bill-lynch-comey-abedin-and-mccabe/"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">past time for a RICO investigation of all the above persons</span></a>.</p>
<p>The fix was in. The fix was <em>always</em> in. The FBI and the DOJ are officially <em>out</em> of the law enforcement and justice business, now heavily invested in the immunity and politics business. I guess their name may now change to the <strong>F</strong>ederal <strong>B</strong>ureau of <strong>I</strong>mmunity.</p>
<p>The umbrage was fake; the <a href="http://bloviatingzeppelin.net/comeys-hrc-email-investigation-all-hat-and-no-cattle/"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">investigation was fake</span></a>. Because here is the bottom line: Barack Hussein Obama sent emails (under an alias) to HRC’s homebrew server. Comey believed he couldn’t recommend an indictment for her because that would reveal Obama’s complicity and exposure to indictment. You recall, of course, that Obama enacted “executive privilege” with regard to those emails. It was a faux investigation from the very beginning.</p>
<p>With one announcement, this is just about tantamount to the hijacking of our entire criminal justice system — and with it — a soft coup on the whole nation.</p>
<p>Goodbye rule of law; we have become just another Banana Republic, ladies and gentlemen, except that the dictators have nicer planes and more heavily-armored cars at their disposal than others.</p>
<p>And, oh yeah, they have <em>every American Taxpayer </em>on the hook.</p>

<p><a href="http://bloviatingzeppelin.net/who-hacked-dncpodesta-emails-and-why-was-it-really-the-russians/"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">As I wrote here</span></a> and <a href="http://bloviatingzeppelin.net/hillary-outed-the-nsa/"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">also here</span></a>, about <a href="http://bloviatingzeppelin.net/hillary-outed-the-nsa/"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">Hillary outing the NSA and threatening GAMMA national security classifications</span></a>.</p>
<p>This past week another individual with whom I spoke and who has “contacts” as well, indicated he was told the NSA was responsible, due to HRC’s careless mishandling of the most sensitive intelligence possible — of that GAMMA nature — which, in turn, was responsible for the loss of life.</p>
<p>Steve Pieczenik (who has a doctorate from MIT in international relations, is a former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State under Dr Henry Kissinger, Cyrus Vance and James Baker, and whom I featured in the previous post) likewise indicates the Russians were not responsible for the Wikileaks emails.</p>

<p><span style="color: #008000;">This is <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><a style="color: #008000; text-decoration: underline;" href="http://www.infowars.com/former-british-ambassador-podesta-emails-leaked-by-washington-insider-not-russians/">backed up</a></span> by former British ambassador Craig Murray, who was told by security insiders that the email leak “comes from within official circles in Washington DC.”</span></p></blockquote>
<p>This is most telling:</p>

<p>Early this year there was <a href="http://bloviatingzeppelin.net/more-doj-word-pablum/"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">DOJ Word Pablum</span></a>: criminals were to be called “justice involved individuals.” The words “felon” and “convict” were too harsh and judgmental to be allowed to slip off employee tongues. Euphemisms, verbal drivel, word salad. What was the reason?</p>

<p>Votes. Felon voters. More votes for Demorats. “Smoothing things out” for criminals so that the Demorats are remembered at voting time.</p>
<p>Just look at Virginia: a quarter of a million new voters for Demorats at the stroke of Democrat Governor Terry McAuliffe’s imperial pen — an act not put past the voters, mind you — to include rapists and murderers.</p>

<p>Since McAuliffe’s executive order at the time, <span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;"><a style="color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;" href="http://www.breitbart.com/2016-presidential-race/2016/05/06/report-leftist-groups-registered-two-thousand-virginia-felons-to-vote-in-two-weeks/">Breitbart report</a>ed</span>:</p>

<p>Just as Obama decided that a terrorist can’t be called a terrorist, and words don’t have real meanings any more, Obama’s rogue states have become “outliers” and pablum like “overseas contingency operations,” “man-caused disasters,” “countering violent extremism” and “kinetic military action” are the norm.</p>

<p>Hillary Clinton knew of and had a hand in the gun-running scheme which originated from the oval office.</p>
<p>Because the US was involved in gun-running <em><strong>again</strong></em>, like <em>Fast and Furious</em> under prior AG Holder — (which resulted in the death of USBP Agent Brian Terry) — asses had to be covered (by the DOJ <em>again</em>), secrets had to be kept and lives, unfortunately, were lost once more. I’m certain — aren’t you? — that the DIC will apply itself diligently and thoroughly to the investigation. What could possibly go wrong?</p>
<p>Do the words impropriety, corruption, tone-deafness, lack of ethics, transparency or honesty mean anything to anyone at DIC?</p>

<p>I believe I could readily generate sufficient probable cause to suggest that Hillary Rodham Clinton, William Jefferson Clinton, Loretta Elizabeth Lynch, James Brien Comey and Andrew McCabe, along with Huma Abedin, Anthony Weiner (aka Carlos Danger), Cheryl Mills and Barack Hussein Obama should be charged under US RICO statutes.</p>
<p>What is RICO? It is <span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">delineated under</span> 18 USC <span class="st" data-hveid="43"><em>§</em></span> 1961, a <strong>R</strong>acketeer <strong>I</strong>nfluenced and <strong>C</strong>orrupt <strong>O</strong>rganization:</p>
<blockquote>
<h1 id="page-title" class="title"><span style="color: #008000;">Is a <a class="mw-redirect" style="color: #008000;" title="United States federal law" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_federal_law">United States federal law</a> that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil <a style="color: #008000;" title="Cause of action" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cause_of_action">cause of action</a> for acts performed as part of an ongoing <a class="mw-redirect" style="color: #008000;" title="Criminal organization" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Criminal_organization">criminal organization</a>. The RICO Act focuses specifically on <a class="mw-redirect" style="color: #008000;" title="Racketeering" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Racketeering">racketeering</a>, and it allows the <i>leaders</i> of a syndicate to be tried for the crimes which they <i><a style="color: #008000;" title="Dirty hands" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dirty_hands">ordered</a></i> others to do <a style="color: #008000;" title="Enmund v. Florida" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enmund_v._Florida">or assisted them in doing</a>, closing a perceived loophole that allowed a person who instructed someone else to, for example, murder, to be exempt from the trial because he did not actually commit the crime personally.<sup id="cite_ref-1" class="reference"><a style="color: #008000;" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Racketeer_Influenced_and_Corrupt_Organizations_Act#cite_note-1">[1]</a></sup></span></h1>

<p>Further:</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #008000;">Under RICO, a person who has committed “at least two acts of racketeering activity” drawn from a list of 35 crimes—27 <a style="color: #008000;" title="Federal crime in the United States" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_crime_in_the_United_States">federal crimes</a> and 8 <a class="mw-redirect" style="color: #008000;" title="State law in the United States" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/State_law_in_the_United_States">state crimes</a>—within a 10-year period can be charged with <a class="mw-redirect" style="color: #008000;" title="Racketeering" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Racketeering">racketeering</a> if such acts are related in one of four specified ways to an “enterprise”. Those found guilty of racketeering can be fined up to $25,000 and sentenced to 20 years in prison per racketeering count. In addition, the racketeer must forfeit all ill-gotten gains and interest in any business gained through a pattern of “racketeering activity.”</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;">When the <a class="mw-redirect" style="color: #008000;" title="U.S. Attorney" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U.S._Attorney">U.S. Attorney</a> decides to indict someone under RICO, he or she has the option of seeking a pre-trial <a style="color: #008000;" title="Restraining order" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Restraining_order">restraining order</a> or injunction to temporarily seize a defendant’s assets and prevent the transfer of potentially forfeitable property, as well as require the defendant to put up a <a style="color: #008000;" title="Performance bond" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Performance_bond">performance bond</a>. This provision was placed in the law because the owners of <a style="color: #008000;" title="Mafia" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mafia">Mafia</a>-related <a style="color: #008000;" title="Shell corporation" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shell_corporation">shell corporations</a> often absconded with the assets. An injunction and/or performance bond ensures that there is something to seize in the event of a guilty verdict.</span></p></blockquote>
<p>I believe I could make an excellent argument for its application.</p>
<p>As we all recall, <a href="http://bloviatingzeppelin.net/comey-reveals-his-flawed-political-thinking/"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">FBI Director Comey independently decided in July of this year that he would not recommend an indictment for Hillary Clinton</span></a> or even the impaneling of a Grand Jury. DOJ under Lynch and Obama, corrupt as they are, pretended to be professional and placed the decision right back squarely at the feet of James Comey as in: “whatever he decides is good enough for us.”</p>

<p>Though, of course, the fix was already in. Any logical thinking human being knew the meeting between AG Lynch and Bill Clinton at the airport was 1) not coincidental, and 2) an agreement by Lynch to assure Bill Clinton that Hillary would not be indicted. Judicial Watch has rightly filed a FOIA request for all documents related to that meeting.</p>
<p><a href="http://bloviatingzeppelin.net/doj-corrupt-again-covering-for-clinton-obama-connecting-the-dots/"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">I connected all the dots here</span></a>, to that point. Those dots are many, varied, complex, tightly interwoven and crafted like the careful dovetailing on a fine piece of furniture. But it all depends on one highly critical element that cannot be maintained perpetually: believing the lies. When one lie breaks and is discovered, there can be an eventual unraveling.</p>
<p>That is beginning to occur in a bit of a rushing fashion, beginning this past weekend.</p>
<p>On last Friday a bombshell erupted with regard to the FBI, Hillary Clinton and her emails. FBI Director Comey decided to re-open the investigation of HRC.</p>

<p class="mol-para-with-font"><span style="color: #008000;">Hillary Clinton’s campaign was rocked on Friday after the FBI sensationally reopened their investigation into her secret server after they discovered email exchanges between her and top aide Huma Abedin on her estranged husband Anthony Weiner’s laptop.</span></p>
<p class="mol-para-with-font"><span style="color: #008000;">The emails, which prompted FBI Director James Comey to reexamine the case, were found after Weiner’s electronic devices were seized by the FBI during the probe into him sexting a 15-year-old girl.</span></p>
<p class="mol-para-with-font"><span style="color: #008000;">The FBI swooped in on Weiner in September after DailyMail.com revealed he had sent explicit messages and graphic pictures to the 15-year-old, fully aware she was under-age.</span></p>
<p class="mol-para-with-font"><span style="color: #008000;">After reviewing the emails, the FBI launched a move which sent shockwaves through both presidential campaigns.</span></p>
<p class="mol-para-with-font"><span style="color: #008000;">In a letter sent to Congress, Comey said that he had launched an investigation into the ‘pertinent’ exchanges to determine if any of the emails – which allegedly number more than 1,000 in total – contain classified information and whether any of them are ‘significant.’</span></p>

<p>And with that, let the Hillary Rodham Clinton <em><strong>lying</strong> commence</em>. She was once typified as a pathological liar. There is now no disputing that whatsoever. She lacks the ability to tell the truth when the truth would save her, salve her or mitigate her. But no; she cannot.</p>
<p>First words out of her mouth: <a href="http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2016/oct/30/hillary-clinton/clinton-wrongly-says-fbi-director-sent-letter-abou/"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">the letter was sent to Republican members of Congress only. A <strong>lie</strong></span></a>. The letter by Director Comey was sent to both sides as <a href="http://www.politico.com/story/2016/10/full-text-fbi-letter-announcing-new-clinton-review-230463"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">documented here</span></a>.</p>
<p>The other lie from Clinton, <em>that first hour</em>, revolved around the wi-fi being out on her campaign plane, a meme trotted out by the American Media Maggots nationwide but refuted by <a href="http://www.patdollard.com/hillary-shuts-off-the-wi-fi-on-her-campaign-plane-so-press-cant-seereport-fbi-reopening-her-criminal-case-story/"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Pat Dollard</span></a>:</p>

<p>There were <em><strong>two lies</strong></em> from Clinton within an hour of the news of Comey re-opening the case. In a bit of irony, here is what one got from Google <a href="http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/oct/30/hillary-clinton-photo-illustrates-pathological-lyi/"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">when one entered the phrase “pathological liar</span></a>.”</p>

Not only did FBI Director refuse to recommend either an indictment or even a Grand Jury for Hillary Clinton in July, the <a href="http://bloviatingzeppelin.net/fbi-destroys-evidence/"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">FBI has destroyed evidence</span></a> (the FBI agreement to destroy the laptops of Clinton aides Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson), the <a href="http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/294465-cnn-anchor-stunned-that-clinton-aides-destroyed-phones-with"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">Clinton campaign has destroyed evidence</span></a> (the cell phones smashed by staffers with hammers as well as wiping of <a href="http://www.breitbart.com/video/2016/08/29/bleachbit-creator-hard-to-imagine-clinton-used-program-for-anything-other-than-permanently-removing-info-so-no-could-find-it/"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">Hillary’s private servers with BleachBit</span></a>), and the interview of Hillary Rodham Clinton was a sham, there were no subpoenas, no evidence collected.</p>
<p>Notes released from the FBI (<a href="https://vault.fbi.gov/hillary-r.-clinton"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">pages can be viewed here</span></a>) indicate Hillary Clinton could not recall much information and provided little detail in the 3.5 hours she was interviewed. Agents asked few direct and pointed questions and few follow-up questions (for example, regarding her health claims, documentation, doctors’ notes, etc). The takeaway was a weak interview consisting of softballs and puffy clouds. Even then, Hillary Clinton <a href="http://legalinsurrection.com/2016/09/refresher-interesting-points-from-fbi-notes-on-hillarys-emails/"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">revealed her ignorance</span></a>.</p>
<p>Angelina Jolie was <a href="http://insider.foxnews.com/2016/10/28/angelina-jolies-fbi-interview-was-longer-hillary-clintons"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">interviewed for four hours</span></a> regarding child abuse claims against Brad Pitt. The former Secretary of State and presidential candidate is taken less seriously than an actress in Hollywood.</p>

<p>It was discovered on Sunday that there were <a href="http://www.wsj.com/articles/laptop-may-include-thousands-of-emails-linked-to-hillary-clintons-private-server-1477854957"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">650,000 emails on the laptop used by Anthony Weiner and estranged wife Huma Abedin</span></a>. Yes; close to three-quarters of a million emails.</p>
<p>Let us not forget the rancid involvement of Assistant Director Andrew McCabe, the number two man in the FBI, whose job it was to directly supervise and monitor the Hillary Clinton email investigation. From the <a href="http://www.wsj.com/articles/laptop-may-include-thousands-of-emails-linked-to-hillary-clintons-private-server-1477854957"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">WSJ.com</span></a>:</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #008000;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><a class="icon none" style="color: #008000; text-decoration: underline;" href="http://www.wsj.com/articles/clinton-ally-aids-campaign-of-fbi-officials-wife-1477266114">The Wall Street Journal reported last week</a></span> that Mr. McCabe’s wife, Jill McCabe, received $467,500 in campaign funds in late 2015 from the political-action committee of Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe, a longtime ally of the Clintons and, until he was elected governor in November 2013, a Clinton Foundation board member.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;">In February of this year, Mr. McCabe ascended from the No. 3 position at the FBI to the deputy director post. When he assumed that role, officials say, he started overseeing the probe into Mrs. Clinton’s use of a private email server for government work when she was secretary of state.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;">FBI officials have said Mr. McCabe had no role in the Clinton email probe until he became deputy director, and by then his wife’s campaign was over.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;">But other Clinton-related investigations were under way within the FBI, and they have been the subject of internal debate for months, according to people familiar with the matter.</span></p></blockquote>
<p>Does the federal government purposely hire people, pay them large salaries and install them into positions of massive power, who are not only blind to ethics but tone deaf as well?</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #008000;">Others further down the FBI chain of command, however, said agents were given a much starker instruction on the case: “Stand down.” When agents questioned why they weren’t allowed to take more aggressive steps, they said they were told the order had come from the deputy director—Mr. McCabe.</span></p></blockquote>
<p>From the microsecond McCabe had any linkage to an investigation with Clinton, Democrats or the Foundation, via his wife, he should have immediately recused himself and assigned supervision to others, making the conflict of interest apparent to the director himself verbally and on paper.</p>

<p><span style="color: #008000;">James Comey’s decision to revive the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s email server and her handling of classified material came after he could no longer resist mounting pressure by mutinous agents in the FBI, including some of his top deputies, according to a source close to the embattled FBI director.</span></p></blockquote>
<p>Translated: the thing Comey didn’t think would happen, happened. Line level agents were submitting letters of resignation. They were embarrassed to be agents in the Comey administration..</p>

<p>Translated: line level agents knew that Comey had sold out. He was flat-out wrong and was clearly influenced by politics. They knew Comey had betrayed his law enforcement oath.</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #008000;">‘Some people, including department heads, stopped talking to Jim, and even ignored his greetings when they passed him in the hall,’ said the source. ‘They felt that he betrayed them and brought disgrace on the bureau by letting Hillary off with a slap on the wrist.’</span></p></blockquote>
<p>Anyone in law enforcement could see the betrayal of the base and foundational ethics of the FBI: fidelity, bravery, integrity.</p>

<p class="mol-para-with-font"><span style="color: #008000;">‘The people he trusts the most have been the angriest at him,’ the source continued. ‘And that includes his wife, Pat. She kept urging him to admit that he had been wrong when he refused to press charges against the former secretary of state.</span></p>

<p>Ah, but here comes the crux of the biscuit.</p>

<p>I still speak to “certain people” that I know in law enforcement. These persons are saying that, had Comey not decided to go this route, information would have been leaked, phone calls would have been made and mass insurrection would have occurred within the ranks of the FBI.</p>
<p>Here is what needs to occur within the week — 8 days before the election. A Grand Jury needs to be convened, a Special Prosecutor needs to be named and subpoenas need to be issued. We are on the precipice of, quite frankly, a Constitutional crisis. The actual rule of law is in jeopardy and the veracity of our Republic is at stake.</p>
<p>It is clear the Clinton Foundation and the upper level persons aligned with it, covering for it, covering for those who are corrupt, should be the subject of a wide-ranging RICO investigation. The circumstances are screaming for it.</p>
<p>My, what a difference one small weekend can make.</p>
<p>Are we truly a Constitutional Republic?</p>

<p><em><span style="color: #008000;">The Obama administration is moving to dismiss charges against an arms dealer it had accused of selling weapons that were destined for Libyan rebels.</span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="color: #008000;">Lawyers for the Justice Department on Monday <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><a style="color: #008000; text-decoration: underline;" href="http://www.politico.com/f/?id=00000157-90b1-d51f-adf7-bef1bbc80002" target="_blank">filed a motion</a></span> in federal court in Phoenix to drop the case against the arms dealer, an American named Marc Turi, whose lawyers also signed the motion.</span></em></p></blockquote>
<p>Here come the two most important paragraphs of the entire story.</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #008000;"><em>The deal averts a trial that threatened to cast additional scrutiny on Hillary Clinton’s private emails as Secretary of State, and to expose reported Central Intelligence Agency attempts to arm rebels fighting Libyan leader Moammar Qadhafi.</em></span></p></blockquote>
<p>Just as Hillary has shite on Obama, Marc Turi has shite on Obama and Hillary. Therefore, the DOJ was directed by Lynch via DC and Mr Obama to drop the case that could further damage DC, Obama and Clinton. That’s how it’s played.</p>

<p>Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State blinkered Libya and essentially had Muammar Gaddafi killed — who for the longest time had been keeping himself quiet following the 1986 bombing of Libya under Reagan, in retaliation for a Berlin disco bombing where a US serviceman was killed. Gaddafi got in line, disarmed, <a href="http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/africaandindianocean/libya/1450010/Revealed-the-real-reason-for-Gaddafis-WMD-surrender.html"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">gave up his nuclear program and WMD in 2003 under Bush</span></a> and otherwise became a much quieter guy. He saw what happened in Iraq.</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #008000;"><em>Turi adviser Robert Stryk of the government relations and consulting firm SPG accused the government of trying to scapegoat Turi to cover up Clinton’s mishandling of Libya.</em></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;"><em>“The U.S. government spent millions of dollars, went all over the world to bankrupt him, and destroyed his life — all to protect Hillary Clinton’s crimes,” he said, alluding to the deadly Sept. 11, 2012 terrorist attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya.</em></span></p></blockquote>
<p>Note this as well:</p>

<p>She knew of and had a hand in the gun-running scheme which originated from the oval office.</p>
<p>Now, because of the US involved in gun-running <em><strong>again</strong></em>, not unlike Fast and Furious — (which resulted in the death of USBP Agent Brian Terry) — asses must be covered, secrets must be kept and lives, unfortunately, were lost once more. This time, <em>four</em> lives.</p>
<p>Do you see how squalid and dirty and corrupt this all is?</p>
<p>Now it starts to come together, does it not? The information dovetails and dots can now be connected. It is all intertwined and rife with Demorat corruption on every level. Items and incidents that you initially thought unconnected have now been linked.</p>
<p>Benghazi had to be minimized because it involved gun-running by the US government under Barack Hussein Obama — not unlike Iran-Contra. The running meme had to be an anti-Islamic video because Obama had already stated he had al Qaeda “on the run” and anything not in keeping that meme could not be tolerated. But that was only one aspect.</p>

<p>Then came the gun-running scheme from Obama and his Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton. The New York Times had already published, in December of 2012 (almost two months following the attack on the Benghazi compound, September 11th of 2012), <a href="http://www.nytimes.com/2012/12/06/world/africa/weapons-sent-to-libyan-rebels-with-us-approval-fell-into-islamist-hands.html"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">this article</span></a>:</p>

<p>That was 2012. No one yet knew about Hillary and her private servers, her private emails and the reasons for their existence, so the NYT wrote:</p>

<p>Except that on September 11th, 2012, following the attack, neither Barack Hussein Obama or Hillary Rodham Clinton quite knew what to do, realizing full well that their gun-running scheme had backfired.</p>
<p>Again, asses had to be covered since the attack had not been anticipated and the <em>lying commenced immediately. </em></p>
<p>Susan Rice was briefed in terms of the talking points for the Sunday news shows whilst, simultaneously, <span style="color: #0000ff;"><a style="color: #0000ff;" href="http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3404112/Emails-Hillary-Clinton-daughter-Chelsea-night-Benghazi-attacks-revealed.html"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Hillary Clinton emailed her <em>own daughter</em> Chelsea</span></a></span> (giving her daughter the alias of “Diane Reynolds,” clear consciousness of guilt), the very night of the attack, and wrote that two officers had been killed, attributing the attack to an “Al-Qaeda-like group.” Hillary Clinton and her daughter both knew the truth yet Hillary spun lies from the very beginning, meant to be consumed by the public, that the attack was a spontaneous reaction to an anti-Islamic video created in the US.</p>
<p>“We’ve seen rage and violence directed at American embassies over an awful internet video,” Hillary Clinton said, lying to America. Then she lied to the faces of the parents of the dead Benghazi soldiers.</p>

Why? <em><strong>Because Barack Hussein Obama was up for re-election in 2012. </strong></em></p>
<p>The fix was in yet, at the same time, the complications were beginning to snowball. Things were beginning to unravel for Hillary Clinton.</p>
<p>Even to the extent that Christopher Stevens was present to facilitate and monitor some of those acts and, because of secrecy, Christopher Stevens and three other Americans had to be sacrificed in order to keep that secrecy.</p>
<p>There are even indicators to suggest that <a href="http://johnharding.com/2012/12/was-ambassador-stevens-responsible-for-the-weapon-that-killed-him/"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">Ambassador Stevens may have been killed with weapons that he helped facilitate</span></a>.</p>

And those were the emails classified as “secret” and will not be released for two reasons. One, that it would show Obama’s complicity and, two, that it would show Hillary Clinton’s as well.</p>
<p>Initially, Clinton likely had the server set up to hide the pay-to-play activities conducted during her tenure as secretary of state, but it had the added bonus of enabling her to hide her inevitable failures in the Libyan role — evidenced by her duplicity involving the Benghazi terror attacks.</p>
<p>Even worse, we learned that Barack Hussein Obama sent and received emails to Hillary’s private server — under an alias — because of <span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">FBI records released on Friday, September 23rd</span>. At that time, Obama had no idea that the subject of Hillary’s private server would become any sort of issue. Even so, when this was discovered, the State Department refused to disclose the content of Mr Obama’s emails, citing the “presidential communications privilege” — a kind of executive privilege designed to foil FOIA requests.</p>
<p>You see how large and juggernaut-like the snowball became, and why both Hillary and Obama continued to perpetuate lies and cover-ups, insisting their lackeys do the same? Things didn’t get better on the email front, they got worse, thanks to Republicans like Trey Gowdy, Jason Chaffetz and Darrell Issa, who were tenacious and refused to give up — despite the constant clangor of the American Media Maggots that “there is nothing to see here, this is not the corruption you are looking for, move on, move on.”</p>
<p>Said lackeys would include Attorney General Loretta Lynch and FBI Director James Comey, of the so-called Department of Justice.</p>
<p>Now you understand why Comey, in his fundamentally-flawed reasoning — yet still setting out some meaty hooks from which to hang Hillary Clinton — <a href="http://bloviatingzeppelin.net/comey-reveals-his-flawed-political-thinking/"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">determined he would not recommend an indictment for Clinton</span></a> and why, in her own way, Loretta Lynch threw Comey under the bus when saying she would abide by his conclusions. She knew the deed was done and the fix was in. She had received “the phone call” as well as Director Comey. They both understood what was at stake, overall. Now their <em>own</em> political asses were on the line. Bill Clinton’s “coincidental” meeting at the airport with Lynch was nothing more than a confirmation of same. The fix, in fact, <a href="http://bloviatingzeppelin.net/the-fix-in-phoenix/"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">was most definitely “in.”</span></a></p>
<p>Let us not forget the <a href="http://bloviatingzeppelin.net/fbi-destroys-evidence/"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">recent approval for destruction by the FBI</span></a> of laptops belonging to former Clinton chief of staff Cheryl Mills and ex-campaign staffer Heather Samuelson, in an exchange for immunity which <strong>also</strong> limits the FBI’s search to no later than Jan. 31, 2015. “This meant investigators could not review documents for the period after the email server became public — in turn preventing the bureau from discovering if there was any evidence of obstruction of justice.”</p>
<p>Immunity is provided for testimony. Do you see testimony here? You cannot “take the 5th” because, due to the immunity itself, it is not self-incrimination. Where is the testimony of Mills and Samuelson? And why destroy evidence? The very concept of immunity is to <em>collect and</em> <em>keep evidence</em>, not to destroy it. The only possible purpose would be to permanently dispose of prejudicial evidence against Obama, Clinton, Lynch, Comey, Turi, <em>et al.</em></p>
<p>All because of “hdr22@clintonemail.com.” That was Hillary Rodham Clinton’s private email address. The one <a href="http://gawker.com/5991563/hacked-emails-show-hillary-clinton-was-receiving-advice-at-a-private-email-account-from-banned-obama-hating-former-staffer"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;">Gawker discovered</span></a> by way of Sidney Blumenthal’s hacked emails via “Guccifer.”</p>
<p>Ruh roh.</p>
<p>The lies, the corruption, the deceit, the foul and noxious, malodorous stench of continued cover-ups conducted in plain sight, aided and abetted by the American Media Maggots is obvious, staggering, of much greater proportions than anything imagined by Richard Nixon as — for one — no one <em>died</em> behind Watergate.</p>
<p>Which leads us to the news that our blessed DOJ had decided not to prosecute Marc Turi because the oval office knows he would spill beans, and why Obama must continue to support Hillary Rodham Clinton as she, too, would spill beans.</p>
