Ladies and gentlemen, if this isn’t a call for reparations, I don’t know what is. Just short, perhaps, of a shakedown for cash.

A Black Lives Matter leader from Louisville, Kentucky, is demanding white people pay for their inherent sin of being white by adhering to a 10-point list of demands, which includes small gestures like giving up your home and leaving your property to a minority family when you die.

Before I waste too much space and ignore my cogent, devoted and salient readers, I’ll reveal my most immediate and pertinent response up front: no. Or perhaps “go to hell.” Succinct. Honest. Clear.

My forebears fought and died for the blue. They were Yankees. Here is a relative who fought for the blue on my father’s side.

Chanelle Helm, the co-founder of Black Lives Matter-Louisville, penned the list of radical demands in Leo Weekly following the rally-turned-fatal riot in Charlottesville, Virginia, last weekend.

What are those specific demands? Let’s do the logical thing. Let’s list them in order, which is what most every site on the internet refuses, for whatever reason, to do.

1. White people, if you don’t have any descendants, will your property to a black or brown family. Preferably one that lives in generational poverty.

2. White people, if you’re inheriting property you intend to sell upon acceptance, give it to a black or brown family. You’re bound to make that money in some other white privileged way.

3. If you are a developer or realty owner of multi-family housing, build a sustainable complex in a black or brown blighted neighborhood and let black and brown people live in it for free.

4. White people, if you can afford to downsize, give up the home you own to a black or brown family. Preferably a family from generational poverty.

5. White people, if any of the people you intend to leave your property to are racists assholes, change the will, and will your property to a black or brown family. Preferably a family from generational poverty.

6. White people, re-budget your monthly so you can donate to black funds for land purchasing.

7. White people, especially white women (because this is yaw specialty — Nosey Jenny and Meddling Kathy), get a racist fired. Yaw know what the fuck they be saying. You are complicit when you ignore them. Get your boss fired cause they racist too.

8. Backing up No. 7, this should be easy but all those sheetless Klan, Nazi’s and Other lil’ dick-white men will all be returning to work. Get they ass fired. Call the police even: they look suspicious.

9. OK, backing up No. 8, if any white person at your work, or as you enter in spaces and you overhear a white person praising the actions from yesterday, first, get a pic. Get their name and more info. Hell, find out where they work — Get Them Fired. But certainly address them, and, if you need to, you got hands: use them.

10. Commit to two things: Fighting white supremacy where and how you can (this doesn’t mean taking up knitting, unless you’re making scarves for black and brown kids in need), and funding black and brown people and their work.

My first thought: Ebonics are so yesterday. Learn how to write and speak actual English. It’s the common language of air traffic controllers around the globe. You might try taking that as a veritable clue.

And no. I’m not making this up. Why mention male penis size unless it’s an issue in and of itself? I wonder what Leftists and Feminists and Anarchists and transgenders would think of that?

Again, I have a quite easy and ready reply. That’s this:

1 – 10 = NO. Not just regular “no” but extra-crispy “no.”

With this loving suggestion:

Try turning that fierce judgment inwards and try to examine just why such a select few of you are such foaming, despicable racists yourselves.

Sorry might not cut it for the Missouri lawmaker who called for President Trump’s assassination.

Missouri Senate leaders announced Tuesday that Democratic state Sen. Maria Chappelle-Nadal has been stripped of her committee assignments, just two days after she tried to calm the controversy with a public apology.

Meanwhile, the state’s Republican lieutenant governor, Mike Parson, on Tuesday called for the Senate to go into special session to expel Chappelle-Nadal from the body.

“I do not make this request of you lightly, but you and I know it is the right course of action to take for the people of Missouri,” Parson wrote in a letter to members of the Missouri Senate.

It’s all President Trump’s fault. The man with the dead orange cat on his head.

Where do I keep finding these strikingly-racist black females?

Oh, that’s right. On their own blogs and social media sites splayed across the universe.

Trump is, after all, the anti-Christ. He is responsible for every planet in disarray beyond any sphere. He clearly forced, somehow, these women to be the most insanely stupid and racist versions of themselves whatsoever.

Unless that’s their, uh, “natural state.”

NY Teacher Exam Thrown Out For Being Discriminatory

A federal judge in New York has struck down a test used by New York City to vet potential teachers, finding the test of knowledge illegally discriminated against racial minorities due to their lower scores.

At first glance, the city’s second Liberal Arts and Science Test (LAST-2) seems fairly innocuous. Unlike the unfair literacy tests of Jim Crow, LAST-2 was given to every teaching candidate in New York, and it was simply a test to make sure that teachers had a basic high school-level understanding of both the liberal arts and the sciences.

One sample question from the test asked prospective educators to identify the mathematical principle of a linear relationship when given four examples; another asked them to read four passages from the Constitution and identify which illustrated checks and balances. Besides factual knowledge, the test also checks basic academic skills, such as reading comprehension and the ability to read basic charts and graphs.

 

And there you have it.  Testing hispanics and blacks for reading comprehension is now racist.  Being able to understand a chart or a graph is racist.

This is the point to which we, as a nation, have now devolved.

Leftists couldn’t be happier.

The next telling paragraph:

Nevertheless, this apparently neutral subject matter contained an insidious kernel of racism, because Hispanic and black applicants had a passage rate only 54 to 75 percent of the passage rate for whites.

Oh no, say not so!  Hispanics and blacks that cannot pass tests requiring logic and common sense?  We can’t have that!

Once their higher failure rate was established, the burden shifted to New York to prove that LAST-2 measured skills that were essential for teachers and therefore was justified in having a racially unequal outcome. While it might seem obvious that possessing basic subject knowledge is a key skill for a teacher, District Judge Kimba Wood said the state hadn’t met that burden.

Judge Kimba Wood, lets us not forget, was appointed.  She never had to take an — ahem — actual test.  She may not be much keen on “tests.”

And just when you thought things couldn’t be more stupid, well — things indeed get more stupid.  Literally.

LAST-2 hasn’t been used in New York since 2012, but the ruling will still have repercussions. Minorities who failed the exam (who number in the thousands) may be owed years of back pay totaling millions of dollars, and those who were relegated to substitute teaching jobs could be promoted to having their own classrooms. In addition, while Wood’s ruling only applies to New York City, the test was used statewide, and it could serve as a precedent for further lawsuits.

The ruling could also pave the way for another ruling finding New York’s current teacher test, the Academic Literacy Skills Test (ALST), to be discriminatory as well. That test is even harder than LAST-2, with a strong focus on literacy skills such as writing and reading comprehension, and like LAST-2 it has a very large gap in scores between whites and minorities. A lawsuit, once again being heard by Wood, is already pending, with the plaintiffs arguing that there is no clear evidence strong literacy skills are essential for a teacher.

So: isn’t that just perfect?  Those morons insufficiently intelligent to pass these tests could sue the state of New York in order to get their jobs and back wages.  How perfect!  How classically Leftist!

Because, after all, it is infinitely more important to have a ignorant person of melanin in the classroom than someone who is actually educated and possesses knowledge, is it not?

Because, after all, “there is no clear evidence strong literacy skills are essential for a teacher.”

Oakland schools: blacks can’t be suspended

Because that would be, clearly, racist.

OAKLAND (KRON) — The Oakland Unified School District has approved a controversial move to eliminate kicking students out of school for swearing at teachers and ignoring instructions.

The school board voted unanimously on Wednesday to no longer allow teachers and administrators to suspend students out of class for non-violent offenses.

Why?

Civil and child rights advocates have been lobbying for such changes based on statistics showing that minority students are disproportionately punished for disobedience.

One commenter in this article indicated: “Future BART employees.”  Nicely done.

Oakland to halt school suspensions for willful defiance

Mouthing off in class or failing to follow a teacher’s instructions will no longer lead to suspension in Oakland schools, a ban that will be phased in and be fully in effect just over a year from now, the school board unanimously decided Wednesday night.

Oakland has been criticized for the disproportionate suspensions, leading to an investigation by the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights and a 2012 voluntary agreement that required the district to employ a range of practices that reduced suspensions. Among them are the district’s Manhood Development classes for African American males as well as restorative justice, which requires victims and offenders to talk about the behavior and ways to address it.

Community activists from the Black Organizing Project, Public Counsel and Californians for Justice, among others, applauded the school board vote, but said more was needed to address the needs of disadvantaged students in the district.

Gosh, I wonder just how many Caucasoids there are in the Oakland School District, vs the number of blacks?

Further, could it possibly be that a “disproportionate” number of blacks are suspended because a higher number of blacks actually misbehave?

All this does is reinforce to persons who don’t need this kind of reinforcement that there are no consequences to actions.  This is the same school district that validated “Ebonics” in 1996.

The clear bigotry of low expectations.
