  1. Off subject.

    BZ, I’m going to send you a email with a different address. Keep your eyes open. This is the email I will use to send you the C.H. Project information.

  2. Some writers have so confounded society with government,
    as to leave little or no distinction between them;
    whereas they are not only different, but have different origins.
    Society is produced by our wants, and government by our wickedness;
    the former promotes our POSITIVELY by uniting our affections,
    the latter NEGATIVELY by restraining our vices. The one
    encourages intercourse, the other creates distinctions.
    The first a patron, the last a punisher.
    -Thomas Paine, Common Sense

    When will Republicans finally get this?

    Because it is starting to look all too clearly that it isn’t the Hamiltonians that will pull our fat out of the fire… considering they were the ones putting it in earlier with a trough-load more to follow.

    Jeffersonians seem a bit squeamish on this actually standing up for something deal.

    Wilsonians are a loss in a never-never land of fairy cotton candy and dreams that disappear with the first touch of sunlight.

    It will come to violence at this rate.

    Then it will be up to the Jacksonians to cash out the chips of the other three groups and let folks know you must *mean* liberty and rights, and *mean* having one Nation that supports these things, and *mean* it when you tell of tyrants and dictators and empire builders that you are their enemy.

    I do not look forward to that day.

    “I weep for the liberty of my country when I see at this early day of its successful experiment that corruption has been imputed to many members of the House of Representatives, and the rights of the people have been bartered for promises of office.”
    – Andrew Jackson

  3. TF: I am surprised I’ve come a bit to this conclusion; even AJ, a much more rational creature than me, fears this.

    Ranando: check.

    AJ: when you write: “It will come to violence at this rate,” I’m a fraction heartened we’ve drawn a like conclusion but very, very disappointed and shaken that this conclusion was yielded.

    PCC: I completely concur.

  4. Will it ever get to the point where the patriots up and say “No More!”? Or will the soft creeping feet of socialism smoothly find the way into the hearts and minds of the entire country, until it is too late to do anything at all?

    Currently, I fear that the creep rate is just right – no one is raising the alarm in the real world, only here on line do we see where there is any thought of the consequences…

  5. Cary: it REALLY IS about the Free Cheese. The newest generations of Americans are fat, lazy, complacent, arrogant and entitlement -and self-centered. And politicians are simply CATERING to these aspects for both cash, re-election and Social Engineering to acquire more power and money.

  6. Wow..except for the non-violent rhetoric… I loved this video.

    Voting does not work. Calling your representative does not work. This is naive thinking.

    Almost all elected officials are owned by special interest groups.

    I would prefer to vote from the roof tops.
