Nice precis of the rationale for wing flex. Doesn’t work with a rigid wing structure like the P-3 though… We just bounced along… LOL
You were flying the Lockheed ELECTRA. Didn’t you guys know that its wings fell off? Heh. Apparently there are a few P-3s left. It’s in good company like the 135, 52 and 130 for serving 50 years in the military. Despite its wings falling off every other day, that’s a pretty good company to keep.
