There is one person who has more power in this nation that the president, the Senate, the House, or anyone else.

That person would be SCOTUS Judge Anthony Kennedy.

He who has been the deciding vote for the past few years because — otherwise — Conservatives v Liberals are now, on SCOTUS, 4 to 4.

Sad to say that major SCOTUS edicts have come down to 5-to-4.

But, in truth, ObakaKare WILL come down to another 5-to-4 ruling.

Kennedy is the pivot point.

Which way will he go?

Appointed by President Ronald Reagan, Kennedy assumed office on February 18th of 1988. Since the retirement of Sandra Day O’Connor, Kennedy has often been the “swing vote” on many of the Court’s politically charged 5–4 decisions.^[2][3][4]

Kennedy was born in my own home town, Sacramento, Fornicalia.

Sad to say, when 5-to-4 votes occur, Justice Kennedy has become the Prime Monarch.
