Another Reason Jews Are Evil

From the UK Times Online:

A 76-year-old Jewish-Romanian lecturer was hailed a hero after blocking his classroom door long enough for many of his students to escape the Virginia Tech gunman, before being shot dead.

An older generation Jew stalls the gunman and pays for his heroics with his life.

Liviu Librescu, a Holocaust survivor, pressed himself against the door of the classroom while shots were fired in the corridor and surrounding rooms. He stood firm, attempting to barricade the door, while his students clambered out of the windows.

Yes, once again, those evil Jews.

  1. BWH: he came from a generation and a country known for strength and sacrifice. He is one man who should be held up nationally as a clear and obvious hero. Which is why you will NOT read about him in our Defeatist, Elitist Media.

    Wordsmith: amen.

  2. He should indeed be named a national hero, BZ. I’m sure the parents of the kids who lives he saved consider him one. If I were them I would be thanking his family personally. I hope they do so.

  3. But.. But… But- What about the massacre’s in Palestine? the countless acts of aggression toward the peaceful Muslim population? (/sarcasm)

Yep BZ this guy exhibited more courage than most of the students.

Greater love has no man than the man that lay down his life for another. (or something like that)

a bum rush would have limited the casualties, the effort to escape is a passive response to aggressive act. IMO

Sounds harsh, sounds cold doesn’t it?
Not to say there wasn’t some heroic efforts in the act of escaping by students. But I think the aggression was met with surrender which added to the carnage rather than deter it.
My whole family had a discussion about this and I’ll tell you I was PLEASED with my kids responses.

  4. Ooh, the picture of a hero.

Anxiously awaiting more of your thoughts.

And I’ve just sent $25 to the VT memorial fund with his name attached, his children should see how noble their father was.
