Electricity:

If this is true:

Ironically, despite the web’s green promise, this explosion of data has turned the Internet into one of the planet’s fastest-growing sources of carbon emissions. The Internet now consumes two to three per cent of the world’s electricity.
Then what happens when you add electric cars?

  1. The article was not really how much electricity but rather from what it is created. Of course that lead to the global warming lie that the greens still promote.

In the end and upon further reflection it appears the article was more an advertisement for an alternative internet company.

  2. It’s all a hoax…

And did you see the piece about the *greenie* that wants to make some kind of machine that scrubs the air?

I wonder what it’s gonna run on?? Sunlight or electricity?

  3. Oh for crying out loud. Why don’t you do us all a favor and save the electricity and axe your stupid, lying web site.

  4. bd, you completely UNDERwhelm me! No F words, no S words, no name-calling (besides calling me a liar)? Is that the ultimate BEST you have in terms of weighing in on how we do NOT have capacity for everything else PLUS electric cars? And no words on how ordering over the internet saves taxes, saves gas going to your local stores, saves on traffic congestion? Man, you must be on Paxil, this is about your most conciliatory comment yet. . .

    Love you!
