What is amazing, to me, about this video is that every task depicted has the opportunity for disaster should it be performed wrong. Replenishment, swabbing decks, arming you name it, can go wrong with potential harm to expensive equipment or to personal health.
Compounded by the fact that many of these tasks are being performed by young people who were likely not doing anything remarkable a few years ago.

I have been blessed to witness most of these operations on both aircraft carriers and amphibious assault ships. The choreography involved in flight deck operations, especially on the big-deck carriers, is second to none. I am in awe every time I am able to observe these men and women in action.
