The remains of more than 15,000 babies were incinerated as ‘clinical waste’ by hospitals in Britain with some used in ‘waste to energy’ plants.
And now, in Oregon:
The British Columbia Health Ministry admits that it had shipped the remains of aborted fetuses to an Oregon waste-to-energy facility to produce electricity for residents of the Northwestern state.
In an email to the B.C. Catholic, a local Catholic paper, a Health Ministry official stated that “biomedical waste” had been “transferred” to an Oregon waste-to-energy facility and this so-called waste included “human tissue, such as surgically removed cancerous tissue, amputated limbs, and fetal tissue.”
The official made a point to say that the human materials are handled to follow “health and safety protocols, as well as federal, provincial, and local regulations.”
A bit more of the truth:
A spokeswoman for the Oregon Reuse and Recycling Association told the B.C. Catholic that the facility that is the likely recipient of the aborted fetuses is the Covanta Marion waste-to-energy center, which is located in Brooks, Oregon.
Nothing to see here. Just a few bodies of newborn infants. Hope you’re healthy and happy and warm in your homes, Canadians.

Attorney General Eric Holder canceled his appearance before the Oklahoma City Police Department’s graduating cadet class Thursday amid angry protests over his scheduled visit.
Mr. Holder was scheduled to deliver remarks at the graduation ceremony at 2:30 p.m. ET, according to his official itinerary sent out by the Justice Department Thursday morning.
Mr. Holder’s scheduled visit to Oklahoma City drew the criticism of several conservative lawmakers who planned the protest anticipating his arrival, including state Rep. Paul Wesselhoft, Republican, who has stated he believes that Mr. Holder should be impeached.
“Our protest has turned into a victory celebration because we frankly didn’t want him here — and we succeeded,” Mr. Wesselhoft said in an interview. “This man has used his position to advance his own political agenda and that’s not right. He swore to uphold the U.S. Constitution and defend it for all of us — not some of us.”
Carla Russell, one of the about 100 activists who came out for the rally, held a sign that read: “Holder is a Terrorist.”

But an early meeting at the Justice Department delayed Mr. Holder’s departure from Washington, causing him to miss the graduation ceremony, spokesman Brian Fallon said in an e-mail.

First, Harry Reid said he knew “it wasn’t over,” regarding the Bundy situation:
“Well, it’s not over. We can’t have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it. So it’s not over,” Reid said back on April 15th, tax day.
This bespeaks volumes in and of itself.
Now, Nevada Senator Harry Reid — who is also the Senate Majority Leader — has thrown his power against Nevada land owners. And against, literally, his own constituents.
Ultimately, this may not play so remarkably well.

BUNKERVILLE, Nev. (CBS Las Vegas/AP) — Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid says “something is going to happen” to get Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy to stop letting his cattle graze on federal land.
“It’s obvious that you can’t just walk away from this. And we can speculate all we want to speculate to what’s going to happen next,” Reid told KSNV-TV. “But I don’t think it’s going to be tomorrow that something is going to happen, but something will happen. We are a nation of laws, not of men and women.”
Reid called militias staying at Bundy’s Bunkerville ranch “domestic violent terrorist-wannabes.”
Sen. Dean Heller, R-Nev., disagreed with Reid, telling KSNV that these militia members are “patriots” and took issue with how the U.S. Bureau of Land Management handled the situation.
“I take more issues with the BLM coming in with a paramilitary army of individuals with snipers. I’m talking to people and groups that are there at the event. Your own government with sniper lenses on you. It made a lot of people very uncomfortable,” Heller told KSNV.
The junior Nevada senator also stated that he wants congressional hearings held about BLM trying to round-up Bundy’s cattle.
My guess is this: “something” won’t play well and it won’t be nice.
