This just in: FEDS DROP ALL CHARGES AGAINST SHERIFF JOE ARPAIO of MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA!

And let there be NO mistake.

This WILL NOT be covered by the DEM/MSM!

From NBCNews.com:

By NBC News staff and wire services

The federal government has closed a criminal probe of alleged financial misconduct by Arizona lawman Joe Arpaio, who styles himself as “America’s toughest sheriff,” and no charges will be filed, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said on Friday.

A separate federal investigation relating to allegations of civil rights abuses by Arpaio’s office is continuing.

The announcement on Friday marked the end of an investigation that began in November 2010 at the behest of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to examine alleged financial improprieties by the county sheriff and his deputies.

A federal criminal inquiry into several of those matters was concluded last summer with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Arizona declining to initiate criminal charges.

Maricopa County authorities were informed on Friday that federal prosecutors had likewise declined to bring charges in connection with allegations that the sheriff’s office had misused county credit cards or misspent money from jail facilities excise taxes.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio has been portrayed in the AMERICAN media as a racist, a criminal, responsible for the hateful and recriminative application of onerous, fatal, oppressive, unlawful, sexist, suppression of the basic and fundamental rights of Americans nationally.  To include, of course, those persons who are NOT lawful American citizens but whose status is protected and/or ignored by the very administration tasked with enforcement: the US federal government.

To those of you who cared not for Sheriff Joe Arpaio and determined him to be racist and unlawful I say: under Mr Romney, I submit Sheriff Arpaio’s name for Secretary of Homeland Security.

All those in favor, say “aye.”

Eric Holder sets ADA Nazis on Sacramento Public Library:

And he can also purposely choose to not prosecute Black Panthers who intimidated voters in Philadelphia because of their rmelanin counts.

But even more importantly, Mr Holder’s DOJ has decided it’s critical to go after a public library for loaning E-book readers.  No kidding.

From CNSNews.com:

The U.S. Justice Department says it has reached a settlement with the Sacramento (California) Public Library over a trial program the library was conducting that let patrons borrow Barnes and Noble NOOK e-book readers.

DOJ and the National Federation of the Blind objected to the program on grounds that blind people could not use the NOOK e-readers for technological reasons.

So because a blind person cannot use a NOOK, it’s time to make sure that NO ONE in a Sacramento public library can use a NOOK?

In the land of Mr Holder’s DOJ, the answer is short: correct.

Your friendly, neighborhood ADA Nazis, once again, at work.

Please check my related posts:

The ADA Nazis again at work.

Let “Poolmageddon” Commence.

ADA Shakedown Nazis Strike Again.

The Squeeze Inn gets squozed by the ADA.

And friends, please remember, when people say “Hey, it’s not about the cash!” — you can rest assured it is ALL about the CASH, at least with Scott Johnson.

This just in: OBAMA WANTS TO SELL ALASKA BACK TO RUSSIA; OUR 4 OLDEST AIRCRAFT CARRIERS TO CHINA

From a number of various sources in not only American civilian and military intelligence, but from persons in the State Department and the Pentagon:

Mr Obama, in an “under the table” and “under the radar” attempt to reconcile his massive deficit — to the tune of roughly $16 trillion dollars[see the US Debt Clock here], has tasked various elements of the US intelligence community to craft a plan that would not only work hand-in-hand with his current military sequestration efforts but would ultimately placate what he perceives to be the two largest challenges to false American “superiority” and perceived jingoism — at once both “leveling the global playing field” and also helping to solve national budgetary issues.  At this point, the U.S. national debt is more than 22 times larger than it was when, say, Jimmy Carter became president.

Mr Obama has set the potential end-goals at this: the sale of Alaska first and foremost back to Russia — the first targeted buyer — and then a specific list of “elder” aircraft carriers to China.

One point at a time:

Russia, as most clear-thinking people realize, had a foothold in a number of places now claimed by the United States.  Our current Ft. Ross in Fornicalia was once the most extreme outpost of Russian power.  Russian settlers established Fort Ross in the early 1800’s, during a time of unprecedented international expansionism.  Any number of people “claimed” Fornicalia but actual occupation became the tipping point.

Alaska, then, was “officially and formally” purchased from Russia in 1867:

The Alaska Purchase was the acquisition of the Alaska territory by the United States from the Russian Empire in the year 1867 by a treaty ratified by the Senate. Russia, fearing a war with Britain that would allow the British to seize Alaska, wanted to sell. Its major role had been buying furs from Indians, along with missionary work to convert them. The purchase, made at the initiative of United States Secretary of State William H. Seward, gained 586,412 square miles (1,518,800 km2) of new territory. Originally organized as the Department of Alaska, the area was successively the District of Alaska and the Alaska Territory before becoming the modern state of Alaska upon being admitted to the Union as a state in 1959.

As the intelligence offices were told, the loss of Alaska would play into the overall second term of Obama on three fronts: first, as an appeasement to Russia (please see Mr Obama’s comments to Russian President Medvedev in re his “guaranteed” second term), and also as a reduction of American Expansionism and exceptional debt.

With one extremely important additional aspect: it would close down the Trans-Alaskan Pipeline from Prudhoe Bay to Valdez.

That, in concert with Mr Obama’s refusal to consider the Canadian Keystone XL pipeline, would yield the proverbial “win-win” Demorat situation.

Because, of course, in a second term the gloves would officially be “off” and Mr Obama could enable and envision his most liberal or true-to-form proclivities.

Condoleezza Rice’s speech at the RNC:

From the DrudgeReport.com:

Good evening. Distinguished delegates, fellow Republicans, fellow Americans.

We gather here at a time of significance and challenge. This young century has been a difficult one. I will never forget the bright September day, standing at my desk in the White House, when my young assistant said that a plane had hit the World Trade Center – and then a second one – and a third, the Pentagon. And then the news of a fourth, driven into the ground by brave citizens that died so that many others would live. From that day on our sense of vulnerability and our understanding of security would be altered forever. Then in 2008 the global financial and economic crisis stunned us and still reverberates as unemployment, economic uncertainty and failed policies cast a pall over the American recovery so desperately needed at home and abroad.

And we have seen once again that the desire for freedom is universal – as men and women in the Middle East demand it. Yet, the promise of the Arab Spring is engulfed in uncertainty; internal strife and hostile neighbors are challenging the fragile democracy in Iraq; dictators in Iran and Syria butcher their own people and threaten the security of the region; China and Russia prevent a response; and all wonder, “Where does America stand?”

Indeed that is the question of the moment- “Where does America stand?” When our friends and our foes, alike, do not know the answer to that question – clearly and unambiguously — the world is a chaotic and dangerous place. The U.S. has since the end of World War II had an answer – we stand for free peoples and free markets, we are willing to support and defend them – we will sustain a balance of power that favors freedom.

To be sure, the burdens of leadership have been heavy. I, like you, know the sacrifices that Americans have made – yes including the ultimate sacrifice of many of our bravest. Yet our armed forces remain the sure foundation of liberty. We are fortunate to have men and women who volunteer – they volunteer to defend us on the front lines of freedom. And we owe them our eternal gratitude.

I know too that it has not always been easy – though it has been rewarding – to speak up for those who would otherwise be without a voice – the religious dissident in China; the democracy advocate in Venezuela; the political prisoner in Iran.

It has been hard to muster the resources to support fledgling democracies– or to help the world’s most desperate – the AIDs orphan in Uganda, the refugee fleeing Zimbabwe, the young woman who has been trafficked into the sex trade in Southeast Asia; the world’s poorest in Haiti. Yet this assistance – together with the compassionate works of private charities – people of conscience and people of faith – has shown the soul of our country.

And I know too that there is weariness – a sense that we have carried these burdens long enough. But if we are not inspired to lead again, one of two things will happen – no one will lead and that will foster chaos — or others who do not share our values will fill the vacuum. My fellow Americans, we do not have a choice. We cannot be reluctant to lead – and one cannot lead from behind.
