329 new classified Clinton emails released

7800 pages of emails.

999 emails amongst those pages containing classified information.  From Hillary Clinton’s private server.  Much, much more serious than General David Petraeus’s incident with Broadwell and the emails of their affair.  We can be sure that whatever those emails contained is now privy to Russia, China, North Korea and other nation-states who are not our friends.

Clinton should be prosecuted.  No one else would get the pass that she is; the argument for Clinton is simply an AMM shibboleth.

I suspect that James Comey is assembling the most sure-and-watertight case against Hillary Clinton that he is allowed, physically and politically.  I’m sure that Comey has been subject to numerous counts of intimidation by the Obama Spite House.  He watched the Clintons go after former Director Louis Freeh and knows the power of their wrath.

FBI Director James Comey is the pivotal figure in the 2016 presidential race that no one is talking about.

Comey, a Republican appointed by President Obama who enjoys a stellar reputation on both sides of the aisle, is investigating Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server as secretary of State.

Clinton is the overwhelming favorite to win the Democratic presidential nomination next year and is expected to be a tough candidate for any Republican to face in 2016.

Yet the controversy surrounding her private email account remains an Achilles’ heel.

The Hill still can’t fail to throw its own dig, however.

The GOP-created House Benghazi Committee flopped in October when Clinton testified for 11 hours. That hearing failed to produce anything newsworthy about her use of a private server and attracted criticism from liberals and conservatives alike.

Its failure makes it clear that the FBI will have the final say on whether Clinton did anything wrong or illegal. And whatever the verdict is, both parties will have to accept it because Comey is, in many ways, untouchable.

But has Comey been allowed to “work the case,” was he given the information he needs, and what kind of obstructions from the Obama Spite House were thrown into the mix?

One positive note.

“My folks don’t give a rip about politics,” the 6-foot-8-inch Comey said earlier this year. “We’re competent, we’re independent and we’re honest.”

Comey also has a pattern in independence.  He’s said that Syrians cannot be vetted appropriately.  He agreed (as I do) that the “Ferguson Effect” is in fact having a deleterious impact on law enforcement and stands as one reason why crime is increasing.  Comey disagreed with Obama on the Major Hasan mass killing, that it was related to Islam and not “workplace violence.”

This is the most highly politicized federal DOJ in the history of the United States.  The DOJ sits on information, refuses to prosecute anyone on the Left or involved with the Obama Administration, refuses to prosecute New Black Panthers, refuses to do its job.

The jury is out on this one.

I still remain hopeful.

Dem presidential candidate and top aides signed NDAs warning against ‘negligent handling’ of classified information

As the nation’s chief diplomat, Hillary Clinton was responsible for ascertaining whether information in her possession was classified and acknowledged that “negligent handling” of that information could jeopardize national security, according to a copy of an agreement she signed upon taking the job.

Translated: she knew precisely what she was doing when she signed that document, and she knew precisely what was expected of her and what could potentially occur to her if she were to abrogate that agreement.

It was all made plain and clear, up front.  A copy of that Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) is here.

A day after assuming office as secretary of state, Clinton signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement that laid out criminal penalties for “any unauthorized disclosure” of classified information.

Hillary Clinton DELETESPart of the document she SIGNED states “I have been advised that the unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized retention, or negligent handling of SCI by me could cause irreparable injury to the United States or be used to advantage by a foreign nation.”

The language of her NDA suggests it was Clinton’s responsibility to ascertain whether information shared through her private email server was, in fact, classified.

“I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with appropriate management authorities in the Department … in order to ensure that I know whether information or material within my knowledge or control that I have reason to believe might be SCI,” the agreement says.

It doesn’t take a brain surgeon to realize Clinton acquired her own email server because she wanted total control of the information, and to ensure that its contents were not readily discoverable — when in fact likely the precise opposite occurred.  Just ask the Chinese and the Russians.

It’s already been revealed there were classified emails on her server.  They were marked “TS/SCI”—top secret/sensitive compartmented information.”  A valuable list of US security clearance delineators is here.

The incredibly smarmy Clinton arrogance and imperious conceit enters the picture when, despite all of this and, having signed her NDA and knowing so, she still believed she was of such import that she would not be touched or held accountable for any action.  The private server was an obvious attempt at avoiding her responsibilities and duties.  She, as with Obama, have administrations that are the opposite of transparent.

They were and are they most opaque by design.

Hillary Clinton jeopardized US security, lied about it, and couldn’t care less about it.

Because Hillary Clinton sent an email to her daughter, Chelsea, shortly after the Benghazi attack detailing the truth of the incident weeks before the American public knew.  Over Hillary Clinton’s illegal, hackable (and hacked) private server.

However, as Ohio Representative Jim Jordan pointed out during Thursday’s hearing, Hillary Clinton knew that the attack on the consulate was the act of terrorists and not a “reaction” to the terribly-produced YouTube video “The Innocence of Muslims.”***  She knew that early on, yet sent her minion, Susan Rice, onto as many Sunday news shows as possible the very next day in order to create the false meme that the “awful internet video” created a spontaneous and possibly warranted reaction due to an ignorant US videomaker creating a display offensive to all of Islam.

The attempt was to guilt Americans — horrible Americans, bad US, we got what we deserved! — into thinking we were responsible for the attack on our own consulate.  The attempt was to deflect guilt from a series of horrendous Clinton and Obama fuckups that resulted in the deaths of four Americans.  This was a craven, planned deception.

The American people were made to feel guilty that Islam was insulted by this “awful internet video” while the truth was — AGAIN — that Muslims were targeting and killing Americans for our Western non-Muslim ways.  That is the despicable action.  To play upon America’s “guilt” for the Obama Administration’s lying deflection.  Hillary Clinton was front-and-center because this act and this consulate and these employees were her responsibility and under her charge as Secretary of State.

In the email cited by Jordan, Clinton responded to daughter Chelsea, who emailed under the pseudonym Diane Reynolds.

“Two of our officers were killed in Benghazi by an Al Queda-like [sic] group,” Clinton wrote.

At the time, for whom did Chelsea Clinton, the daughter of Hillary Rodham Clinton, work?

Yes.

“The Innocence of Muslims” by Sam Bacile, a pseudonym for videomaker Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, was removed from YouTube.  Wikipedia has an entry for that video, above, which directly attributes its existence and content to the death of the four Americans at Benghazi.  A sub-category indicates that the entry is part of a series on Islamophobia.  That is to say, though even Hillary Clinton has admitted the video had nothing to do with the pre-planned and not spontaneous attack on the Benghazi consulate, Wikipedia insists that it did.  And that is the veracity that one can attribute to Wikipedia; i.e. none.

Obama undermines the FBI for Hillary

Obama Lying Is StressfulLet’s get right to the meat of the matter: Obama is attempting to undermine the FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton’s classified emails on her private server.

WASHINGTON — Federal agents were still cataloging the classified information from Hillary Rodham Clinton’s personal email server last week when President Obama went on television and played down the matter.

“I don’t think it posed a national security problem,” Mr. Obama said Sunday on CBS’s “60 Minutes.” He said it was a mistake for Mrs. Clinton to use a private email account when she was secretary of state, but his conclusion was unmistakable: “This is not a situation in which America’s national security was endangered.”

So now this becomes a situation in which the FBI — and more specifically Director James Comey — is placed in an adversarial position with the President of the United States.

The FBI is trying to determine the truth.  This is the opposite of what Obama wants, despite his insisting that his would be the most transparent administration in history.  Instead, it has been the most obtuse and opaque.

Look, Obama knew what kind of animal Hillary Clinton was back in 2007.  From AllenWest.com:

As a newly-published campaign memo shows, Barack Obama’s campaign had completely nailed Hillary Clinton for exactly who she is — as far back as 2007. The memo cites the current Democrat frontrunner’s “shifting, dodging and changing positions to satisfy the politics of the moment” and “penchant for secrecy and non-disclosure reflect an underlying disdain for the “invisible” people for whom she claims to speak.” 

And though I’m fairly certain Obama detests the Clintons, the same thing is occurring with Obama right now.  He’s putting aside his personal animosity for political gain, in order to ensure a Demorat is installed in the oval office and, with a bit more time, American politics will reach a demographic point via illegals, non-assimilators, Muslims and Free Cheesers of all stripes wherein Republicans or Conservatives will be essentially unelectable.  Demography is prophecy.

Obama can’t wait.

Does the FBI have more HRC emails?

Hillary Clinton DELETESFurther, were they turned over to the FBI from a hacker who, first, attempted to sell them to interested parties?

Evidence would indicate yes, there may be more emails coming to or in the hands of the FBI, acquired by a hacker.

The person who hacked into Hillary Clinton‘s email server has pulled the emails off the block and turned them over to the FBI, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

“After speaking with my lawyers” the hacker told Radar exclusively, “I was advised I could not legally sell these, and to get rid of them and turn in everything I had to FBI.”

As Radar previously reported, the hacker had initially requested $500,000 for a collection of more than 32,000 emails of the presidential candidate’s that they had claimed to possess.

Radar confirmed that Clinton had privately used the AOL-based account, and had chatted about everything from serious international subjects such as situations in Benghazi and Algeria, to lighter topics such as Valentine’s Day.

Do you mean to say that Hillary would hearken to the AOL sound of “you’ve got mail“?

Further, the Techno Dude responsible for the actual setup of Hillary Rodham Clinton’s private email server system has decided that he is going to take the 5th regarding potential statements to the FBI and an investigatory committee.   What?  I don’t hear the sound of your jaw dropping in shock and dismay?

The former aide to Hillary Clinton who helped set up and maintain her private email server has declined to talk to the FBI and the State Department inspector general’s office, as well as a congressional committee, invoking his Fifth Amendment right not to incriminate himself, sources familiar with the investigation confirmed to Yahoo News.

The move by Bryan Pagliano, who served on Clinton’s 2008 campaign and later as a technology officer in the State Department, to decline to cooperate in two federal probes considerably raises the stakes in the Clinton email investigation, the sources said. It confronts the Justice Department with a decision about whether to grant him immunity in exchange for his testimony — a move that could be taken only were the department to escalate the probe into a full-scale criminal investigation, the sources said.

What that means is: at this point, Pagliano cannot be compelled to testify if he leans on the 5th Amendment regarding self-incrimination.

It’s no secret that those persons who “take the 5th” generally have what ordinary persons like myself believe is something to hide, no matter the mouth music from attorneys.

That said, the criticality could potentially be ratcheted up geometrically if Pagliano becomes the first person involved in this series of coverups to hook a deal and spill the proverbial beans.  The best deals always get afforded to those who roll the soonest.

In my opinion, there are a helluva lot of beans to spill.

It’s looking worse and worse for Hillary.

I couldn’t be happier.
