Obama: Pushing The NUKE Button For ObamaKare:

Mr Obama couldn’t care less what we, the citizens, want. He spoke Wednesday regarding what I term “ObamaKare.” The One omnipotently states that the “debate is over.”

As per ABC News, in clear contravention of what he said earlier, Mr Obama now has chosen to go “nuclear” with ObamaKare.

He (Obama) will call for an up or down vote, as has happened in the past, and though he won’t use the word reconciliation, he’ll make it clear that if they’re not given an up or down vote, Democrats will use the reconciliation rules.

What that means is: Demorats will use the so-called “reconciliation rules” — which require only 51 Senate votes — to pass the Senate bill update.

Charlie Rangel: A Demand To STEP DOWN

Charlie Rangel, current Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, is the focus of a demand from Representative Artur Davis (how sad to think your parents either forgot to insert the H or it was a “typo“) to step down from that Chairmanship for ethics violations.

And this from another BLACK DUDE.

Chuck: you either fall on your sword — or the Demorats will skewer you themselves in a fit of unusual pique. What that means is: your acts were more than egregious and more than they wish to politically cover.

Hey Chuck: can you sell shoes? I hear AT&T is looking for more reps. Can you push the icon for a cheeseburger at Mickey D’s?

Tuesday Phone Calls

Nancy Pelosi is lighting up the phone lines of every Demorat she can find.

The words will incorporate threats. And she means each and every one of them.

They will go something like this:

“If you expect to see even one dollar from the DNC in any of your future campaigns, and if you expect your life to be even remotely smoothe, then you’ll be voting for whatever ObamaKare package I direct.”

The Politico writes in part:

Asked this weekend to grade her performance as speaker, Nancy Pelosi gave herself an “A for effort.”

But Pelosi knows that the real test is still to come.

Now in her fourth year as speaker and eighth overall as the top Democrat in the House, Pelosi has never faced such a daunting set of challenges.

Pelosi suffered a tremendous personal loss with the death of her friend and her most influential ally in the House, Defense Appropriations Subcommittee Chairman John Murtha. Another of Pelosi’s powerful colleagues, Ways and Means Chairman Charles Rangel, has seen his influence diminished by ethical problems — including an admonishment last week by theHouse ethics committee.

“She doesn’t delegate,” said one House Democrat close to the speaker. “It’s her biggest flaw. She has to have her hand in every decision.”

That means there’s no one else to blame for Democratic setbacks other than Pelosi, and she will have to answer if the party suffers at the polls.

This should come as absolutely no shock whatsoever:

Pelosi “will put a bullet in the head of anyone she needs to,” said a Democratic insider. “Rangel, any incumbent that looks like he’s going to lose. She’ll do anything it takes to keep her majority, anything.”

Finally:

Pelosi and other top House Democrats say publicly that they have the votes to push through a comprehensive (ObamaKare) package, but privately, they know they don’t.

I can only hope.
