House Approves $1.2 TRILLION Dollar Deficit

Your “Blueprint for Disaster” is on its way, courtesy of the Obama Administration. And split roughly along party lines:

WASHINGTON (AP) – The Democratic-controlled House approved a budget blueprint drawn to President Barack Obama’s specifications Thursday and the Senate hastened to follow suit after administration allies rejected alternatives from liberals and conservatives alike.

The vote in the House was 233-196, largely along party lines, for a $3.6 trillion plan that includes a deficit of $1.2 trillion.

Because, as the Republicans point out, the obvious is never within the grasp of Demorats:

Republicans in both houses accused Democrats of drafting plans that would hurt the recession-ravaged economy in the long run, rather than help it, and saddle future generations with too much debt.

To you and me, these are called facts in evidence.

You wanted it America, you’re getting it: all the Social Engineering that’s fit to come goose-stepping right up to your door shortly.

Money + Power = Social Engineering

The Demorats are finally out of the closet: their two month pogrom is clearly about money and power: the money forcefully taken from you by government, and the power they wield in order to enable their ultimate goal of Social Engineering.

This clarity is no more crystalline than in Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner’s statement to Katie Couric as documented on CBS News.com:

Days after GM’s CEO Rick Wagoner was forced out by the Obama administration, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner left open the possibility that such moves could happen again.

When asked if he would leave open the option to pressure a bank CEO to resign, Geithner replied: “Of course.”

GM CEO Rick Waggoner being forced to resign was the first large opening salvo in the Obama Administration’s beer-hall putsch to re-engineer all of America.

You must understand that everything you’ve witnessed and experienced these first few months under Mr Obama’s presidency has been carefully orchestrated by him, his handlers, Ms Pelosi and the Demorats to purposely take advantage of the American people’s confusion, in order to ram down their re-engineerist agenda whilst Mr Obama still basks in the fresh and golden light from his halo of “Change.”

With each passing week — nay, with each passing day it becomes more clear that these machinations are naught but a naked power grab.

If Mr Waggoner can be taken to task and “fired” with great alacrity by our government for his stewardship of GM, then why is it that the American Taxpayers cannot hold government responsible and summarily “fire” them as well?

Further: if, as the Demorats would like, former President Bush should be impeached for the firing of his administration’s eight US attorneys back in 2006, then what should be the penalty for this administration’s “firing” of a private corporate CEO who, up until recently, had not “worked” for the US government?

You must understand the foundation for all of this: Social Engineering at an unprecedented level, on an enormous scale, which will result in the complete and total collapse of this country. More about that this weekend.

Money and Power. With a massive dose of hypocrisy thrown in for maximum measure.

Bonus Hypocrisy, Anyone?

Near and dear to your memory is the recent herniating event regarding the bonuses paid to AIG — despite the fact that the Demorats and the Obama Administration — not to mention, specifically, Mr Geithner and Mr Dodd — knew the bonus checks were forthcoming and helped to craft the bonuses into the stimulus package itself.

Heresy!” the Demorats cried in unison. “You cannot have bonuses paid by government!”

Really?

Have you heard that, at the same time — in the fourth quarter of last year — the US government, the House of Representatives, gave bonuses to their employees?

Bad for private industry, good for government?

Heard about this in the DEM/MSM? Gosh, I’ll wager not.

The Wall Street Journal has reviewed the annual practice of lawmakers rewarding staff with annual bonuses – and this past year they appeared to do so in record numbers, according to the LegiStorm data that the Journal cited.

Bonuses are not unusual on Capitol Hill. But 2008 seems to have been an unusually big year for bonuses, according to the most recent House data LegiStorm analyzed. Each year, personnel compensation rises in the fourth quarter in the House of Representatives (data for the Senate is not yet available and is not as easily broken down). But in 2008, average pay per House employee spiked the most in the eight years since we have begun tracking salary data.

The Journal found that House bonuses ranged as high as $14,000. The New York Post also ran a more focused story this week about Rep. Vito Fossela’s (R-N.Y.)generosity with bonuses as he served out a scandal-ridden last few months in office.

Go here for LegiStorm’s graph of salaries, where an average DC Capitol Hill staffer was paid 17% more in the final quarter of 2008 than in the previous three quarters.

WASHINGTON — While Congress has been flaying companies for giving out bonuses while on the government dole, lawmakers have a longstanding tradition of rewarding their own employees with extra cash — also courtesy of taxpayers.

What do you make of this quote:

Democratic Rep. Loretta Sanchez of California handed out the largest payments, giving $14,000 apiece to three aides. Spokeswoman Adrienne Elrod said her boss is “proud of the bonuses she is able to give.”

I say: these “bonuses” come from taxpayers; me and you.

HARRISBURG — Eighty of the 100 Democratic state (PA) House staffers awarded the biggest bonuses in their government paychecks last year either donated money to or worked on the political campaigns of the two powerful Democratic leaders who controlled the bonuses.

Hypocrisy rampant, anyone? Very selective hypocrisy?

Imagine this as well: a totally silent media.

Your tax dollars at work.

The T-38 People From Beale

I work adjacent a commercial runway which, at one time, was a large and active US Air Force Base and also a SAC B-52 location with the 320th Bomb Wing.

Now, the runway is home to smaller private aviation concerns, and is a freight hub for such businesses as UPS, FedEx and DHL.

As such, I have occasion to see some very interesting planes now and then. I last posted about the appearance of a very rare aircraft called the CT-2 — the training variant of the U-2.
Last week I documented the appearance of the T-38 People from Beale AFB (9th Reconnaissance Wing). These are TR-1 pilots (what people commonly call the U-2) keeping their flight hours up, shooting landings in the tandem-cockpit T-38 trainer. These pilots appear regularly in their all-black Northrop Talons in order to line up and shoot landings, performing “touch-and-go’s”.
Beauty in motion.
