What do you remember about that specific day?
When was the last time — in the span of just 57 days — you heard anyone from the American Media Maggots make a reference to the man who died on that day while in the custody of the Minneapolis Police?
I won’t name the man — it’s up to you to remember him. But I’ll wager you’re struggling with that task and having something of a difficult time. Despite the fact that, if they’re to be believed, the name of that man is the sole reasoning for BLM and other anarchist elements to have destroyed much of American cities — Demorat-run cities, I should specify.
One man. One fate. He is the pivot and the fulcrum from which all social justice must now stem. So BLM said.
Or is he?
Let’s talk about the truth. Black Lives Matter is an organization that was founded after Trayvon Martin, but really expanded upon the out-and-out lie of “hands up, don’t shoot,” in reference to the deceased felon Michael Brown, in which he attacked Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson on August 9th of 2014 and was alleged to have been holding up his hands when “gunned down” by Officer Wilson. In truth, Michael Brown was attempting to disarm Officer Wilson.
A lie. That was the conclusion of 100 — ONE HUNDRED — FBI agents who flooded Ferguson, Missouri, in order to conduct a federal investigation of the shooting.
We know that, subsequently, people in BLM were chanting about killing cops, “pigs in a blanket, fry ’em like bacon.”
“What do we want? Dead cops. When do we want it? Now.”
Black Lives Matter, or BLM, is a racist organization that favors one race over another, the very definition of racism. We know this because BLM will not accept that “blue lives matter” or “Hispanic lives matter” or even — dare we say? — that “all lives matter.”
Any number of individuals have been pounded into social paste by BLM and their associates for daring to intimate anything remotely close to “all lives matter,” because the only mantra acceptable is “black lives matter.” Only. Period. No deviation.
Or your life, your family, your employment, will be ruined and you will have to wear the heavy label of RACIST around your neck like a stone of destruction. Hanging a dead chicken around the dog’s neck. Belling the cat. Worse.
NBA announcer fired over controversial ‘All Lives Matter’ tweet

Grant Napear was fired by his radio station and resigned as the play-by-play announcer for NBA franchise the Sacramento Kings after his tweet that said “All Lives Matter” was met with backlash amid the George Floyd protests.
Napear tweeted “All Lives Matter … Every Single One!” after former Kings star DeMarcus Cousins asked the 60-year-old for his view on the Black Lives Matter movement.
And there you have it. Napear was the canary in the coal mine. His fundamental problem was even expressing a view.
This became a proverbial “learning experience” for people all around the US. Say nothing. Tolerate everything. You can be destroyed by the Cancel Culture — and that is precisely the point of it. Whites need not weigh in. Nod, acquiesce, get sapped, shut up.
And apparently the issue as to whether or not white are even human — well, that’s up for grabs as well. BLM is already packed with racists. How about a perfect example?
BLM Leader Yusra Khogali: ‘White People Are Genetic Defects’

A Toronto-based leader of the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement was exposed dehumanizing white people. A Black Muslim and race supremacist, Yusra Khogali was caught in a series of social media posts that attacked people based on nothing more than the color of their skin.
Khogali’s social media post goes into a pseudo-scientific rant on melanin and concludes that the lack of melanin in white people means they have “genetic defects.”
Khogali adds that white people have a “higher concentration of enzyme inhibitors” which suppresses melanin production, adding that melanin is important for a number of things such as “strong bones, intelligence, vision and hearing,” which for her means that black people are super humans. She continues in comments to her original Facebook post, “melatonin directly communicates with cosmic energy.”
The posts have since been deleted.
But of course, I have saved them here for you to see, dear reader.
The irony of the attack is not lost. BLM prides itself for uplifting the value of black lives, yet, in attempting to do so, uses dehumanizing narratives and racial attacks against others.
Speaking to the extremism, Clarion Project’s National Correspondent Shireen Qudosi shares how BLM isn’t rooted in human rights but is deeply rooted in the language of divisiveness.
Khogali’s social media posts and presence in the Canadian activism sphere are nothing new and have been ongoing for at least the last three years. In fact, they’ve been deflected by BLM leaders when reporters drew attention to them in the past and, instead, BLM has been rewarded by the community.

Former “America’s Got Talent” host Nick Cannon delivered a racist and anti-Semitic rant in a June 30 episode of his podcast, “Cannon’s Class.”
Cannon hosted rapper Professor Griff, whose record of anti-Semitic comments is well documented, for an interview in which they promoted anti-Semitic conspiracies about Jewish families secretly controlling the world and claimed that black people can’t be anti-Semitic because they’re the real Semitic people.
“In order for me to be anti-Semitic, I’d have to be anti-black man, anti-black woman, anti-black people, anti-Africa, anti-all other people,” Griff said.
“Because the Semitic people are black people,” Cannon added.
Okiedokie.
“They have to rob, steal, rape, kill and fight in order to survive. So these people who didn’t have what we have, and when I say ‘we,’ I speak of the melinated people, they had to be savages, they had to be barbaric because they’re in these Nordic mountains, they’re in these rough torrential environments, so they’re acting as animals, so they’re the ones closer to animals, they’re the ones that are actually the true savages,” Cannon said in the video.
Black Lives Matter’s Philadelphia arm wants ‘complete abolition’ of cops in five years

THE Black Lives Matter’s Philadelphia arm wants “complete abolition” of cops in five years.
YahNé Ndgo, a representative for the city’s movement, told Fox News on Tuesday that the organization “don’t want to see any police in our community.”
She said: “One of the things that we are demanding over five years is the complete abolition. We don’t want to see any police in our community.
And then this staggering quote.
She continued: “Quite often, if there is violence happening, by the time the police arrive, that has already occurred and particularly in poor neighborhoods and in black and brown communities.
“So the police are not really a resource for preventing that kind of crime from happening. Just a response.”
Let’s examine those incredibly-stupid statements. And let’s be honest and clear: two things I value highly.
First, Ndgo demands a rapid police response and bemoans their late arrival when violence occurs, then wants no police. Stupid person.
Ndgo demands less crime but bemoans the fact that police come in and actually try to, you know, do their jobs. Police. Stupid person.
So she’s acknowledging that violence occurs in the “minority communities” but demands that cops not be in the “minority communities.” Stupid person.
Police are not a resource because, Ndgo, you accuse the police of “over-policing” and don’t want them in the community. Yet you say you want them in the community. But you don’t. Stupid person.
And yet the biggest threat to blacks are — wait for it — fellow blacks. Young, Urban, Fighting-Age Male (YUFAM) blacks. Cops aren’t the biggest threat. White cops aren’t the biggest threat.
Young, Urban, Fighting-Age Male (YUFAM) blacks are the biggest violent threat to other blacks. And, of course, Planned Parenthood, but that’s a story for another day.
Blacks demand respect but don’t respect themselves. Blacks demand respect but don’t mind littering their own dead black bodies all over major Leftist-Demorat-managed Urban Rat Cages.
Blacks demand “respect.” But until blacks respect themselves, they don’t deserve my respect and they don’t have it.
And let me be clear: Leftist, BLM, Demorat, non-Conservative blacks. You know. The ones killing themselves and slewing bodies all around. And shooting little girls, little boys, infants, and leaving one-year-old bodies in their wake. Those blacks. That’s pretty specific.
They. Don’t. Care.
Then there are the real Americans, a shit-ton of American blacks who are great patriots, great warriors, great believers, great soldiers for Christ, who have served and are serving this incredible country of ours behind the scenes and in front of the scenes, who are fighting evil in all its forms — to include Demorats, Leftists, anarchists, Antifa, Socialists, Communists, the American Media Maggots and more — on a daily and hourly basis. Who know this country is at its tipping point and that this November’s election is its most important, most seminal, most critical in United States history.
The bottom line is, if you’re not Conservative — and I couldn’t care less what paint job Conservative comes in — then I just don’t have time for you.
Those aren’t just empty words. That is fact.
And there are more who are being converted every day, leaving the Demorats, leaving Evil, seeing the light, and coming over to the Good side. It’s as simple as that.
Either Good wins, or Evil wins.
Either those who love this country win, or those who despise this country win. The choice is absolutely that binary.
With regard to BLM, we have made a rather rapid transition over the span of just 43 days. We have transited in this fashion:
From tolerance
To acceptance
To advocacy
If you are not an active and outright advocate for BLM and associated issues, you are a racist. You must be an advocate. Nothing less will suffice.

So, damn me, let’s go into the numbers again.
In 2019, there were more than 10 MILLION arrests in the United States.
Of those 10,000,000+ arrests, 1,004 ended in the suspect being fatally shot (most were armed).
Of the 1,004 who were fatally shot, 41 were unarmed.
Of the 41 unarmed suspects who were shot, 9 were black, 19 were white and the other 13 were Hispanic, Asian, etc.
In 2019, 89 police officers were shot and killed in the line of duty.
A black man is more likely to be killed by lightning than by a police officer.
According to the FBI UCR (Uniform Crime Reporting), there were 1,186,742 incidents of violent crime in 2018, and of them, 14,123 were homicide victims.
Blacks comprised 54.9% of all homicide offenders, compared to 42.4% for whites. Blacks are 13.4% of the US population, yet they accounted for more than half of all homicides.
According to the FBI’s National Incident-Based Reporting System, 61.5% of all offenders were male, and according to the FBI UCR for 2018, 87.7% of murder offenders were male. That means approximately 6% (black males) of the population committed approximately 50% of the murders.
Repeat: That means approximately 6% (black males) of the population committed approximately 50% of the murders.
But no one can talk about that.
Homicide is not the only crime where the black population offends at higher rates.
According to the FBI UCR, of 7,710,00 arrests reported in 2018, blacks comprised 27.4%. Approximately 28.6% of people arrested for rape were black, 54.2% of robbery arrests, 33.7% of aggravated assault arrests, 29.4% of burglary arrests, and 30% of arrests for larceny-theft.
Black arrest rates for violent crimes are also correlated with victim descriptions of offender race. Higher crime rates within the black population increases contact with police and therefore the chance of police shootings within that community.
So: damn this man for telling the truth. The truth that black lives really don’t matter. Just some black lives. “All black lives are equal, except that some black lives are more equal than others.”
The whole narrative of systemic racism?
The data doesn’t support the claim, and several thorough studies don’t support that claim.
So roll with me here. I’m going somewhere.
I haven’t seen one shred of evidence yet that the white police officer who had his knee on George Floyd’s neck or that the other 3 non-white officers who helped to hold Floyd down acted out of racism.
George Floyd was killed by these officers, but it appears to be an excessive use of force, abuse of power, and a callous disregard for Floyd’s health. And even that investigation hasn’t concluded.

And Demorats are not mocking American blacks in any way, either.
They also appear to be, situationally speaking, ambivalent between BLM being saviors or demons — depending, of course, on whose ox gets gored. Schadenfreude.
Mayor celebrates BLM protests, then calls them ‘domestic terrorism’ when her home is vandalized

Mayor of Olympia, Washington, Cheryl Selby, has been a vocal proponent of Black Lives Matter and backer of the protests that have spread across the country amid the death of George Floyd, but when these same people vandalized her home, she called it “domestic terrorism.”
It was reported last week that “two groups converged in downtown Olympia, and some became destructive, burnings flags, smashing windows, and spray painting businesses” moving eventually migrating to Selby’s neighbourhood and vandalizing her home.
The group dressed in black made its way to Selby’s South Capitol neighbourhood, chanting “abolish the police” outside her home as someone spray-painted “BLM” on her door and porch.
Although neither Selby nor any part of her family was home at the time, she received text notifications from neighbours letting her know about the vandalism.
Here’s the best part of the story:
“I’m really trying to process this,” Selby said. “It’s like domestic terrorism. It’s unfair.”
“It hurts when you’re giving so much to your community,” she added.
Poor baby. They are terrorists. Lay down with Marxists, Socialists and Communists, and you’re gonna get used and then discarded like a bloody Kotex.
Make no mistake. BLM co-founder Patrisse Cullors is an avowed Marxist. She’ll tell you that herself all day long.

Black Lives Matter, which was created by Alicia Garza, Opal Tometi, and Patrisse Cullors, has a self-described mission to “build local power to intervene in violence inflicted on Black communities by the state and vigilantes.”
“We engage comrades with the intent to learn about and connect with their contexts,” the site states.
“Comrades.” You know, the buzzword from the USSR. What a success story that was!
The interesting part?
Earlier this week, a report was released that claimed the national arm of Black Lives Matter spent millions of dollars on travel and compensation over the past three fiscal years, but only 6% of BLM spending went to local chapters and grassroots organizations.
Fact Checkers: ‘Black Lives Matter’ Not Recognized IRS Charity, Raises Funds Through ‘Fiscal Sponsor’

Earlier this month, FactCheck.org and Politifact confirmed that Black Lives Matter Global Network is not a recognized IRS charity, instead raising their funds through a fiscal sponsor, global nonprofit Thousand Current, which would likely “have a legal obligation to make reasonable efforts to ensure that the funds they receive are spent consistent with 501(c)(3) restrictions.” Some critics of the group suggest that its financial arrangement “blocks full transparency.”
FactCheck.org notes that ActBlue helps to raise funds for Black Lives Matter Global Network by directing donations to Thousand Currents, their fiscal sponsor.
“The partnership between the network (ActBlue) and the nonprofit (formerly the International Development Exchange) was announced in 2016,” the site explains. “The nonprofit organization (Thousand Currents) said it would provide ‘fiduciary oversight, financial management, and other administrative services to BLM.’”
An ActBlue spokesperson, Caleb Cade, confirmed to the fact-checking site that “donations made through ActBlue go to Thousand Currents for Black Lives Matter.”
You know. A Ponzi Scheme.

As the city of Minneapolis moves to dismantle its police force, Minnesota state Rep. Steve Green on Tuesday stated the obvious that virtually everyone else has been tiptoeing around and pretending isn’t there: “What you’re looking at, in my humble opinion, is communism moving into Minneapolis and St. Paul.” And not just Communism, but the Leftist/Islamic alliance. Green asserted that Antifa and Muslim organizations plan to “police Minneapolis under Muslim rule.” Those who scoff at such a notion simply aren’t paying attention to recent developments.
Back in 2016, a series of Minneapolis Muslims in man-on-the-street interviews stated matter-of-factly that they preferred Islamic law over American law. We have seen Sharia patrols in Germany, Britain, and even New York City, where the Muslim Community Patrol (MCP) is decked out in uniforms that strong resemble New York Police Department uniforms, and drives cars carefully designed to look like NYPD cars, to enforce “fundamentals of the Sharia.”
Muslim leader Siraj Wahhaj explained what that meant: “The mosques need protection and the MCP cars can help stop people who were not following the rules and regulations of the sharia, doing what they’re not supposed to be doing, but still doing it.” According to a Muslim involved with the MCP, this would involve stopping “Muslim women being out after dark, Muslim men hanging out in the corners doing dope, Muslims drinking liquor,” and enforcing, “basically, the fundamentals of the Sharia.”
If such a community patrol is launched in Minneapolis, it is likely to focus on the same things, but not do anything about the fact that the 5th Congressional District in Minneapolis, Rep. Ilhan Omar’s district, is the jihad terror recruitment capital of the United States. Stopping young Muslims from engaging in jihad activity is unlikely to be a high priority for a group that is dedicated to enforcing Sharia, since Sharia calls upon Muslims to wage war against and subjugate unbelievers.
Sharia Law on the streets of America, aided and abetted by BLM and their contingents.
Stepping stones. Think stepping stones. On the way to an ultimate goal. If you listen, listen carefully, BLM and their linkages are telling you precisely what they want. They’ll fight over the scraps later. Could it be Islam vs Communism? Who will win? Who is weakest? That’s who will lose.
You see how that one guy’s name really doesn’t matter now?
And just like Communism, BLM is coming for your religion. Any religion. Every religion. Except Islam. “In the Bible,” King continued, “when the family of Jesus wanted to hide, and blend in, guess where they went? EGYPT! Not Denmark.”

Spiro Skouras is back, addressing the rampant speculation about how Black Lives Matter is financed by George Soros.
In the wake of the murders of Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown, which spawned unprecedented riots in the US, Spiro says, “George Soros stepped in through his Open Societies Foundation, as well as grant-making from the Center of American Progress, to the tune of $33 million to fund Black Lives Matter.
“In addition to the $33 million contributed by George Soros, another funding campaign was formed: the Movement for Black Lives, which received $100 million through the black-led movement fund, paid for by the Ford Foundation and Borealis Philanthropy – and directly funded Black Lives Matter and dozens and dozens of other similar groups – actually, up to 150 other groups, including Black Lives Matter.
Soros Plows $220 Million into Radical BLM Groups and Anti-Police Movements

Open Society Foundations makes massive investment into radical groups
George Soros‘ Open Society Foundations has announced $220 million donations to radical Black Lives Matter justice organizations across the US.
The most significant share of the investment is $150 million, which will be via grants to black-led organizations focused on racial equality, the organization announced on Monday.
The Open Society Foundations added that donations aid the movement to “end policing as we know it.”
According to the Open Society Foundation’s statement:
“We are honored to be able to carry on the vital work of fighting for rights, dignity, and equity for oppressed people the world over started by our founder and chair, George Soros.”
Some of the organizations that will receive Soros’ grants are fighting to “defund the police” and “expand” voting rights.
Never forget, Hillary Clinton was always behind George Soros and advocated for him every step of the way — a man whose goal has always been the ruination and destruction of the United States of America.
Meanwhile, in New York City, the Ford Foundation is proudly taking part in the Defund the Police movement on its website:
“We’ve seen our grantees at the forefront of the change that’s taken place over the last few days—from the City Council of Minneapolis’s pledge to dismantle the police department to reimagine public safety, to Mayor Garcetti’s commitment to divest $250 million of the LAPD’s budget.”
Founded in 1936 by Edsel Ford, the Ford Foundation is one of the country’s most recognized charitable organizations. In 2019, it handed out $500 million in grants to promote a “just, fair, and peaceful world with opportunity for all.”
But now, for the first time since 1976, a member of the Ford Motors dynasty sits on the Board of the Foundation.
Henry “Sonny” Ford, joined the Foundation’s Board of Trustees in February of 2019 to help drive its “racial injustice” agenda.
The move is aimed at giving the Ford Foundation more legitimacy as it presses forward with its social justice policies. But it could spell trouble for the Ford car company.
Translation: America’s founding was unjust, it was unfair, and now, the country’s people deserve no peace. This appears to be the Ford Foundation’s new doctrine.
How does Mr. Ford conceptualize his risk of being associated with the Foundation, given its history of working to spread Marxism through this country and others?
BLM doesn’t exist to truly assist black Americans. It exists to further its own agenda of destruction, not creation, oppression, not freedom, goose-stepping solitary mindthink, not questions or opposing viewpoints.
And after a while, we should begin to ask ourselves: was any of this truly “spontaneous”? Or had it been planned for some time? Remember what I said about “coincidence”? I just really don’t believe in it much, any more. I have been disabused, somewhat violently, of believing in coincidence. Further, is it just about BLM? About a man whose name doesn’t readily trip off the tongue of everyone after 57 days?
What else could it be about?
Let’s start connecting some dots, tying some links together, and doing what I call the “logical extension.”
We are now weeks into what amounts to a nationwide insurrection. Monuments have been defaced, statues toppled, and the commercial centers of our great cities gutted. Yet, throughout, most of our mass media has characterized violence and lawlessness on an unprecedented scale as “peaceful protests.” The scope of the destruction has been concealed. The demands of the anarchists and Marxists rampaging across America seemingly systematically mischaracterized simply as demands for justice and reform.
Purposely. Because, as we know, the American Media Maggots are hard at work.
Some of the explanation no doubt lies in the fact that much of what passes for our mainstream media is simply so blind in its hate for Donald Trump that it will support anyone and anything that seems to oppose him. There are other factors at work, however, and some of what is transpiring may, in fact, be due to a decidedly anti-American agenda and the desire of a particular foreign actor not only to damage this great nation but to promote its own particular ideology.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) uses propaganda and influence operations as a means of projecting its power and weakening its enemies. Chief amongst the targets for these kinds of operations is the United States. These operations are not run on some kind of ad hoc basis. They are coordinated and directed at a national level by the CCP’s United Front Work Department.

As of this writing, there are 81 such institutes in the United States. The express purpose of these institutes is to shape American attitudes toward the CCP and Communism. The institutes are staffed by Chinese nationals and their purpose within the United Front system is to feed American students and faculty members positive images of Communism and the Chinese Communist Party. The students whose minds are shaped then, obviously, go on to careers not only in academia but throughout America including in the media.

Black Lives Matter purportedly exists to combat the alleged racism inherent in America’s police forces. Police abuse, and particularly police abuse against black citizens is the raison d’etre of the organization.
Yet, at the PanAm Post we have found that while Black Lives Matter claim to oppose police abuse and racism around the world, the organization is simultaneously a great supporter of some of the world’s most brutal and repressive dictators. In particular, the founders of BLM have been staunch supporters and allies of the sanguinary Venezuela dictator Nicolas Maduro and of the Castro regime in Cuba.

In December 2015 Black Lives Matter sent a delegation, headed by the organization’s co-founder, Opal Tometi, to act as observers during the Venezuelan Parliamentary elections of that year. The Maduro regime did not allow accreditation for observers from the Organization of American States, the UN, or the EU. The only accredited observers where from regimes and organizations friendly to the “revolutionary cause.”
Later that same month Tometi penned an article where she espouses, word for word, the regime’s standard text for international propaganda. “In these last 17 years, we have witnessed the Bolivarian Revolution champion participatory democracy and construct a fair, transparent election system recognized as among the best in the world ,” wrote Tometi about one of the world’s most corrupt voting systems in history.
Opal Tometi is, clearly, “down with the sickness.”
BLM’s main claim to fame, and its own name are derived from a premise that has been proven to be completely false. Police do not kill proportionally more black men than they do white men. Moreover, the organization has a lot of explaining to do regarding its support and collaboration with murderous and tyrannical regimes, some of which are intent on harming Americans of all colors.

US authorities uncover massive, nationwide weapons trafficking ring run by communist China to arm Black Lives Matter terrorists with powerful weapons of war

On July 3rd of this year, Natural News reported that communist China was trafficking full-auto weapons parts into Florida as a way to arm Black Lives Matter terrorists in advance of a planned armed uprising / revolution. US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) had interdicted and seized a shipment of over 10,000 full-auto upgrade parts that convert semi-auto rifles into full-auto weapons of war.
According to the CBP announcement from June 26th, the shipment originated in Shenzhen, China and was destined for “a residence” in Melbourne, Florida. Inside the shipment was over 10,000 small machine parts that function as full-auto drop-in upgrades for AR-15s. Natural News was able to determine that this operation was part of an attempt by communist China to destabilize the United States by arming Antifa and Black Lives Matter terrorists.
So make no mistake about the goals of the CCP — Chinese Communist Party. Theirs is an attempt to rape the US for all her proprietary industrial secrets, create weakness and chaos, destroy the nation, install Communism, and make what used to be the United States into a puppet for Communist China — a satellite thereof, if you will.

But note this: if BLM’s cause was truly a fight against actual racism, then why has the movement not fully divested itself from one of history’s most prolific racists, Karl Marx? Marx and his contemporary and friend Friedrich Engles are, of course, the fathers of that most murderous of political philosophies, communism. Communist tyrants have murdered well over 100 million people.
But both Marx and, more significantly, Engles were also notorious for their racist ideas. Both men viewed blacks specifically as lesser humans and more closely related to “the animal kingdom” than other races. In fact, Marx and Engels believed that race was a primary determiner for one’s economic status and ability. Using this belief, they developed a system by which they “radicalized skin-color groups, ethnicities, nations, and social classes, while endowing them with innate superior and inferior character traits,” as noted by Erik van Ree of the Institute for East European Studies of the University of Amsterdam. “They regarded race as part of humanity’s natural conditions, upon which the production system rested. ‘Races’ endowed with superior qualities would boost economic development and productivity, while the less endowed ones would hold humanity back.”
Not very BLM-like, is it? Because BLM is, at its very core, racist, stupid and ignorant.
Like most Leftists, this is cultivated and purposeful.
But what is Capitalism and what is Socialism? And please note what Denmark says about itself: “it’s far from a Socialist planned economy. Denmark is a Market economy.”
Who is Karl Marx, and what is Communism?

We’d all do best to be reminded that, in 2020, in an election year, everything is about the election. I have been thoroughly and completely disabused of relating to anything, any more, as “coincidence.” Coincidence has died a hard, bloody, struggling death. It no longer exists.
Forces, never before arrayed en masse, have been brought about by those who wish to do America harm. To, literally, ensure there is no such thing as America any more. No more United States. No more unity. Only division and hatred and violence and death and burning and looting and intimidation and fright and the eradication of history and the corruption of our youth and the normalizing of everything that is anti-American.

De Blasio doesn’t believe you should own property. Communists don’t believe in the concept of private property. All property belongs to the State. YOU belong to the state.
Democrats hate the Second Amendment. It is the right that stops them from immediately removing your free speech wholesale, which is their goal. Only one speech. Theirs. Only some thoughts. Theirs. Firearms protect your speech and your family and your property.
Democrats hate your free speech. Democrats hate your family. They hate mothers and fathers together in a family. They hate children. They don’t want them born. Many despise the human race. And they certainly hate your private property and its very concept.

Democrats exist to remove your freedoms and liberties — occasionally deigning to sell them back to you at a terrible price.
Think: when was the last time a Democrat expanded your freedom or liberty? Reduced government? Respected your rights instead of trampling on them?
There is a lesson to be learned from President Trump. If government, in concert with the media — another issue altogether — could array itself against a presidential nominee, a president-elect, and a sitting president, essentially a soft coup, then that government could crush you in an instant and wouldn’t give two thoughts about it.

Our “leaders” are completely silent and the city council is completely complicit.
Yes, they have been on the front lines WITH the anarchists and yes, last night one council member let about 200 into city hall.
The warlord in charge of the new “capitol hill autonomous zone” (CHAZ) drives a Tesla and has been arrested for drugs, guns, pimping and crimes against children and is on a federal child porn watch list.
He carries an AK-47 and has already started abusing people inside. WTF? You can’t make this up.
We have been castrated. There is no recovering from this. We can’t go near the zone and have been warned by our dept to stay away.
We are only working for each other now.
We have been in battles where these psychopaths have hit us with rocks, cinderblocks, homemade napalm, and even IEDs.

Sooner or later, you have to take people at their word. So cops are being targeted and killed. But that’s not fast enough or sufficiently far-ranging. Why not just cut off their funding? Why not abolish them wholesale?
That’s the foundation behind “defund the police.”
The interesting part is, while everything else in terms of government budgets has skyrocketed, police funding throughout the nation has remained even at about 8%.
But enough of that. Let’s start at the start with an assumption that will place me in jeopardy with most every member of the LDAMM (Leftists, Demorats and the American Media Maggots), as well as most every anarchist extant. And that is this.
I don’t believe there is systemic racism in America. I believe what we have, instead, is a congealed glop of Americans cowering before a “movement” that they know — as has been proven most recently — can break them individually and collectively, because most people are good natured but, moreover, cowardly. There is racism, but it’s a two-way street. All paint jobs can be racist. Blacks too. Listen to the rhetoric. Said it before, I’ll say it again: “No one is equal until everyone is equal.”
Leftists are more into 1984 and Animal Farm these days: “All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.”
Leftists control nearly every major institution in America:

And what about systemic racism by the police?
Data has been compiled by the Washington Post since 2015 on every police shooting in America, and killings by police of unarmed Black Americans has gone down every year since they started charting, with 2019 only showing 10 unarmed Black Americans killed by the Police. Of the 10, in 5 of these, the police officer was attacked before shooting the person. In 4 cases the officer was charged with a crime. Doesn’t exactly sound like genocide of Black Americans as some far left politicians and media personalities have told us. Sure doesn’t sound like systemic racism, either. Another important statistic, 48 police officers were murdered in 2019, according to FBI data.

Putting the violent rioting aside for a moment, politicians in both parties are insinuating that the killing of George Floyd was racially motivated and reflects a broader injustice against black citizens more than anyone else, which legitimizes the rage undergirding the riots, if not the riots themselves. This assertion is simply not borne out by reality.
According to the Washington Post’s searchable database on police shootings, nine unarmed black people were shot dead by cops in 2019, while 19 unarmed white people shared the same fate. So even before we examine whether these shootings were justified, there were more than twice as many fatal police shootings of white people than of black people.
Now obviously this database only analyzes shootings, not choking incidents, but if the case of Floyd is part of a broad trend rather than an aberration, we are certainly not seeing that reflected in the shootings. One poster on Twitter has done research into the nine cases of unarmed black people being shot by police, and in each one, it appears that the suspect was in the process of using potentially deadly force against the cop or another civilian.
According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, approximately 53 million people come into contact with the police each year, often with multiple encounters.
As researchers from the University of Michigan and University of Maryland reported last year, “We did not find evidence for anti-Black or anti-Hispanic disparity in police use of force across all shootings, and, if anything, found anti-White disparities when controlling for race-specific crime.”
Last year, 49 police officers were killed, and 30 percent of the suspects were black. So far this year, the number of cops killed is more than last year, despite the lockdown for two months. Has anyone made that a racial issue? Of course not, because individual criminals alone are the ones responsible for their actions.
Then, of course, there are the black-on-black crimes that are the biggest threat to black lives, yet they don’t seem to matter to the media and politicians. Just over the past weekend, 82 individuals were shot, 22 of them fatally. Black people are killed by homicide at eight times the rate of white people. That is the true disparity in the justice system we should be talking about. Having tougher policing and sentencing helps reduce that disparity and save exponentially more black lives, as we did from 1993 to 2015 before the advent of criminal justice deform reversed the positive trend of reduced violent crime.
In New York City, cops are beleaguered by political accusations of the Black Lives Matter movement. They are experiencing some of the most violent attacks in recent months, not just during the current riots. But is this really about protecting black lives, and are the police really the problem?
According to NYPD crime data, of the 209 homicide suspects in 2018 whose race is known, 149 (71 percent) were black or “black Hispanic,” 40 (19 percent) were “white Hispanic,” and just 14 (6.6 percent) were white. In other words, 93.4 percent were committed by “minorities.”
At the same time, however, of the 289 homicide victims in 2018 whose race is documented, just 26 (9 percent) were white, 196 (68 percent) were black or “black Hispanic,” and 54 (19 percent) were “white Hispanic.”
Thanks to more aggressive policies over the years, thousands of black lives have been saved in New York City since the days of 2,000 annual murders. We see the same principle in reverse in Baltimore, when unjustified rioting in 2015 led to a hands-off approach that kicked off several years of record murders, mainly harming African Americans.
Damn those statistics. You can never talk about the statistics. You can only speak of emotions.
But people are scared of the mob. Corporations lack courage, individuals lack courage, government lacks courage, and most of the politicians in DC lack courage. They can’t or won’t stand against the mob. And the mob demands obeisance, kneeling, genuflecting, prostration and, most recently, foot-washing. Not kidding.

DTP has also threatened the Mayor of Seattle, Jenny Durkan, who did not immediately kiss the DTP ring and has placed her own political future on the line. She has since, clearly, “seen the light” after City Hall was breached by protesters, the doors opened to the mob by a Leftist city council member, so the entire building could be occupied. Seattle council starts inquest of police budget amid demands to ‘defund police’

SEATTLE — The Seattle City Council began what it is calling an “inquest” into the police department budget, in the wake of the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis and the violent demonstrations that followed in Seattle, as well as across the nation.
That’s at least the early discussion as presented by the council on Wednesday, the first of many expected meetings and negotiations between Mayor Jenny Durkan and the city council.
Several council members have already expressed openness to discuss decreasing the police budget, in the wake of the protests against racism and police brutality.
In 2019, multiple current council members approved $15,000 signing bonuses for new Seattle recruits, citing staffing shortfalls. That measure was approved 7-1, and was cheered by Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan and Police Chief Carmen Best.
Yet now, based on recent events, the pendulum has swung the other direction and cuts will likely have to be negotiated.
Councilmember Kshama Sawant has called for cutting the $400 million dollar police budget, and budget chair Teresa Mosqueda has thrown out a 50% estimate.
Durkan is expected to make a pitch to the council to cut $300 million dollars from the overall budget, as a result of the coronavirus crisis, but delayed making that move in advance of a council-led meeting on Wednesday.
Things are getting truly primordial in Seattle but, why not? It’s the home of Antifa, Leftists and those who simply don’t mind trashing an entire city.
Seattle Police Chief Carmen Best, originally in favor of abandoning Seattle’s East Precinct (“we’re not really abandoning it,” she said, after equipment, files and other items were removed — and then all personnel left the building), has now thrown the Seattle administration under the bus.

LA Council Members Seek to Eliminate at Least $100 Million in Police Budget

Three City Council members filed a motion Wednesday to cut the Los Angeles Police Department’s budget by $100 million to $150 million for the 2020-2021 fiscal year.
The motion was filed by Council President Nury Martinez as well as councilmen Herb Wesson and Curren Price.
“We need to rethink what it is that makes people safer and makes communities stronger. We cannot just look at the police in isolation,” the motion stated. “There is no doubt that communities of color suffer disproportionately from negative interactions with the police.”
“Our only path forward is to dismantle the systems that are designed to harm people of color,” Wesson said on Twitter. “A preliminary cut to the LAPD budget will not solve everything, but it’s a step toward to being the city we aspire to be.”
Translated: LAPD exists to harm people of color. No other interpretation possible.
$150 million dollars cut from the LAPD budget. Let the floodgates open and the insanity commence. A little pushback from LAPD, who are reminding LA City Councilwoman Monica Rodriguez that they too cast ballots.

In an interview with the Daily Mail, BLM New York chapter Chairman Hawk Newsome described how the group plans to follow in the footsteps of the Black Panthers Party by matching fire with fire – when necessary.
“We’re talking about self-defense. We’re talking about defending our communities,” Newsome said. “You know what it’s like to see a taser pointed at a 7-year-old, you know what it’s like to see a 67-year-old black woman … pepper sprayed and pushed to the ground?”
“We are preparing and training our people to defend our communities.”
Newsome attended a national conference in Los Angeles of party leadership to discuss how the movement can create a “pathway forward” for people. The plan, called “Black Opts” for Black Opportunities, details how the movement can help to liberate black people.
“We have black Special Forces officers advising us, and we will teach and train people in our communities, the Black Opts department of Black Opportunities,” Newsome said.

We believe that Black people should not be forced to fight in the military service to defend a racist government that does not protect us. We will not fight and kill other people of color in the world who, like Black people, are being victimized by the White racist government of America. To do this the court will be forced to select a jury from the Black community from which the Black defendant came. We have been, and are being, tried by all-White juries that have no understanding of the “average reasoning man” of the Black community.
We Want Land, Bread, Housing, Education, Clothing, Justice And Peace.
When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume, among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect of the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
Sounds remarkably similar to 2020 Seattle, doesn’t it?
There was never a more appropriately named book than “The War on Cops” by Heather Mac Donald, published a few weeks ago, on the eve of the greatest escalation of that war by the ambush murders of five policemen in Dallas.
Nor is this war against the police confined to Dallas. It is occurring across the country. Who is to blame?
There is a ton of blame, more than enough to go around to the wide range of people and institutions that have contributed to these disasters. In addition to the murderers who have killed people they don’t even know, there are those who created the atmosphere of blind hatred in which such killers flourish.
Chief among those who generate this poisonous atmosphere are career race hustlers like Al Sharpton and racist institutions like the “Black Lives Matter” movement. All such demagogues need is a situation where there has been a confrontation where someone was white and someone else was black. The facts don’t matter to them.
The same is true of the more upscale, genteel and sophisticated race panderers, including the President of the United States. During his first year in the White House, Barack Obama chastised a white policeman over his handling of an incident with a black professor at Harvard — after admitting that he didn’t know the specific facts.
Nor did he know the specifics when he publicly announced that, if he had a son, that son would look like Trayvon Martin. Are we to decide who is right and who is wrong on the basis of skin color? There was a long history of that in the days of the old Jim Crow South. Are we fighting against racism today or do we just want to put it under new management?
No one should imagine that any of this is helping the black community. The surge in murder rates across the country, in the wake of the anarchy unleashed after the Ferguson, Missouri and Baltimore riots, has taken a wholly disproportionate number of black lives.
But, to the race hustlers, black lives don’t really matter nearly as much as their chance to get publicity, power, money, votes or whatever else serves their own interests.
The mainstream media play a large, and largely irresponsible, role in the creation and maintenance of a poisonous racial atmosphere that has claimed the lives of policemen around the country.
I believe that Barack Hussein Obama will go down in history as one of the largest dividers of Americans in United States history.
A very important axiom comes to mind at this point: “A society that makes war on its police had better learn to make peace with its criminals.”

The announcement from Councilmember Steve Fletcher comes a week after George Floyd died while in police custody in Minneapolis. During an appearance on CNN on Wednesday, he called the city’s police department “ungovernable.”
“The department is ungovernable,” Fletcher said. “Chief (Medaria) Arradondo is a leader that we’ve all had very high hopes in and that I imagined could play a role in envisioning the next version of public safety. But he has clearly not been able to make the culture change happen that we were hoping for and investing in.”

De Blasio announced a number of reforms as proposed by a task force on racial inclusion, one of which was to shift funding from the police force to youth initiatives.
“The details will be worked out in the budget process in the weeks ahead. But, I want people to understand that we are committed to shifting resources to ensure that the focus is on our young people,” de Blasio said.
Translated: you older people and the elderly, those who don’t vote for me, can go to hell.
Massachusetts lawmaker wants to outlaw the use of tear gas by police
Boston Magazineis reporting that a Massachusetts state representative from the Boston neighbor is preparing a bill which would ban the use of tear gas by police.
“Tonight, in Brockton, police fired several tear gas canisters into a crowd of #BlackLivesMatter protestors. Tear gas is considered a chemical weapon and is not allowed on military battlefields. My office is now working on legislation to ban its use against protestors, too.”
Federal judge orders Denver police to limit firing tear gas, projectiles at peaceful protesters
A federal judge in Denver issued an order late Friday night that limits the Denver Police Department’s use of chemical weapons and non-lethal projectiles on protesters, saying that protecting First Amendment rights were more important than protecting buildings.

If you defund police, that reduces the number of officers available in riot situations and, absent the proper crowd tools, the only way to defeat riots is with numerical superiority. But wait. I have a thought. I honestly think the time has come. Pick a city. Hell, start with Minneapolis. Let’s not stand in the way of their wish to eliminate the police. Really. There are still places in Baltimore, decimated from the 1968 King riots, that look like downtown Stalingrad from World War II. How about 1992 Los Angeles? Many of those businesses never came back.
And considering businesses already crushed and throttled by Wuhan-19, the rule of law gone in so many American cities, small businesses burned and looted, big businesses too, do you think they’re coming back? Big businesses can move somewhere else. Small businesses just die. So do their owners.

The official BlackLivesMatter DC chapter recently tweeted their disappointment in response to a mural stating “Black Lives Matter” painted on the street in front of the White House calling it “counter organizing” to their demands.
“This is performative and a distraction from [Mayor Muriel Bowser’s] active counter organizing to our demands to decrease the police budget and invest in the community. Black Lives Matter means Defund the police,” they replied to a tweet by Rachel Chason, a Washington Post reporter.
Mayor Bowser, one of the most Leftist mayors in the US, is insufficiently Left for Leftists and Antifa. Good to know. Ask Neville Chamberlain.

Defunding the police does not mean stripping a department entirely of its budget, or abolishing it altogether. It’s just about scaling police budgets back and reallocating those resources to other agencies, says Lynda Garcia, policing campaign director at the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights. “A lot of what we advocate for is investment in community services — education, medical access… You can call it ‘defunding,’ but it’s just about directing or balancing the budget in a different way.”
The concept is simple: When cities start investing in community services, they reduce the need to call police in instances when police officers’ specific skill set isn’t required. “If someone is dealing with a mental health crisis, or someone has a substance abuse disorder, we are calling other entities that are better equipped to help these folks,” Garcia says.

The survey, which was conducted Tuesday through Wednesday, asked 1,062 American adults about police behavior in relation to the protests about George Floyd’s death with a margin of error of +/- 4 percentage points.

WTTW News obtained a recording of an online conference call held by the mayor’s office to brief all 50 aldermen on the city’s response to the unrest touched off by the death of George Floyd in the custody of Minneapolis police.
In the wake of protests over police brutality, some are left asking whether the D.C. police force’s budget is too big and oversight of the department is too meager.
Protesters want law enforcement to be held accountable, as it would appear that police oversight is too meager even though department budgets balloon year after year. And while the protests are not a referendum on any one agency, the D.C. chapter of Black Lives Matter, along with other groups, is calling for local leaders to defund MPD. “[Washington Teachers’ Union demands] greater investment in communities, not policing,” says its president, Elizabeth Davis. Organizers are also circulating an online petition to defund the police.
“A budget is a moral statement,” says Sean Blackmon, an organizer with Stop Police Terror Project D.C. “It comes down to a question of who gets this money and resources and why do they deserve it?”

In a city with an international reputation for crime — where 900 murders per year werecommon in the early 1990s — it was the most violent weekend in Chicago’s modern history, stretching police resources that were already thin because of protests and looting.
“We’ve never seen anything like it, at all,” said Max Kapustin, the senior research director at the crime lab. “ … I don’t even know how to put it into context. It’s beyond anything that we’ve ever seen before.”

But with the building boarded up and police gone from the area, at least some demonstrators apparently decided to stay in place.
It is now called the CHAZ, or Capital Hill Autonomous Zone.
And what happened almost immediately? No chanting, no harpsichord, no patchouli oil? No. Instead, ID checks at its 6-block borders. Cash for entry. They have instituted their own version of “stop and frisk.” Their own “police force.” A shakedown of businesses for cash, for “protection,” like the Mafia. Apparently Leftists and anarchists DO like borders, they DO like walls, and they DO enjoy graft and corruption. Immediately.
Antifa Releases List of Demands After Taking Over 6 Square Block Section in Seattle and Setting Up Armed Security Watch — List Includes Reparations and Ending Police Dept.
The antifa terrorists are advocating for “folks with firearms” to take shifts defending the barricades.
The Antifa group set up barricades at the border and certain areas for dining and public speech.
Given the historical moment, we’ll begin with our demands pertaining to the Justice System.
The Seattle Police Department and attached court system are beyond reform. We do not request reform, we demand abolition. We demand that the Seattle Council and the Mayor defund and abolish the Seattle Police Department and the attached Criminal Justice Apparatus. This means 100% of funding, including existing pensions for Seattle Police. At an equal level of priority we also demand that the city disallow the operations of ICE in the city of Seattle.
In the transitionary period between now and the dismantlement of the Seattle Police Department, we demand that the use of armed force be banned entirely. No guns, no batons, no riot shields, no chemical weapons, especially against those exercising their First Amendment right as Americans to protest.
We demand an end to the school-to-prison pipeline and the abolition of youth jails. Get kids out of prison, get cops out of schools. We also demand that the new youth prison being built in Seattle currently be repurposed.
We demand that not the City government, nor the State government, but that the Federal government launch a full-scale investigation into past and current cases of police brutality in Seattle and Washington, as well as the re-opening of all closed cases reported to the Office of Police Accountability. We demand a retrial of all People in Color currently serving a prison sentence for violent crime, by a jury of their peers in their community.
We demand decriminalization of the acts of protest, and amnesty for protestors generally, but specifically those involved in what has been termed “The George Floyd Rebellion” against the terrorist cell that previously occupied this area known as the Seattle Police Department. This includes the immediate release of all protestors currently being held in prison after the arrests made at 11th and Pine on Sunday night and early Saturday morning June 7th and 8th, and any other protesters arrested in the past two weeks of the uprising, the name Evan Hreha in particular comes to mind who filmed Seattle police macing a young girl and is now in jail.
We demand that the City of Seattle and the State Government release any prisoner currently serving time for a marijuana-related offense and expunge the related conviction.
We demand the City of Seattle and State Government release any prisoner currently serving time just for resisting arrest if there are no other related charges, and that those convictions should also be expunged.
We demand that prisoners currently serving time be given the full and unrestricted right to vote, and for Washington State to pass legislation specifically breaking from Federal law that prevents felons from being able to vote.
We demand an end to prosecutorial immunity for police officers in the time between now and the dissolution of the SPD and extant justice system.
We demand the abolition of imprisonment, generally speaking, but especially the abolition of both youth prisons and privately-owned, for-profit prisons.
We demand in replacement of the current criminal justice system the creation of restorative/transformative accountability programs as a replacement for imprisonment.
We demand autonomy be given to the people to create localized anti-crime systems.
We demand that the Seattle Police Department, between now and the time of its abolition in the near future, empty its “lost and found” and return property owned by denizens of the city.
We demand justice for those who have been sexually harassed or abused by the Seattle Police Department or prison guards in the state of Washington.
We demand that between now and the abolition of the SPD that each and every SPD officer turn on their body cameras, and that the body camera video of all Seattle police should be a matter of easily accessible public record.
We demand that the funding previously used for Seattle Police be redirected into: A) Socialized Health and Medicine for the City of Seattle. B) Free public housing, because housing is a right, not a privilege. C) Public education, to decrease the average class size in city schools and increase teacher salary. D) Naturalization services for immigrants to the United States living here undocumented. (We demand they be called “undocumented” because no person is illegal.) E) General community development. Parks, etc.
We also have economic demands that must be addressed.
We demand the de-gentrification of Seattle, starting with rent control.
We demand the restoration of city funding for arts and culture to re-establish the once-rich local cultural identity of Seattle.
We demand free college for the people of the state of Washington, due to the overwhelming effect that education has on economic success, and the correlated overwhelming impact of poverty on people of color, as a form of reparations for the treatment of Black people in this state and country.
We demand that between now and the abolition of the SPD that Seattle Police be prohibited from performing “homeless sweeps” that displace and disturb our homeless neighbors, and on equal footing we demand an end to all evictions.
We demand a decentralized election process to give the citizens of Seattle a greater ability to select candidates for public office such that we are not forced to choose at the poll between equally undesirable options. There are multiple systems and policies in place which make it impractical at best for working-class people to run for public office, all of which must go, starting with any fees associated with applying to run for public office.
Related to economic demands, we also have demands pertaining to what we would formally call “Health and Human Services.”
We demand the hospitals and care facilities of Seattle employ black doctors and nurses specifically to help care for black patients.
We demand the people of Seattle seek out and proudly support Black-owned businesses. Your money is our power and sustainability.
We demand that the city create an entirely separate system staffed by mental health experts to respond to 911 calls pertaining to mental health crises, and insist that all involved in such a program be put through thorough, rigorous training in conflict de-escalation.
Finally, let us now address our demands regarding the education system in the City of Seattle and State of Washington.
We demand that the history of Black and Native Americans be given a significantly greater focus in the Washington State education curriculum.
We demand that thorough anti-bias training become a legal requirement for all jobs in the education system, as well as in the medical profession and in mass media.
We demand the City of Seattle and State of Washington remove any and all monuments dedicated to historical figures of the Confederacy, whose treasonous attempts to build an America with slavery as a permanent fixture were an affront to the human race.
Just a few demands.
These are terrorists folks, and the powder-keg is not far from blowing. But people are now saying the federal government should step in.
Send in no one. This is a local government creation and local and state government can repair it. But they must first have the will to do so. Their lack of will — when they have all the equipment and personnel to do it themselves — does not an emergency make. The city of Seattle groomed and coddled and petted and nurtured that little lizard until it became a dragon.
If you, Seattle, lack the will to repair this yourselves, these are your options:
1. Coordinate with local LE to take your city back, like King County, surrounding cities and counties.
2. Ask for state assistance. I watched Governor Inslee profess ignorance of the situation yesterday. That’s a lie. He knows precisely what’s going on in Seattle.
3. It is the governor’s job to request National Guard assistance and HERE’S the rub.
Washington and Gov Inslee very well might not because that would acknowledge three things:
– Washington can’t handle their own people.
– Asking DC for help is acknowledging their fundamental errors in appeasement and capitulation.
– It would give a “win” to President Trump politically, and Demorats/Leftists can never, will never, cannot afford to yield a “win.”
It would prove their foundational tenets and beliefs are insidiously corrupt and unworkable.
You are going to see Seattle sacrificed, an entire city, on the Altar of Political Correctness by the Woke Child Mob.

Jay Inslee Laughs About Antifa’s Rebellion in Seattle as He Demobilizes National Guard

As antifa militants have taken over six blocks of Seattle’s Capitol Hill district, calling it the “Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone” or the “People’s Republic of Capitol Hill,” Gov. Jay Inslee (D-Wash.) laughed about this open rebellion, saying he hadn’t heard about it. Inslee added that the National Guard is demobilizing, and his chief of staff suggested that even if an open rebellion had broken out on the streets of Seattle, it would be up to “local authorities” to fight it.
“Passing the buck” doesn’t even begin to cover the insanity of this “response.”
A reporter asked Inslee about the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone during the governor’s press conference on Wednesday, noting that the antifa militants had shut down part of the city and were “not allowing people to come and go freely.” He did not mention the fact that antifa had commandeered the Seattle Police East Precinct.
“That’s news to me. So, I’ll have to reserve any comment about it. I have not — I have not heard anything about that… from any credible source,” Inslee said, with a chuckle. “Not that you’re not credible, it’s just before I espouse and opinion I should know of which I speak.” He laughed again after giving this response.
If the governor of Washington has not heard about the open revolt taking place in the state’s largest city — in the Capitol Hill district, no less! — then he is utterly incompetent. But his next response proved equally insane.
The reporter responded with a follow-up question, asking whether or not Inslee would bring in the National Guard to open up the city when “protesters” had erected barricades to block streets.
“You know, that’s a hypothetical. Look, we’ve got to have safety. I’m sure that people will find a way to have public safety everywhere in the state, I’m confident of that,” Inslee said. “The National Guard is demobilizing, over two-thirds of them are demobilized as of yesterday.”
This is the perfect time for Leftist Insurrection. Antifa members are terrorists. Terrorists have taken over an American city. The mayor lacks the will to act and the governor lacks the will to act. They are equally complicit. Seattle Mayor Durkan knows precisely what’s going on. So does Washington Governor Jay Inslee. This is a political statement and they’re making it.
Again, Leftists couldn’t care less whether you live or die, your working conditions, your living conditions, and if some citizens have to be sacrificed on the political altar, oh well. Better yet if cops get removed wholesale or get killed along the way.
In the meantime, those persons living within those six blocks of Seattle had no choice in the matter. They are trapped by terrorists. Young and old. Black and white. And trust me. They get no voice in the matter whatsoever.
This means any group of “protesters” can now choose, in any major American Urban Rat Cage, to close off some blocks of a city and call it their own. Because they can get away with it, and encounter no resistance.
That means it can occur in any city, in Sacramento, on a block where YOU and your family lives, and THEY could be in charge of whether you go in or out, to work, to a grocery store, and the fee of re-entry could be as simple as “are you with us or against us.” If you lie and say yes, you enter. If you say no they pull you out, beat and rob you, turn over your car and set it on fire.
That’s where this is going.
Oh and yeah: without cops they WILL do this.
In the words of a good Seattle cop himself:
I have heard from many people, both pro-cop and anti-cop friends that I’m “one of the good ones” and they “wish all officers were like me.” That I’m fair, kind, understanding, loving, and a great guy. I am still that guy. But my heart is no longer in it.
I work with an amazing group of people, people who got into this job as a calling. A calling to help people. Officers who when they hear people are being shot, stabbed, raped, robbed feel the call to try their best to protect life and property. And place themselves between the violent and the victim. And even take those wounds.. A department of people who recognize the past failures and have committed to try to correct the mistakes of the past and work towards a better future. Recognize their own biases and mistakes and learn about others to be more fair, caring, and understanding. Who were as disgusted and upset at the callous murder of George Floyd as the general public and wanted justice to be served. Officers who called out the actions of those officers and wanted them out and charged.
And for a moment, I had hope. Hope that something beautiful and good could come from it. In the last week, that hope has been extinguished. I am all about reform. I am all for accountability. And I am all about ensuring justice for all. And my department is a national leader in all of that. In the last years I’ve attended community meetings, made a point to get to know the people in the area I work (a largely minority community), and worked with people from other social agencies to improve our effectiveness and bring about better results when people need help beyond what I am trained to do.
But the actions of the last two weeks have shown me that does not matter. Progress counts for nothing. Discussion is off the table. Unity to address problems is dismissed.
I have been working 12-16 hour days for almost two weeks, trying my best to protect lives and property and ensure that those who want to march and have their voices heard are able to do so. But even when officers were simply blocking intersections to protect people marching or stationed around marchers as we’ve done thousands of times in the past, it was nothing but insults, death threats, and assaults by rocks, frozen water bottles, beer bottles, fireworks, flammable substances, and explosives. I’ve heard my black coworkers called traitors, Uncle Toms, and the N word, by white people. I’ve heard other minority officers slandered and singled out. Officers that I know and am friends with. People I know who joined hoping to make a difference and bring about change. Be that person that someone can directly relate to, because of a shared background. It made me sick and broke my heart for them.
I can take insults and threats. I understand people are angry about what happened, I am too. But this time has shown me that this area in general does not want me around. Despite numerous steps and advancements, personally and as a department, it mattered for nothing. There was no chance for connection and conversation. People were not interested in what anyone on my side of the line had to say. I heard what protesters where saying, heard their hurt, and spent a lot of time thinking about it, trying to at least partially understand and take it to heart.
But I legitimately don’t feel this community wants me or any other officers around. The community seems to feel this city and area would be better with no officers on duty, nobody willing to answer the calls for help.
I have stood next to officers while they were shot, attacked, injured. I have held people as they died in my arms, doing everything I could to try to fend off death. Heard the screams of people finding out their loved one was never coming home. Held people as they cried asking me “why?” Why did this happen to them or their family members and felt helpless because I had no answers. Pulled mangled bodies from accident scenes. Chased armed people, murders, and robbers through the dark. Been shot at, had people pull weapons on me or try to take my gun while threatening to kill me. Attended funerals for officers who were killed trying to save victims of domestic violence and robbery.
I have gone home and cried myself to sleep at the lives I couldn’t save. And then got up the next day and gone back to try to do better and do this job to the highest standard. And I serve with officers who have done all that and more. Because we care, deep in our core.
But despite all of that it seems like we are not wanted. We are looked at as worse than the criminals we try to stop from harming people. And more than that, I feel as if this city would not just be indifferent if I or a fellow officer were killed, they want it.
This week has shown me the city’s true colors and I don’t know how to reckon with the fact that I could lose my life trying to protect a city that will protest my funeral and cheer when I’m laid in the ground. And it has made me consider leaving it all behind. Abandon my calling to serve, help, and protect.
So no matter what side of anything you are on, please consider the ramifications of some of the things you are demanding. Because at some point even the strongest “good ones” may walk away. I am not there yet, but I am close. I am praying for the strength to continue. To be the change I want to see. But I don’t know how much more I have left. Or how much my brothers and sisters have left.
We have to ask ourselves: what are some of the true ultimate goals? There are two that immediately come to mind. Here is the first. A “police-free” future.

The Minneapolis City Council president said the city is aiming to have a “police-free future” as it shifts to dismantle its police department following the death of George Floyd.
Council President Lisa Bender noted on Monday that the change will take time but said that the city is aspiring to change the department completely with the goal of eventually eliminating police altogether.
“I think the idea of having a police-free future is very aspirational, and I am willing to stand with community members who are asking us to think of that as the goal because so many folks in our community have seen us work on reform,” she told CNN’s Chris Cuomo.

A YouGov poll found “despite calls by activists and protesters to defund police departments, most Americans do not support reducing law enforcement budgets. Close to two-thirds (65%) oppose cutting police force funding. Just 16 percent of Democrats and 15 percent of Republicans support that idea.”
Demorats and Republicans at about the same percent.
So make no mistake. We are in the heart of a war. A civil war. A war for the United States of America.
This is absolutely a binary election this November 3rd.

I’ve said for years, “people get the kind of law enforcement they deserve.” In a way, that distills down to the Talking Heads lyrics: “watch out, you might get what you’re after.”
I make this notation in reference to the NYPD’s firing of Officer Daniel Pantaleo on Monday, August 19th, resulting from the July 17th, 2014 death of Eric Garner on Staten Island.

An administrative judge had earlier recommended that Pantaleo be terminated. Garner’s death, which sparked national protests, occurred on July 17, 2014.
Daniel Pantaleo, the New York City police officer seen on video using a chokehold during Eric Garner’s deadly arrest five years ago — sparking mass protests and becoming a rallying cry for the Black Lives Matter movement — was fired by the department on Monday.
Pantaleo, who has been with the NYPD since 2006, was suspended as soon as that departmental verdict was reached, in keeping with long-standing practice when there is a recommendation for firing. The 13-year veteran had been on desk duty as his case made its way through legal and administrative circles.
“It is clear that Daniel Pantaleo can no longer effectively serve as a New York City police officer,” O’Neill announced.
It would seem to me that this is yet another police officer kicked to the curb due to politics. Please allow me to elaborate and elucidate. Because the implications then and now are rather massive. Here is the caveat:
Minutes after the police commissioner announced his ruling on Monday, Lynch said O’Neill had permanently lost the confidence of officers on the beat.
“The NYPD will remain rudderless and frozen, and Commissioner O’Neill will never be able to bring it back,” Lynch said in a statement.
“Now it is time for every police officer in this city to make their own choice. We are urging all New York City police officers to proceed with the utmost caution in this new reality, in which they may be deemed ‘reckless’ just for doing their job. We will uphold our oath, but we cannot and will not do so by needlessly jeopardizing our careers or personal safety.”
NYPD Officer Daniel Pantaleo has been through every horror-show ride imaginable. His actions have been examined by every city, county, state and federal microscope extant. Despite that, not one prosecution was recommended.
Why not? Because, after all, let’s admit that it would certainly have been convenient and politically expedient to recommend Pantaleo for every possible prosecutory venue imaginable. It would have satisfied any number of “communities” involved both local and national.
Let’s not forget that cops don’t just find themselves exposed to “double jeopardy.” Oh no. (this is absolute nirvana for Leftists) They can be tried criminally. They can be tried civilly. They can be prosecuted by the federal government — which pays attorneys to do so under 42 USC 1983. And they can be face entirely separate administrative repercussions. Like Pantaleo. Sounds like quadruple jeopardy to me.
For doing their job. For responding to calls for service.
Why didn’t all of these various potential prosecutions come to fruition? Could it be that the fact patterns extant have had something to do with that?
You see, the laws of physics still remain. Those laws exist on a physical plane and on a human plane. I would remind you of them.
“A body at rest will remain at rest, and a body in motion will remain in motion unless it is acted upon by an external force.”
“The force acting on an object is equal to the mass of that object times its acceleration.”
“For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.”
So true, we are now discovering. In a societal fashion, you see.
You cannot denigrate the importance of a civilized, organized, policed society advancing the rule of law and then complain when it becomes none of that. Nor would you ever want the proverbial “cop on every corner” because that becomes, naturally, Big Brother and “1984.”
There has to be — and there is — some sort of happy medium which now, unfortunately, is far from sight. We talk of pendulums and cycles in law enforcement. Because in my almost 70 years on the planet and 45 years as a Sheepdog in law enforcement, I have seen it all, done it all, watched it all, heard it all, experienced it all, paid for it in a marriage, blood, injuries, psychologically and with alcohol — yet I find myself actually a bit surprised and massively disappointed by today’s state of law enforcement.
I have to admit: I truly didn’t see law enforcement caving to Leftist politics though, of course, I truly shouldn’t be surprised. The gene pool for law enforcement and law enforcement administrators is no different from the one that surrounds every locale. If it is weak, you get weak cops. If it is Leftist, you get Leftist cops. Gene pool, baby.
Read my post about the limp-wristed and Leftist Berkeley Police Department here, the likes of which stood down in the face of Leftist Antifa rioting directly in front of their faces. Their chief told them to stand down, directed by the Berkeley mayor. No more, no less. And the abysmal Berkeley PD officers did just that. They disgust me.
For perspective, all we have to do is go back to LAPD and Rampart in the 1990s. That lovely time was acquired when hiring standards plummeted due to the dearth of appropriate candidates, and LAPD — like most every other California LE agency — lowered its hiring standards. There was a delay in corruption because, as indicated by the IACP — it took a few years for those persons to become sufficiently familiar with the system and feel comfortable with gaming it. Gang members. Minorities. Ties to Death Row Records. The Kingpin of Rampart wasn’t some Caucasoid. It was a guy named Rafael Perez.
Whoa. Hold up on that car wash. I guess that means — as I said — you truly do get the kind of law enforcement you deserve. Or accept.
Stop. Law enforcement agencies get sued due to three primary failures or exposures:
Negligence in hiring
Negligence in training
Negligence in retention.
Are we starting to see that now? I respond: everything is cyclical. Everything.
Daniel Pantaleo Was Fired. We’re Still Afraid for Our Lives.

Five years after Eric Garner’s death, it’s painfully obvious that the daily anxiety black and brown people experience is justified.
Last week, while the officer who had held Eric Garner in a banned chokehold as he said “I can’t breathe” about a dozen times was still employed by the New York Police Department, I was thousands of miles away, in Arizona, where I found myself terrified by a different set of law enforcement officials.
Returning from visiting a friend near the Mexico border, I was driving up State Route 90 when all northbound traffic was diverted into a giant tent, where officers from Customs and Border Protection were performing cursory inspections of all vehicles. A menacing German shepherd was being led around each and every car, presumably sniffing for narcotics.
I was experiencing one of the legal checkpoints that the agency uses to search and potentially seize any vehicle within 100 miles of a border, without what would normally be called probable cause. And while I didn’t have any contraband, I felt a rising sense of panic as the officers and dog got closer to my car.
Stop. I vehemently disagree with checkpoints away from a border. But that’s a discussion for another time.
But as a black journalist who has reported as police officers lobbed tear gas and used sound cannons in Baltimore, Ferguson and New York, and simply as a black person living in America, my experience in Arizona reminded me of how very real the stress of living under occupation is for black and brown people. Such stress, of course, takes a mental health toll and likely contributes to rates of hypertension and heart disease that create “John Henryism,” a term Dr. Sherman James, an epidemiologist, coined while trying to understand why black men die younger than white men.
So blacks live “under occupation” in the United States of America?
Take a breath BZ. Then state: what a load of unmitigated bull.
I’ve been stopped by CHP a number of times, some for bogus reasons. I was an EVOC instructor, after all. I was stopped by SPD for no reason. I was stopped by a drunk CHP officer on I-5 in 1986 for going over the limit by two miles per hour. He reeked of alcohol, his hair was askew. He was a mess. I swear, the only reason I was let go was because my then-girlfriend had G-cup breasts in a low-cut blouse. Which he ogled. I’ve been stopped numerous times by law enforcement. And I’m as Caucasoid as the driven snow. So “I’ve been stopped”? Boo-damned-hoo. Get in line.
Do you know what I do that is different from most everyone else when stopped? I pull to the right cautiously and in an area that is safe for the officer. I don’t stop on the left. I don’t stop on freeway ramps. I roll down every window. I keep my hands on the steering wheel. I don’t make any movements. I let the officer set the contact. At night I turn on the overhead cabin light. I say “yes sir” and “no sir.” Lots of that. When I am armed (I am always armed) that is the first thing I say, with both my hands out on the driver’s side door sill. I stay in the car unless directed otherwise.
Today, could I get smoked? Of course I could. If I did something stupid. No one knows me any more. Melanin count means nothing. You act. Cops only get to react.
Chris Rock is correct.
It would seem that most deaths from law enforcement come down to a rather simple equation, much simpler than even Newton’s Laws. Compliance vs resistance.
And when a multitude of brackets, organizations, movements, political groups, communities, media, social mores and even the administrations of various law enforcement agencies insist upon resistance or tacitly condone it, we are discovering that this makes for a brew of terrible consequences, not unlike The Ferguson Effect.
Well, not unlike. Precisely like The Ferguson Effect.
And back we go to the NYPD. Let’s examine the Eric Garner case and why it’s critical not only to the NYPD, but to law enforcement in general. Because some decisions have to be made — not only in terms of law enforcement, but in terms of the overall thinking regarding the crafting of laws.
The background of the Eric Garner case is this.
You have a large, obese black man, Eric Garner, 6’3″ and 370 pounds, who is selling what the City of New York calls “onesies” (cigarettes sold singly, out of a pack, without tax stamps) outside of a store (known as a bodega) on July 17th of 2014.
When it’s written “without tax stamps” that means the City of New York is removed from the tax revenue stream it demands on cigarettes.
So here is a man selling individual cigarettes that folks can purchase tax free, specifically so that people avoid paying taxes. He is doing this directly in front of a store where the owner has to pay tax on every cigarette pack he sells. And the owner doesn’t get the luxury of selling them individually. That is clearly undermining the store owner who is abiding by the law. Paying taxes.
The City of New York not only declares that unfair, but illegal as well.
Here’s where I make one very critical distinction that will come into play in a moment. The cops didn’t create the law. The City of New York did.
At issue is the use of force by the NYPD in terms of an individual who was breaking the law, albeit not regarding a felony, but a crime nevertheless.
And let us not deal in generalities or phrases or SJW chants as Leftists and Demorats are wont to do, but actual issues at hand — real time and immediatesolutions to problems cops find themselves facing on the street every day. Decisions that must be made in seconds. They don’t have the luxury of months of deliberation.
What Leftist organizations fail to disclose was that this was a common grievance for that area. NYPD just didn’t “happen” to be there. Citizens had complained about persons circumventing the law and, specifically, in front of their stores. The City of New York had decreed that it must have its own Tybalt-like “pound of flesh.”
Meanwhile, Eric Garner’s arrest record with the NYPD indicated a frequency of more than thirty times since 1980 for assault, resisting arrest and grand theft. Even The New York Times wrote that many of these arrests had been for selling untaxed cigarettes. What a shock to find that behavior continuing.

But let’s examine things further. Much further than Leftists would care. Let’s look at the size of Garner as compared to the officers around him. They had options. Many options when people fail to comply. Chemicals. Batons. Striking moves. Even deadly force if he attempted to disarm the officers or acquire their weapons which, luckily, he did not do.
Unlike Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, upon which an entire lie was built — “hands up don’t shoot” — and “Black Lives Matter” was created. Yes. On a lie.
What they decided to do, instead, is utilize numbers. An attempt to overpower an individual who clearly was much larger than every other officer present. Further, positional asphyxia comes into play. This is something the suspect brought to the table. Not the officers. The suspect acted. The officers can only react.
But even before we get into those details, which are important, let’s examine the overall situation in the first place.
NYPD either made an on-view notice of a crime, the selling of illegal cigarettes, or they were sent there by dispatch. It really doesn’t matter which one.
They confront the person involved. He either complies or he doesn’t. The initial action is his to make. The officers gauge their reactions to his action. They only know that he’s big. Really big. And he isn’t complying.
Let’s say this is a misdemeanor. And let’s say Eric Garner resists.
If you’re in charge of NYPD, what do your officers do now in the face of resistance?
Do they — as many citizens seem to demand — simply evaluate his quotient of resistance and then determine not to engage? And walk away?
What if the officers write a citation and tell Eric Garner to sign? What if he refuses to sign a summons? Do they walk away in the face of refusal?
I mean, come on, these were cigarettes. It’s not like he murdered someone. They should have simply walked away, right?
“Stop selling cigarettes.” No compliance.
“Sign the citation.” No compliance.
“You’re now under arrest for NYC Code ___.” No compliance.
This would be the perfect time for the officers to turn around and walk away, wouldn’t it? Maybe take his name and submit for a later arrest warrant? Wouldn’t that be logical?
“Give me your name.” No compliance.
“What’s your date of birth?” No compliance.
“What’s your address?” No compliance.
“Give me some ID.” No compliance.
There. The NYPD officers should simply have walked away because, of course, everyone could see the potential escalation at that point.
By this time, everyone on the street is watching you. Do you back up your lawful demands? Do you engage? Or do you simply walk away?
Here are some examples of walking away.
And this.
Look. Let’s be real. Making the dousing of officers a felony may be impractical. Logic tells us, if enacted, the crime may be dropped to a misdemeanor.
So make it a misdemeanor that mandates an immediate arrest, no citation and, if they physically resist, depending upon the violence of resistance and substance, you could easily bump it up to a felony.
We know that, likely, at some time in the future some individual will get the bright idea of substituting, say, vinegar or gasoline or rubbing alcohol or bleach or some clear caustic chemical for water. It’s the nature of crime and criminals. Luckily, to this point, that has not occurred.
But the most important aspect of the situation is to react now. Not an hour from now. Not tomorrow or next week. Immediately at the time of the crime.
Governor Cuomo is correct. With a massive caveat.
Had the officers reacted immediately to their incidents and a “community outrage” ensued, you and I both know that Governor Andrew Cuomo would have been one of the first — after determining which way the prevailing political prairie winds were blowing, sticking his finger up in the air — to condemn the NYPD and those officers, kicking them to the curb. Guaranteed. Easy for him to say in retrospect. Isn’t it?
The streets of what I quaintly term “Urban Rate Cages” are not always filled with warm and fuzzy individuals. Sometimes they aim to punch, kick, rob, steal and murder.
Because in the lawless community — and oh yes, those communities do exist — to do nothing when law enforcement is faced with lawbreakers, simply engenders more lawbreaking and disrespect to not only authority but the entire concept of civility in general.
To do nothing — and watching various NYPD officers walking away from being assaulted — tells those persons in the affected neighborhoods that the cops do nothing and hence mean nothing.
Acting this way — acquiescing in the face of crime — tells criminals that they can do whatever they wish and emboldens them. It also makes the job of law enforcement infinitely tougher for cops who decide to actually enforce laws. They will now be the “bad guys” because “the other officers didn’t do anything.”
So, Leftists, Demorats and American Media Maggots: what are your answers?
Because essentially what you’re saying is that, in the face of resistance, just about any amount, law enforcement should step back.
One pause for a brief waft of sanity.
Had someone done that to me or any other of my fellow officers in the 70s, 80s or 90s, no matter their ethnicity, they would have found themselves handcuffed and under arrest. No one did that to me or fellow officers where an arrest failed to occur. Just as Governor Cuomo indicated. We knew where the line existed and we held that line.
The laws of certain jungles applied then as now. Either you rule the jungle or the jungle rules you. Lawlessness is either accepted or it is overcome.
Why officers don’t react that way now? Because they realize their very own departments won’t have their backs due to political pressure. And political correctness. The Ferguson Effect.
On August 1st of 2014 the Medical Examiner ruled Garner’s death a homicide. According to the medical examiner’s definition, a homicide is a death caused by the intentional actions of another person or persons, which is not necessarily an intentional death or a criminal death. The five medico-legal rulings in every death are natural, accident, suicide, homicide, and undetermined.
The grand jury decided not to indict. DOJ? Nothing. FBI? Nothing. Attorney General? Nothing.
At a May 2019 disciplinary hearing for Pantaleo, Dr. Floriana Persechino, who performed Garner’s autopsy, testified that Pantaleo’s use of a chokehold on Garner “set into motion a lethal sequence” that led to a fatal asthma attack.[167][168] However, the examiner conceded that even “a bear hug” could have had the same effect as the chokehold, given that Garner weighed 395 pounds, suffered from asthma and diabetes, and had a heart twice the size of a healthy person’s heart.[166] Moreover, during the trial at a hearing in June 2019, a defense witness, Dr. Michael Graham, St. Louis, Missouri’s chief medical examiner, testified Garner’s death couldn’t have been caused by a chokehold because, Graham said, Garner was never actually choked or unable to breathe during the arrest.[169][170]Graham attributed Garner’s death to heart disease exacerbated by the stress of the arrest.[169][170]
Having reviewed the video several times now, and being a physician who specialized in the surgery of the very obese, I believe that the cause of Mr. Garner’s death was not “police brutality” or negligence, but rather the unfortunate synergy between his disease of morbid obesity and actions most police perform countless times with only transient discomfort to the arrestee. The decision of the Grand Jury was reasonable. Mr. Garner’s demise was the consequence of a confluence of many factors, most of which were beyond the ken of a policeman, and which occurred in devastatingly rapid sequence. Eric Garner was very obese, said to weigh at least 350 pounds. In fact, based upon his height and appearance, he very likely weighed more than that, but very few bathroom scales read high enough to accurately measure weight of that magnitude. By simple observation, one could see that his abdomen was very large and protuberant. His chest was similarly blanketed with a heavy layer of fat, and he had no visible neck – no indentation under his jaw, typically present in non-obese persons, which permits application of a “chokehold,” to briefly arrest the carotid circulation to render him unconscious and manageable. The chokehold was ineffective as a control, but it served to take him to the ground by leverage.

The subsequent post-mortem examination is said to have shown no evidence of injury to either the larynx or the hyoid bone, which is almost always fractured in cases of strangulation. Mr. Garner is said to have died from “chest compression” and associated heart disease.
Few persons, undoubtedly including most police officers and even Mr. Garner, would understand the gravity and complex pathophysiology of this condition, and the rapidity with which it can become irreversible, unless an airway and mechanical ventilation can be quickly administered – and establishing an airway in a very obese person is itself extremely challenging even under ideal conditions, such as in an operating room, let alone on the sidewalk.
Eric Garner’s death had essentially nothing to do with racism or racial animosity, particularly when one can see an African-American female sergeant, in charge at the scene, standing and observing the arrest in the background. Ultimately, as the senior officer on the scene, she was responsible for Mr. Garner’s safety, although it would be unreasonable to incriminate her, either, given the obscure physiology of the chain of events that led to his unfortunate demise.
Despite Eric Garner, Daniel Pantaleo doesn’t deserve to be fired

Pantaleo, now 34, inadvertently became part of ground zero for the populist uprising of social justice activists during the summer of 2014. It was then that he was dispatched to a Staten Island street corner, directed to take a 43-year-old father of six, Eric Garner, into custody for selling single cigarettes from packs without a tax stamp, or “loosies,” outside a bodega.
Garner’s death is a vicissitude that should sadden us all. But only one person is accountable here. It is the man who broke the law, obstinately advised police he wouldn’t be held to account for same, and then placed everyone involved in a dangerous intersection of sworn duties and no-way-out choices. Garner caused this horrible incident to occur. Pantaleo will presumably pay the price for that poor decision-making, as well.
Oddly enough, precisely what I’ve been saying.
The tragic incident has undergone scrutinization from outside investigators. First, a Staten Island grand jury failed to indict the officer. Then followed a Department of Justice investigation into Pantaleo’s actions to determine if Garner’s civil rights had been abridged. This investigation spanned both the Obama and Trump presidential administrations and was overseen by four separate attorneys general.

Broken Windows has been under fire in the woke days of 2019. But let’s not pretend that its employment has not saved countless black and brown lives when perpetrators and victims of homicides in New York City are overwhelmingly black and brown.
We may debate whether or not the sale of untaxed cigarettes should be considered an arrest-worthy transgression. But cops don’t make laws. When we have laws on the books, law enforcement professionals swear an oath to uphold them. Do we want to confront exactly what “selective enforcement” would look like in a country that already suffers from the belief that certain communities are treated differently with respect to the law?
After a while, having been told by various communities that law enforcement “over polices,” by their administrations that they “over police,” by the news media that they “over police,” by their local politicians that they “over police” and certainly Leftists, Demorats and the American Media Maggots that they “over police,” sooner or later law enforcement officers are going to take this clarion cry to heart.

NYPD officer injuries spike as union blames anti-police lawmakers

NYPD cops have a new reason to walk their beat on eggshells: Officer injuries are spiking.
That’s up 2.5 percent over the same time period in 2018 and up 3.5 percent through June over the first half of 2018.
With 1,120 total injuries, April to June this year was the bloodiest quarter for cops since the final three months of 2016, the earliest time period of publicly available data.
Injuries aren’t just knee scrapes; 35 officers were “seriously” hurt and 47 suffered “substantial” injuries, the NYPD says.
Police-union president Patrick Lynch — who’s been warring with NYPD brass and Mayor de Blasio in the wake of officer Daniel Pantaleo’s firing — blamed the uptick on “anti-police lawmakers and failed NYPD leaders” who have “emboldened criminals to assault cops and resist arrest.”
Absolutely correct. That is America’s current narrative with regard to law enforcement.
Cops are human. Their job is to do the job. Their job is also to go home in one piece at the end of their shifts. And like all others, they have to look out for themselves and their families. So they’re going to have to make some considered decisions.
NYPD Union Tells Cops To Ask Supervisor Permission Before Arresting Anybody

New York, NY – The police union put out a list of guidelines for officers to follow on Monday after New York Police Department (NYPD) Commissioner James O’Neill fired Officer Daniel Pantaleo in connection with the death of Eric Garner despite the fact a grand jury and a federal investigation had exonerated him.
“Be advised that neither your Police Academy training nor the current Patrol Guide procedures reflect the precedent established by this decision,” Police Benevolent Association President Patrick Lynch wrote in the memo, a copy of which has been obtained by Blue Lives Matter.
Lynch warned that Commissioner O’Neill’s termination of Officer Pantaleo set a dangerous precedent and “fundamentally changed the nature of our job” when he allowed politics to determine Officer Pantaleo’s fate without regard for the fact.
The memo encouraged officers to “uphold our oath” and continue doing their jobs but reminded them “we must remain united to protect each other from the toxic political environment in which we are forced to work.”
On Monday, the PBA accused Commissioner O’Neill of rolling over for City Hall and doing Mayor Bill de Blasio’s bidding.
In order to be in exact compliance with the patrol guide, officers will have to do a lot of things in a specified way that, in the past, was unofficially left to officers’ discretion.
The reasoning is, of course, to ensure they have authority to conduct business. They’re also saying that if they’re to be held perfectly accountable, they must act or react as the guidelines are specifically written.
“For every job involving a possible arrest situation, immediately request response by patrol supervisor and additional members to help control situation, pursuant to P.G. 221-02, ‘Use of Force,’” the PBA memo instructed officers in accordance with NYPD policy. “Await the patrol supervisor’s arrival before attempting to effect an arrest, except when immediate action is necessary to protect life and personal safety of all persons present (see P.G. 221-02).”
“Prior to effecting an arrest, confer with the patrol supervisor,” the memo said, and reminded officers to use their bodycams and “document in your memo book all instructions received from the patrol supervisor or other supervisors at the scene.”
Translated: CYA. Cover Your Ass.
The memo also reminded officers that anytime a suspect doesn’t voluntarily submit to being handcuffed, they need to request an Emergency Service Unit (ESU) before they can take that suspect into custody.
Officers should “attempt to isolate and contain the suspect” while they wait for ESU to arrives, as per NYPD official policy.
If those are the standards then they must be met, the PBA is saying.
“It’s very well known that for a majority of circumstances, the patrol guide is not followed to a T because you’d never get anything done,” the official told Blue Lives Matter. “It’s just too inefficient to do everything that way.”
The PBA memo to its members also reminded officers that they must call for an ambulance every single time there is a use-of-force, regardless of whether anyone has claimed to be injured.
“Do not transport the prisoner until he or she has been evaluated by EMS personnel,” the PBA wrote.
The memo also told officers to be sure and do their paperwork completely and as soon as possible for every incident.
When you’re under the gun as is law enforcement today, what other choices remain?
The NYPD official told Blue Lives Matter that most officers save paperwork to complete at the end of their shift so they can get back out on the street faster when they complete a call, but that the policy says they have to do all paperwork immediately after a call is completed.
I imagine you see the issues here. It’s called “back and forth.” No more. It’s now “one way.”

Newsom signs landmark police use-of-force bill
California will soon have a tougher new legal standard for the use of deadly force by police, under legislation Gov. Gavin Newsom signed today that was inspired by last year’s fatal shooting of a young, unarmed man in Sacramento.
The governor contends that with Assembly Bill 392 in place, police will turn increasingly to de-escalation techniques including verbal persuasion, weapons other than guns and other crisis-intervention methods.
Under the new law, which takes effect January 1, police may use deadly force only when “necessary in defense of human life.”
That’s a steeper standard than prosecutors apply now, which says officers can shoot when doing so is “reasonable.” One of the most significant changes will allow prosecutors to consider officers’ actions leading up to a shooting when deciding whether deadly force is justified.
Some police administrators are saying “calm down, there is no difference.” Changing the word “reasonable” to “necessary.” And how will you determine “necessary”? Only at the end of the event. What is “reasonable” to the officer in terms of reaction is no longer of consideration — in other words, what would other reasonable officers have done in a similar situation?

There has been a significant drop in the number of people wanting to be police officers. One officer says he knows why.
Please remember this: at the same time law enforcement is attacked and themselves handcuffed, the LDAMM are waging war against your Second Amendment rights and your ability to defend yourself. Who defends you if law enforcement is stymied and your rights are removed?
The entire point of the article is this: what do you want from your law enforcement officers? At what point do you demand they back down? Is it a sliding scale in terms of the initial crime committed? Is it a sliding scale of the resistance encountered?
Because you have to realize that in terms of any and every crime encountered by law enforcement, persons are going to resist. They are going to resist speaking to an officer, signing a citation, getting out of a car, refusing to submit to handcuffing and more.
Every law created has the potential for resistance. Including smoking in a bar. Vaping in a doorway. Onesies. Cops are called. What do you really want them to do when faced with resistance? Nothing?
Then why are you sending them to calls for service in the first place if you don’t intend them to enforce the law?
The bottom line is this: citizens, what kind of law enforcement do you really want?
After many decades in law enforcement, I do know this: people get the kind of law enforcement they deserve.
The Ferguson Effect is real.
Because cops are human just like everyone else. Unless you want RoboCop — perhaps it might not be that far off.
