Five simple ways to fundamentally improve the United States for every lawful citizen

As the days, weeks, months and years roll on, Life becomes more and more complicated. Just ask, well, everyone.

Or does it?

Are some simple solutions to government within our grasp? Solutions that would streamline government, improve government, make it more logical, more rational, more accessible, more in keeping with serving the American people instead of the reverse?

I submit: yes there are.

Solutions so simple and so obvious that they are despised and hated by both sides of the aisle. And that’s when you know you’ve hit upon something important: everyone in DC hates it.

BZ’s Political Axioms:

1. Goose and Gander
The Equal Application Act:
Every federal law created applies to every federal employee, no matter their age, sex, job, title, position or hours. No federal employee or contractor will be exempted from any federal law. Not politicians, not judges, not clerks, not lobbyists in federal employ. No exemptions for anyone. Period. You either apply the law in a blanket fashion or you don’t consider it. What’s good for the American people should be good for all.

2. Attorneys Revolt
The Tort Reform Act:
Two words: loser pays. Everything.
Talk about a “chilling effect.” Okay. Let’s talk about the chilling effect. There. Now we have. Next?

3. “Truth? We Don’t Need No Stinking Truth”
The Transparency In Bills Act:
Each bill will have only one fundamental topic. There will be no riders. No confusion. No attachments. No hanging something about military funding on a bill about ducks and geese. No trying to slide something stupid surreptitiously through some bland bill. One bill? One topic. Period.

4. We Can’t Move Our Cash Around Any More?
The Truth In Budgets Act:
Monies acquired through a given bill will be held only for that bill. No more mixing or stealing or moving cash in the dead of night from one topic or account to another. Encumbered funds for one bill shall remain in a given account. No stealing from Peter to pay Paul. Taxpayers expected you to fix ___ with that cash. They don’t want you to fund a bill for Blind Gay Estonian Monopod Dwarves just because. Oh. Like Kalifornia does all the time.

5. Send Me Back To Where?
The E-Verify Act:
Every employer has to use E-Verify. From a small business to every mega-corporation. If an individual isn’t a lawful resident of the United States, they shouldn’t be employed. You want to impact wall building? Try minimizing the necessity for building that wall. When illegals can no longer profit from draining America, guess what happens? Right. America gets less-drained. What a revelation. Let’s do something unique. Let’s try keeping America’s cash in America. What a concept.

I’m sure I’ll think of more.

In the meantime, this is a nice start.

A small suggestion: sue Facebook, Twitter, Google and YouTube to within an inch of their lives

For those would-be ground-breaking attorneys looking to set a landmark case in terms of the rampant censorship by social media tech giants — yes, private companies — here’s a novel approach.

In 1946 the US Supreme Court decided the case of Marsh v Alabama, in which a Jehovah’s Witness was arrested for trespassing because she was distributing religious literature in Chickasaw, Alabama, a town that was wholly owned by the Gulf Shipbuilding Corporation.

Marsh argued that because the town’s roads and sidewalks were the only means by which she could exercise her freedom of speech — and because the town of Chickasaw had been open to public use in all other respects — the trespassing arrest violated her rights under the First Amendment.

In a 5-3 decision, the Supreme Court ruled in Marsh’s favor. Justice Hugo Black decreed that private entities do not have the right to ban speech on their property if they happen to own a monopoly on the means by which speech can take place.

Black also argued that the more private entities open their property up to public use, the fewer rights they have to ban or control what people do on that property.

Given that Google, Twitter, Apple, Facebook, and other edge providers are publicly-accessible entities that have deliberately pushed for monopoly control over the internet, it becomes clear that Marsh v Alabama prohibits them from censoring right-wingers.

The statute would also apply to ISPs, since they wield a monopoly over internet access.

All it would take to shut down online censorship is a halfway-decent attorney arguing that these left-wing big tech companies are literally violating the First Amendment.

Nigel Farage also has an interesting take in terms of restoring equality to the internet and removing Leftist bias.

Like a cat with the trots, we just need to think a bit more “out of the box.”

Gauntlet hurled to some enterprising Conservative attorney.

Pick it up.

Nigel Farage: “treat Twitter like a biased publisher and sue”

How do you right the wrongs of Leftist social media corporations who embrace bias against Conservatives, Republicans, Libertarians and all others they hate?

Nigel Farage has an interesting take.

Is this viable, or even a novel idea?

BZ’s Berserk Bobcat Saloon Radio Show, Thursday, 7-26-18 with DAN BUTCHER and SACK HEADS SHAUN!

Featuring Right thinking from a left brain, doing the job the American Media Maggots won’t, embracing ubiquitous, sagacious perspicacity and broadcasting behind enemy lines in Occupied Fornicalia from the veritable Belly of the Beast, the Bill Mill in Sacramento, Fornicalia, I continue to proffer my thanks to the SHR Media Network for allowing me to utilize their studio and hijack their air twice weekly, Tuesdays and Thursdays, thanks to my shameless contract — as well as appear on the Sack Heads: Against Tyranny Show every Wednesday night.

Tonight, DAN BUTCHER talked about his news site, the HighPlainsPundit.com and its various updates.

During the show DAN and BZ larfed like hell at the stupid Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan (a massive Lefitst anti-Trumper) who spent $52 million dollars on streetcars that won’t fit the tracks. She’s also spending — wait for it — $12 million dollars per mile for bicycle lanes. No. Not kidding. Deadly serious. For some painted white lines and a little more asphalt. For God’s sake, California is spending $20 million dollars per mile for a bullet train. To nowhere. And those costs are rising exponentially. Note to Leftist Mayor Durkan: a bike lane ain’t no bullet train. Gee. I wonder into whose pocket that extra cash is going?

But hell, it’s Seattle. I couldn’t care less. Let all the Leftists be fleeced inordinately and let the fiscal corruption continue unabated.

Then there was the stealth appearance during the last half hour of the show by Sack Heads Shaun — a welcome visage and a welcome voice in the Saloon! He apparently brought someone with him as well. Watch at the very end to see just who it was.
