Justice Dept. grants immunity to staffer who set up Clinton email server

The Justice Department has granted immunity to the former State Department staffer who worked on Hillary Rodham Clinton’s private email server as part of a criminal investigation into the possible mishandling of classified information, according to a senior law enforcement official.
The official said the FBI had secured the cooperation of Bryan Pagliano who worked on Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign before setting up the server in her New York home in 2009.
If you check my blog, you may recall that I said a source indicated Hillary Clinton may in fact be indicted. The evidence is so overwhelming as to make itself almost too impossible to ignore, even in the current administration. The reason that Hillary has enjoyed her impervious position is, in my estimation, because Obama fears a revelation about himself. That would be correct, insofar as a recent email found on Clinton’s server regarding Obama will not be revealed due to security issues. Imagine that.
Still and all, the Washington Post has made a rather startling revelation.
Ladies and gentlemen, there are still roughly nine months to go.

Last night’s (Thursday) debate has the DNC scared for Hillary Clinton.
So, with that and following a new poll showing Hillary Clinton taking a serious nosedive, Bill Bartmann (he runs an Oklahoma financial services company), the creator of “Draft Biden,” sent out an email to Demorats saying:
I would urge all of you to join me in ‘keeping our powder dry’ until we see if for the good of the party and the country we should resurrect the Draft Biden movement. We cannot afford to lose the White House.
Hold your horses right there buddy.
This could change things.
If it turns out Hillary is not The One for the Demorats, the political gloves may in fact be off. Should she replay 2008 and is no longer in favor, just think:. when the political prairie winds turn, might the DOJ truly begin to consider accepting the recommendation of an indictment from Director Comey’s FBI? Will Obama kick her to the curb? There is no love lost, you know, between the Obamas and the Clintons.
In any event, there was an atrocious — I can think of no other word — catastrophe of potentially global implications that occurred in San Bernardino. This video perhaps illustrates things at their base.
The media was given whole hog access to the terrorist base camp.

The media are jackals.
The feds are incompetent.
We’re completely screwed.
That’s the only message we can take from the media’s three-hour tour of the San Bernardino terrorists’ apartment. On Friday, at media request, the landlord of the apartment pried off a board covering the door with a crowbar, and the media, in all of their vulpine glory, rushed forward to feast on material evidence in a terrorism investigation.
That heads are not yet rolling — at least in public — astounds and amazes me.
Because mostly all month I have been extolling the independence and competency of FBI Director James Comey, whom I’ve quantified as one of the best directors to sit at 935 Pennsylvania Avenue in some time.
I don’t see any fingerprint dust on the walls where they went in there and checked for fingerprints for other people that might have been connected with these two. You’ve got documents laying all over the place; you’ve got shredded documents…You have passports, you’ve got drivers’ licenses — now you have thousands of fingerprints all over inside this crime scene…I am so shocked, I cannot believe it.

During their live broadcast, MSNBC showed identification cards that should not have been made public
‘We regret that we briefly showed images of photographs and identification cards that should not have been aired without review,’ said MSNBC
The San Bernardino police said it was still an active crime scene Friday morning, but the FBI later said that was not the case
‘If the police are watching this, they better be on their way down there to stop this from happening,’ said law enforcement specialist Harry Houck
He also noted that it appeared the apartment had at no point been dusted for fingerprints based on what he was seeing
I most definitely have a “take” on this, and it isn’t against the San Bernardino Police Department. I find the FBI wholly at fault. Having worked for the federal system and with local law enforcement for 41 years (and retiring only 5 months ago), here’s why:
The FBI determined the San Bernardino shootings were acts of terror. Once the names of the suspects were released, anyone with half a nerve ganglion knew it was terror committed in the name of Islam. It was personal, yes, because of where and whom the suspects targeted, but still Islamic terror, homegrown.
Because of that determination, any and all crime scenes become the charge of the overarching element — terror — and that means the FBI is charged with handling the case, from the crime scenes to the processing and the jurisdictional provenance.
Yes, local law enforcement agencies were the first responders, but the FBI is tasked with taking the case, organizing it, investigating it, providing updates to the AG and ultimately to a courtroom should the fact pattern and future discoveries lead there. It is not impossible the two Muslim suspects were assisted in some fashion and that their plans included any number of soft targets in Southern California.
In other words, the crime scene at the house, in my opinion, wasn’t the San Bernardino Police Department’s baby to rock. It was the FBI because they will have ultimate authority in terms of potential prosecutions or developments in the future.
Because, physically, the house was within the limits of the City of Redlands.
But I can only conjure a short list of alternatives for this cock-up.
No communications. The FBI failed to communicate its needs to the other agencies involved. It wouldn’t be the first time.
Lack of monitoring. The FBI failed to monitor what was occurring on their crime scene.
A phone call from DC. The Obama administration is clearly Muslim-friendly.
Overall incompetence or indifference.
No matter, it is CSI Copwork 101 that, in a high-stakes case involving the death of a human being, particularly one of such criticality, you process the scene with unwavering detail, you take everything (because in the early portion of any given case you never truly know where the case will go or what piece of evidence will gain even more importance), nothing remains, because — once released — you can never re-live that scene again. It will never be the same.
You would never, ever, ever leave any bit of indicia behind at a crime scene of this significance because, as a defense attorney, if and when it comes to that, I will tear you a new asshole on the stand and make you look the complete SCOAMF; a Stuttering Clusterfuck of a Miserable Failure.
This is not a small problem; this is potentially a catastrophic problem. I can’t help siding with Michael Patrick Tracy on this one.
When the American Media Maggots stop to wonder why they were let into a particular scene, you know you have an issue.
The most obvious theory for Biden running, even as late as this, is that Hillary Clinton is unelectable or may even face indictment of some sort for her involvement in the email scandal that she only brought upon herself. This may source from some kind of “insider information” possessed by the DNC or the Spite House regarding Hillary’s future viability as a candidate. They may know something the public does not. Hillary has not one but two substantial albatrosses about her neck: Benghazi and her server. Of the two, I’d wager the most likely negative outcome would be from the FBI email investigation.
Some people ask about the cash aspect. But if Hillary is swept aside, the organization and funding once funneled to Hillary could be shuttled to Slow Joe from the DNC. Joe Biden just might be the Spite House Plan B in all its hair-plugged fleshy splendor. The support of Obama could make a huge monetary difference, as I suspect Joe wants to continue what Obama has already installed in place. Or so Obama may believe.
A new CNN/ORC poll, in terms of Demorat presidential favorability, indicates that Joe Biden pulls 51%, Hillary 46%, Sanders 41%, O’Malley 14%, Webb 14% and Chafee 7%.
Additionally, most everyone knows there is no love lost between the Clintons and the Obamas. The blood is thick and turpid. This naturally stems from Hillary running against Obama in 2008. Apparently Hillary walked into the Spite House and asked for the dogs to be called off entirely. They were not called off entirely.
Hillary is much more of a Centrist. She will bend to the prevailing Political Prairie Winds. She learned that from Willie J. What is Biden? The VP. Obama’s VP.
2Joe Biden is OUT
Some analysts ask: what’s in it for Joe? Some analysts say that it’s nothing more than a “Republican plot” to muddy the waters. Yes, those insanely paranoid Leftist analysts.
The theory goes that Biden has run before and not done well. And where is his financing right now? His cash? Some say the DNC knows Biden can’t pull a sufficient amount of cash at the last second.
Further, it appears that Obama is doing his public best to try to shield Hillary Clinton, minimizing the importance of her emails. This, of course, pissed off the FBI and Director James Comey, and it put him in a political jackpot.
It is said that Biden has been decked with the same dreck as Obama because of his position. He is too closely aligned to Obama whereas Hillary is a bit further away, at least now.
Can Biden actually win? Not many people think he can. He will play for the Emotive Factor regarding his son Beau, and the deaths of wife and daughter he lost in 1972. Yes, both tragedies. But can emotions carry him to the White House over a Republican? Some say Biden could win the Demorat nomination. But he couldn’t win against the GOP.
And: just how Left is Joe Biden? Can he run against a Bernie Sanders and cast aside the appeal of Sanders? Because the Corporatist aspect of the DNC won’t allow Sanders to win. He kills cash. The DNC can’t afford their cash to be killed. Biden needs to, therefore, win. But can he, against Sanders? It is theorized that Hillary can.
Then there are the many resplendent “Bidenisms” and the many hours of glorious YouTube material provided us over the years, including asking the crippled man in the wheelchair to stand up. Ooopsie.
Then there is the Hillary Factor. If Biden were to step in, some elements fear the Hillary Scorched Earth Policy. She would pull out some of the worst incidents and positions of the Obama Administration and use those against Biden to get elected. She would attempt to distance herself from Obama and Biden. She would reveal the Emperor as he is: naked and Imperial. Obama certainly cannot condone that or allow it to be illuminated.
Plots, subplots and sub-subplots.

That’s how electable and huggly-snuggly is Hillary.
Let’s get right to the meat of the matter: Obama is attempting to undermine the FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton’s classified emails on her private server.
Obama’s Comments on Clinton Emails Collide With F.B.I. Inquiry

WASHINGTON — Federal agents were still cataloging the classified information from Hillary Rodham Clinton’s personal email server last week when President Obama went on television and played down the matter.
“I don’t think it posed a national security problem,” Mr. Obama said Sunday on CBS’s “60 Minutes.” He said it was a mistake for Mrs. Clinton to use a private email account when she was secretary of state, but his conclusion was unmistakable: “This is not a situation in which America’s national security was endangered.”
So now this becomes a situation in which the FBI — and more specifically Director James Comey — is placed in an adversarial position with the President of the United States.
The FBI is trying to determine the truth. This is the opposite of what Obama wants, despite his insisting that his would be the most transparent administration in history. Instead, it has been the most obtuse and opaque.
Look, Obama knew what kind of animal Hillary Clinton was back in 2007. From AllenWest.com:
As a newly-published campaign memo shows, Barack Obama’s campaign had completely nailed Hillary Clinton for exactly who she is — as far back as 2007. The memo cites the current Democrat frontrunner’s “shifting, dodging and changing positions to satisfy the politics of the moment” and “penchant for secrecy and non-disclosure reflect an underlying disdain for the “invisible” people for whom she claims to speak.”
And though I’m fairly certain Obama detests the Clintons, the same thing is occurring with Obama right now. He’s putting aside his personal animosity for political gain, in order to ensure a Demorat is installed in the oval office and, with a bit more time, American politics will reach a demographic point via illegals, non-assimilators, Muslims and Free Cheesers of all stripes wherein Republicans or Conservatives will be essentially unelectable. Demography is prophecy.
Because the DOJ doesn’t grant immunity for no reason whatsoever.
