Monday: Ferguson grand jury in?

PULL UP YOUR PANTSSt Louis County has promised local law enforcement a 48-hour “heads-up” prior to the official release of its grand jury results regarding prosecution of former Ferguson Police Department (MO) Officer Dennis Wilson, whose likeness I shall not post here.  The media already has a sufficient number of photographs of Officer Wilson and his home with its address and surrounding neighborhood.

In the meantime, as I write this ahead (it is Sunday night at roughly 9 PM Pacific), Ferguson is already at a boil — certainly not assisted by the loving New Black Panthers and the overall delay of the decision.

It’s as if the blacks extant cannot wait to riot and cork off.  Frankly, I believe that to be true, no matter the decision.

Further, a young black Marine says: pull your damned pants up.

A challenge unaccepted and refuted in Ferguson, Missouri.

PreparationIs this what preparation looks like in Ferguson?

Ferguson MO MessagePants up.  Yeah.  Right.

Peaceful New Black Panther members harassed by FBI

From the NewYorkPost.com:

FBI arrests 2 New Black Panther members in Ferguson bomb plot

by Reuters

FERGUSON Mo. – Two men suspected of buying explosives they planned to detonate during protests in Ferguson, Missouri, once a grand jury decides the Michael Brown case, were arrested on Friday and charged with federal firearms offenses, a law enforcement official told Reuters.

Word of the arrests, reported by a number of media outlets Friday, came ahead of the grand jury’s widely anticipated decision on whether the white police officer who fatally shot Brown, an unarmed black teenager, should be indicted on criminal charges.

Civil rights attorneys, who have flooded the region surrounding Ferguson literally by the hundreds, are present specifically for the purpose of filing suits against local officers involved in whatever disturbances may result following the grand jury announcement.  Good for them.

The FBI is obviously making a rather large mistake by thinking these two individuals, misunderstood, were truly going to attempt to harm persons or officers in or near Ferguson.

That can’t be.  Blacks aren’t racist and blacks aren’t violent.  And they certainly wouldn’t attempt to fan the flames of unrest in an area packed with easily inflamed tinder.  That is racist thinking.

In Fornicalia: Snipers Attacked A Silicon Valley Power Station Last Year And Nobody Told Us

Towers & Transmission LinesFrom SFist.com:

Around 1 a.m. on April 16th last year, a team of attackers cut phone lines and took out 17 power transformers at a PG&E substation south of San Jose, nearly causing a blackout throughout Silicon Valley. According to the former chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, it was the “most significant incident of domestic terrorism” involving the nation’s power grid. No one has been charged or arrested in the attack.

The Wall Street Journal, broke news of the attack today, pieced together a timeline of events that unfolded in the middle of the night, just yards from Highway 101:

The attack began just before 1 a.m. on April 16 last year, when someone slipped into an underground vault not far from a busy freeway and cut telephone cables. Within half an hour, snipers opened fire on a nearby electrical substation. Shooting for 19 minutes, they surgically knocked out 17 giant transformers that funnel power to Silicon Valley. A minute before a police car arrived, the shooters disappeared into the night.

The team of gunmen knew what they were doing in the caper too: they targeted oil-filled cooling systems that bled out until the transformers overheated and crashed rather than shooting up the explosion-prone transformers themselves. The crash triggered an alarm at a PG&E control center 90 miles away, but police on the scene around 1:51 a.m. couldn’t get past a locked fence and assumed everything was fine.

PG&E Power Station Attack Video StillAnd I would say: yes.  That is a terrorist event.  It was a purposeful event, an incident requiring skill and pre-planning and the proper equipment to order to execute it fully.  Its sophistication required professional application.  Attackers knew camera blind spots.

Nearly a year later and FBI officials in San Francisco tell the WSJ, the Bureau doesn’t think a terrorist organization was behind the attack, but they are “continuing to sift through the evidence.” PG&E’s official statement claimed it was the work of vandals, but made no mention of the nearly 100 fingerprint-free shell casings that were found at the scene. Former FERC chairmain Jon Wellinghoff, meanwhile, saw fit to go public with the details after military experts confirmed the scene looks like a professional job.

The snipers — plural — shot for roughly 20 minutes.  I repeat: this was no act of “vandalism.”  This certainly could be a sort of “dress rehearsal” for a similar event or series of future events.  52,000 gallons of oil leaked.  AK-47 shell casings were found.  Lights were utilized for coordination.  Rocks were left for points of assault.

From FoxNews.com:

According to a chronology assembled by the Journal based on state and federal filings by PG&E, the operation lasted 52 minutes. It began when communications cables in two vaults near the substation were cut. Then, unknown snipers fired over 100 shots from rifles aimed at the substation’s transformers, knocking out 17 of them. Utility workers needed 27 days to repair the damage, and officials only avoided a blackout in the area by rerouting power around the site and asking power plants in nearby Silicon Valley to produce more electricity.

An attack on a facility or facilities like this are serious because the equipment used in these stations is extremely expensive and highly customized.  Replacement of transformers or other technical pieces of equipment could take over a month and up to a year, depending upon the type of materiel affected.

This should be a major wake-up call, particularly considering al Qaeda made mention of the tact that it could terrorize the US by merely setting a series of forest fires.

Heads-up, America.

Final NoteHERE’S THE DISTURBING POINT:

Given the bias of the current Obama Administration, including Mr Obama himself and AG Eric Holder — both of them clear racists — the FBI has not trumpeted far and wide about an arrest or a series of arrests involving local and/or domestic Caucasoid terrorists.  Because, given said bias, had that been true you know those press conferences would have been released and heralded.

And just who does that leave?  I’m sure you can do the math on that one.

FBI pressures Internet providers to install surveillance software

Obama Destroying US ConstitutionFrom CNet.com:

CNET has learned the FBI has developed custom “port reader” software to intercept Internet metadata in real time. And, in some cases, it wants to force Internet providers to use the software.

The U.S. government is quietly pressuring telecommunications providers to install eavesdropping technology deep inside companies’ internal networks to facilitate surveillance efforts.

FBI officials have been sparring with carriers, a process that has on occasion included threats of contempt of court, in a bid to deploy government-provided software capable of intercepting and analyzing entire communications streams. The FBI’s legal position during these discussions is that the software’s real-time interception of metadata is authorized under the Patriot Act.

Attempts by the FBI to install what it internally refers to as “port reader” software, which have not been previously disclosed, were described to CNET in interviews over the last few weeks. One former government official said the software used to be known internally as the “harvesting program.”

Carriers are “extra-cautious” and are resisting installation of the FBI’s port reader software, an industry participant in the discussions said, in part because of the privacy and security risks of unknown surveillance technology operating on an sensitive internal network.

It’s “an interception device by definition,” said the industry participant, who spoke on condition of anonymity because court proceedings are sealed. “If magistrates knew more, they would approve less.” It’s unclear whether any carriers have installed port readers, and at least one is actively opposing the installation.

Use your heads, Americans.  Any source of privacy you thought you had is, essentially, gone forever — because you cannot put that genie back in the bottle.

Your cellular phone calls are monitored and stored.  Your e-mails are monitored and stored.  Your terrestrial calls are monitored and stored.  Your movements are tracked and traced via OnStar, Sirius and other subscriptive elements in your vehicle.  Newer vehicles have “black boxes” similar to those of aircraft (though not yet quite as sophisticated).  Insurance companies want you to have a device similar to that of Progressive’s Snapshot installed in your car; now it’s voluntary.  Soon it will be mandatory.

You are captured, thousands of times daily, on video and cameras if you live in an urban or suburban territory.  Bank on it.  In Russia, most vehicles themselves have dashcams.  Police agencies have LPR and face recognition systems — I know that because — obviously, to those who read me — I’m a cop.

Every store, every theater, every retail outlet wants you to subscribe to and utilize “their own cards,” so that they can sift you and sort you for your information, then direct-sell you.  Every keystroke on your computer can be logged, your phone can be made to listen to you and the RFID chip in your credit card can be stolen.

The more you embrace the digital world, the less privacy you have.  Plain and simple.  It’s why Russian intelligence agencies are going back to manual typewriters.  I hope you don’t think that’s something I made up; it is not.

Disarm Americans, remove their freedoms — and in some cases sell those freedoms back to them — then disable the rest of their tawdry and outdated little niggling Bill of Rights.  There’s your Utopian Leftist/Demorat Master Plan.  Think: Cloward-Piven.

Some day, this is all going to explode.

This nation is on the cusp of losing itself and its Bill of Rights forever.

And when that explosion comes — well, it won’t be pretty.

Promised by the federal government: “No drones over the US.” WRONG

FBI Director Robert MuellerA blatant and bald-faced LIE.

From RT.com:

FBI director admits domestic use of drones for surveillance

The FBI uses drones for domestic surveillance purposes, the head of the agency told Congress early Wednesday.

Robert Mueller, the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, confirmed to lawmakers that the FBI owns several unmanned aerial vehicles, but has not adopted any strict policies or guidelines yet to govern the use of the controversial aircraft.

“Does the FBI use drones for surveillance on US soil?” Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) asked Mr Mueller during an oversight hearing on Capitol Hill Wednesday before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

“Yes,” Mueller responded bluntly, adding that the FBI’s operation of drones is “very seldom.”

Asked by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-California) to elaborate, Mueller added, “It’s very seldom used and generally used in a particular incident where you need the capability.” Earlier in the morning, however, Mueller said that the agency was only now working to establish set rules for the drone program.

A lie before; a lie again.

Let us not forget this is the same blithering idiot — FBI Director Robert Mueller — who conveniently knew “nothing” about the IRS scandal.

And it is that you trust your federal government to do what precisely?
