Chaffetz: Clinton bought used Blackberrys on eBay

Reckless users and antiquated technology represent the federal government’s most critical cybersecurity vulnerabilities, House Oversight Chairman Rep. Jason Chaffetz said on Wednesday, a problem he said was exemplified by Hillary Clinton’s practice of buying Blackberry devices from eBay.

Okay; I’m pausing now for the spewing and hurling to settle down.  Here’s where you apply that towel.

“We have a huge problem with personnel,” Chaffetz said at a forum in Washington, D.C. “I don’t want to get into this too much, but part of what was happening with the secretary of state was, she was acquiring technology that wasn’t even supported by Blackberry. You couldn’t buy it. She was actually buying this stuff off of eBay because somebody was selling their old machine. That’s what she liked, so she did. It creates this huge vulnerability. And it’s unnecessary.”

Notes released on Friday by the FBI revealed that Clinton used 13 personal devices as secretary of state, including eight Blackberrys.

And what do you do when you’re through with the Blackberry — if you haven’t lost it outright — at the Hillary Camp?

Right.  You smash it with a ballpeen hammer.

Oh, if only the GOP had a great candidate willing to crush nuts, name names and tell the truth.  Who didn’t have skeletons in their own closets.

Otherwise, the Demorats are SO handing themselves over to the GOP and Conservatives on the proverbial silver platter.

As my 60s Civics teacher Mr Helms said over 40 years ago in high school: “Democrats don’t win elections; Republicans lose them.”

Because Hillary Clinton sent an email to her daughter, Chelsea, shortly after the Benghazi attack detailing the truth of the incident weeks before the American public knew.  Over Hillary Clinton’s illegal, hackable (and hacked) private server.

Hillary Clinton sent an email to her daughter, Chelsea, on Sept. 11, 2012 in which she asserted that an al-Qaida-like group was responsible for the terrorist attacks in Benghazi, it was revealed on Thursday during the former secretary of state’s testimony to the House Select Committee on Benghazi.

However, as Ohio Representative Jim Jordan pointed out during Thursday’s hearing, Hillary Clinton knew that the attack on the consulate was the act of terrorists and not a “reaction” to the terribly-produced YouTube video “The Innocence of Muslims.”***  She knew that early on, yet sent her minion, Susan Rice, onto as many Sunday news shows as possible the very next day in order to create the false meme that the “awful internet video” created a spontaneous and possibly warranted reaction due to an ignorant US videomaker creating a display offensive to all of Islam.

The attempt was to guilt Americans — horrible Americans, bad US, we got what we deserved! — into thinking we were responsible for the attack on our own consulate.  The attempt was to deflect guilt from a series of horrendous Clinton and Obama fuckups that resulted in the deaths of four Americans.  This was a craven, planned deception.

The American people were made to feel guilty that Islam was insulted by this “awful internet video” while the truth was — AGAIN — that Muslims were targeting and killing Americans for our Western non-Muslim ways.  That is the despicable action.  To play upon America’s “guilt” for the Obama Administration’s lying deflection.  Hillary Clinton was front-and-center because this act and this consulate and these employees were her responsibility and under her charge as Secretary of State.

In the email cited by Jordan, Clinton responded to daughter Chelsea, who emailed under the pseudonym Diane Reynolds.

“Two of our officers were killed in Benghazi by an Al Queda-like [sic] group,” Clinton wrote.

At the time, for whom did Chelsea Clinton, the daughter of Hillary Rodham Clinton, work?

Yes.

“The Innocence of Muslims” by Sam Bacile, a pseudonym for videomaker Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, was removed from YouTube.  Wikipedia has an entry for that video, above, which directly attributes its existence and content to the death of the four Americans at Benghazi.  A sub-category indicates that the entry is part of a series on Islamophobia.  That is to say, though even Hillary Clinton has admitted the video had nothing to do with the pre-planned and not spontaneous attack on the Benghazi consulate, Wikipedia insists that it did.  And that is the veracity that one can attribute to Wikipedia; i.e. none.

Obama vetoes NDAA

So he did.  The president decided not to fund our warriors.  Screw our military people, said Barack Hussein Obama.

Obama vetoes $612 billion defense bill in rebuke to GOP

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama vetoed a sweeping $612 billion defense policy bill Wednesday in a rebuke to congressional Republicans, and insisted they send him a better version that doesn’t tie his hands on some of his top priorities.

In an unusual Oval Office ceremony, Obama praised the bill for ensuring the military stays funded and making improvements on armed forces retirement and cybersecurity. Yet he pointedly accused Republicans of resorting to “gimmicks” and prohibiting other changes needed to address modern security threats.

“Unfortunately, it falls woefully short,” Obama said. “I’m going to be sending it back to Congress, and my message to them is very simple: Let’s do this right.”

But here’s the real truth regarding Mr Obama’s veto of the bill:

Obama also rejects the bill as written due to provisions making it harder for him to transfer suspected terror detainees out of the military prison in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, a key campaign promise that Obama is hard-pressed to fulfill before his term ends. The White House has also expressed concerns over provisions preventing military base closures and funding equipment beyond what the military says it needs.

While Hillary Clinton lied her ass off under oath at the Benghazi hearing Thursday, clearly admitting she ignored over SIX HUNDRED emails begging her office for additional security in Benghazi, the US lost the first soldier to ISIS.  He died in Iraq, killed when US and Kurdish forces met.  I thought we weren’t fighting in Iraq.  I thought Barack Hussein Obama pulled our fighting forces out of Iraq.  He said he had.  Now the vanguard Obama helped to create, ISIS, has killed its first US soldier.  ISIS couldn’t be happier.

Finally, 93% of beltway journalists are self-identified as Demorats, by the way.  They think Obama is performing swimmingly and, additionally, that he himself isn’t biased.  Obama is right to shut down the military and give his finger to soldiers who served.

That’s why the news is so terribly unbiased.

Huh.  Imagine that.
