From the Associated Press:
SACRAMENTO, California (AP) — The California Assembly passed a bill on Thursday that would make the state the first in the nation to allow non-citizens who are in the country legally to serve on jury duty.
Assemblyman Bob Wieckowski, D-Fremont, said his bill, AB1401, would help California widen the pool of prospective jurors and help integrate immigrants into the community.
Great. Now Fornicalia will have illegal immigrants deciding capital cases and bringing their biases against laws — being lawbreakers themselves — into the jury room.
Assemblywoman Diane Harkey, R-Dana Point, said there is no shortage of jurors.
“Jury selection is not the problem. The problem is trial court funding,” Harkey said before the vote. “I hope we can focus on that. Let’s not break something; it’s not broken now. Let’s not whittle away at what is reserved for U.S. citizens. There’s a reason for it.”
Copy that. The jury system isn’t broken — but, hell, the Demorats are bent on breaking it anyway.
But wait; we can’t leave the federal government out of the insanity equation, can we? Doesn’t Attorney General Holder have to weigh in on illegal immigrant invaders? Of course he does. From FoxNews.com, Holder essentially calls citizenship for illegals a “civil right.”
During a April 24th speech to the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Attorney General Eric Holder said that creating a “pathway to earned citizenship” was a “civil right.”
“Creating a pathway to earned citizenship for the 11 million unauthorized immigrants in this country is essential. The way we treat our friends and neighbors who are undocumented – by creating a mechanism for them to earn citizenship and move out of the shadows – transcends the issue of immigration status. This is a matter of civil and human rights. It is about who we are as a nation. And it goes to the core of our treasured American principle of equal opportunity.”
However, fear not: we’re just talking about a measly ten or eleven million illegal Mexicans, aren’t we? In a country of 311 million persons?
No, we aren’t.
A recent study by NumbersUSA reveals:
The pending Senate immigration bill would bring a minimum of 33 million people into the country during its first decade of operation, according to an analysis by NumbersUSA, a group that wants to slow the current immigration rate.
By 2024, the inflow would include an estimated 9.2 million illegal immigrants, plus 2.5 million illegals who arrived as children — dubbed ‘Dreamers’ — plus roughly 3.4 million company-sponsored employees with university degrees, said the unreleased analysis.
The majority of the inflow, or roughly 17 million people, would consist of family members of illegals, recent immigrants and of company-sponsored workers, according to the NumbersUSA analysis provided to The Daily Caller.
So there you have it. Aren’t you absolutely adrip with orgasmic joy that the federal government is following in the footsteps of Looney Fornicalia?
Matter of fact, I think I have an idea for a new DC bill; it would be called the Shared Home Act. In this bill each American Taxpayer, Caucasoid in nature, would be mandated to share their home with an illegal invader family, at the homeowner’s expense, so that they would begin to understand the dire plight and sad circumstances of illegals who haven’t yet been given their own free home.
I think it could work. Hell, we’re halfway there already, are we not?

P.S.
Might it now be the time to posit this action: what if the rest of us in the nation collectively decided that we would obey only the laws that were convenient for us? I might suggest this first: the cessation of paying taxes. Because, after all, if one strata of persons can be literally rewarded for breaking laws, then why can’t you and I?
Every day you say: “It can’t get any more insane.”
And every day it does.
Monday’s hub-bub is all about Mr Obama’s proposed “immigration reform.”
This is about the only post you’ll see from me dealing with the issue unless something completely untoward occurs.
This bill or its clone will pass. Period. Get used to it. There are no forces against it like the forces opposed to disarming the American public.
It’s that simple.
