Obama and the PC World: KILLING our First Amendment

What is this?  It is: “Just after midnight Saturday morning, authorities descended on the Cerritos home of the man believed to be the filmmaker behind the anti-Muslim movie that has sparked protests and rioting in the Muslim world.”

What is this?  It is: The look of our very cherished First Amendment being abrogated.

Whereas — at first glance — you would believe that these First Amendment abrogators are members of the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, the truth is actually up a level.

This man — not a particularly ethical or wise or insightful man — is a Coptic Christian.  I suspect he created the video because his kind has been historically slaughtered in the Middle East at the behest of violent Muslims.  And I suspect he’d had enough.  Which resulted in his video.  He managed to escape from Egypt and took his history with him.

On the other hand, he’d somehow come into contact with the federal law enforcement system in terms of various financial fraud counts.  And let there be no mistake: evidently convicted.

Therefore, he was on “federal probation.”

  • Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, 55 was escorted to the sheriff’s station in Cerritos for interview over alleged probation violation
  • Nakoula made inflammatory film ‘Innocence of Muslims’, sparking deadly protests across world and leading to the death of U.S. ambassador in Libya
  • In 2010 he was convicted of $800,000 worth of bank fraud
  • Suspected of using the alias Sam Bassil during film production but released on condition he didn’t access the internet or use aliases
  • Nakoula has reportedly denied involvement in the film

After arriving at his home just after midnight deputies escorted Nakoula to an awaiting car and he was taken to the station where he was questioned over his involvement in the film production which has been blamed for the mass protests across the Middle East which resulted in the death of four American citizens on Wednesday.

Convicted of $800,000 worth of bank fraud in 2010, Nakoula, who is suspected of using the alias Sam Bassil during the production of the controversial film was released on the condition that he did not access the internet or use aliases.

And here are the details.  The details you won’t read quite so conveniently in the DEM/MSM.

Federal probation is predominantly ineffective and gives human PO employee placeholders a point with which to make a paycheck with little if any actual action.

I know this on two levels: First, having worked for two federal law enforcement entities, and Second, having currently seen and experienced the complete and total incompetence of the federal probation system.

Most recently, a deputy with my department was savaged — and his wife and two children — in a rural community by a white male on federal probation.  He played loud music, smoked dope, sped on local roads, told my deputy he knew he was a cop and would take him down, threatened his wife and children, and wholly did what he wished when he wished.  Further, he posted his own behaviors and photographs on various social media networks.  To include the photographs of dope and tattoos and gangs and crimes.

With nary a peep from his federal probation officer.

Further, let me add the obvious: the offender had a black female PO, and my deputy was a white male.  You cannot tell me that the indifference of the offender’s PO didn’t include race, on two levels: her white probationer, and the problems of a white male complainant.  Further: a white male complainant as a LEO, having the temerity to challenge her veracity.

Two white males contesting each other: sounds like “no problem” to a black female PO.

Therefore, I know the massive inefficacy of the federal probationary system.  It simply reeks.

With that in mind, I would submit that the LASO was contacted by local federal authorities and asked to coordinate the detention of Nakoula.  On the pretext of a potential federal probationary violation.  Because federal authorities don’t do anything without a warrant or political support.  There is no such general concept as a “fresh arrest.”

That said, LASO knew that Nakoula was a hot point.  They didn’t want to be the agency responsible for the death of the man if assaulted in their detention.  They didn’t want Nakoula killed whilst in their custody.  Hence the large force.

Therefore the midnight extraction and the large number of LASO deputies present.

Two points federally:

– Nakoula was targeted for a very PUBLIC extraction because they wanted his name and address and point of contact to be in the public domain;
– They wanted him to be the focus of Islamic hate, and not Mr Obama.

By running the man into the public media, they made him an eliminational target 24/7.

It’s all bullshit.

Because there were multiple agendas going on here.

The LASO acquiesced to the midnight heist because they believed they were assisting the feds with a potentially-violent situation

The district AUSA got a call in the middle of the night telling him to put a lid on it.  “Threatened,” would be more likely.  “Just handle it,” is what he would have been told.

The federal government wanted to take the film down on YouTube.  Google, oddly enough, resisted this force.

In this case, Google was completely correct.

Now you know the truth.

9/11 Middle East violence: OBAMA is RESPONSIBLE

The Obama DC Propaganda machine has been hard at work since last Tuesday, attempting to disabuse the world of the real reason for Islamic rioting and killing since 9/11/12.

According to DC, the violence stepped off because of the shabbily-produced film of one little Coptic Christian.  Despite the fact that Bill Maher’s own film Religulous was every bit as “debasing” and in a larger, more mainstreamed venue as well.  From The Washington Times:

Trying to appease the anti-American and anti-Semitic bigots in the Muslim world, as well as to redirect everyone’s attention from their own failed policies, White House spokesman Jay Carney and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton self-righteously blamed a recently surfaced “movie” as the reason for the Muslim riots.

However, in retrospect, that cheesy and hopelessly bungling “trailer” of “the movie” had been sitting on YouTube for months without much of an impact – just like Bill Maher’s well-produced, well-financed, and similarly unwatchable faith-bashing film had been out for years since its release in 2008.

Touche.

It isn’t about “American movies.”  That’s just an excuse, a ruse, for the simple-minded and the simply-led.

First, take an ignorant and naive president who has few true achievements or accomplishments to his credit — save the blessing of a slightly enhanced melanin count — puree with GOWPs, churn with little if any real-world experience, add heaping helpings of Reverend Wright, Saul Alinsky and William Ayers, then fold into an overall American naivete about the true nature of Arab radicalization.   .   .

.   .   . then add “spiking the football” by Mr Obama following the killing of Osama bin Laden:

Veterans groups already warned of the issue.  In Mr Obama’s own words, it was all about him.

Directly following the raid, Obama’s White House LEAKED secrets about the raid like a sieve.  SEAL Team 6, the DEVGRU, was kept out of the American media about 90 seconds before DC splattered it all over airwaves.  Obama did this, first, and with much overamped and egocentric posing.  Mark Owen’s book came much later.  Owen readily admits in his book, “No Easy Day:” “If my commander in chief is willing to talk, then I feel comfortable doing the same.”

Taunting the Muslims, Mr Obama?  “Spiking the football,” Mr Obama?  Using the killing of Osama bin Laden as a re-election tool?

Here’s the person truly responsible for the violent death of Ambassador Christopher Stevens:

Shame on you, Mr Obama, you duplicitous hack.

Apparently CBS stands for “Carrying Barack’s Shit” — ?

Before Romney issued his statement today, an open mic capture the press coordinating questions to ask Romney, with one saying “no matter who he calls on we’re covered on the one question”. I’ve transcribed it to the best of my ability but the audio is below for verification:

I’ve labeled one as the CBS News reporter as I believe it is Nancy Cordes who works for CBS News. If I’ve gotten that wrong I apologize and will correct.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: …pointing out that the Republicans… *unintelligible* …Obama….

CBS REPORTER: That’s the question.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: *unintelligible*

CBS REPORTER: Yeah that’s the question. I would just say do you regret your question.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Your question? Your statement?

CBS REPORTER: I mean your statement. Not even the tone, because then he can go off on…

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: And then if he does, if we can just follow up and say ‘but this morning your answer is continuing to sound…’ – *becomes unintelligble*

The DEM/MSM is willing to do anything, to say anything, to conduct anything, to portray anything, to coordinate anything, in order to support Barack Hussein Obama.

This is nothing more than a coordinated attack on Mitt Romney.  This would never occur for questions directed at Barack Hussein Obama.

The media bias and abomination continues.

Which is why I say that you must continue to seek out UK media; it’s where you’ll find more truth than you will in the USA:

It’s sad to say, but you simply cannot trust the Mainstream Media in the United States, because their bias is so incredibly clear and so incredibly naked.

George Stephanopoulos’s vigorous refutation of bias in the media:

MRCTV’s Joe Schoffstall (MRC = Media Research Center) asks “Good Morning America” host George Stephanopoulos a question.

MRC: “Do you think there’s liberal bias in the media?”

S: “I don’t.  Who are you?”

MRC: “We’re with the Media Research Center.  You don’t believe there’s any media liberal bias?”

S: (slaps on shoulder) “Take care, man.”

And there you have it!

A vigorous and emphatic refutation, from a professional, that bias does not exist in the media.

Don’t you feel assuaged?  I know I do.   .   .

Bain Capital: so bad that Demorats and public unions invest with them

Imagine that there are public sector unions placing their cash — now — with Bain Capital:

* Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund ($2.2 million)
* Indiana Public Retirement System ($39.3 million)
* Iowa Public Employees’ Retirement System ($177.1 million)
* The Los Angeles Fire and Police Pension System ($19.5 million)
* Maryland State Retirement and Pension System ($117.5 million)
* Public Employees’ Retirement System of Nevada ($20.3 million)
* State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio ($767.3 million)
* Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System ($231.5 million)
* Employees’ Retirement System of Rhode Island ($25 million)
* San Diego County Employees Retirement Association ($23.5 million)
* Teacher Retirement System of Texas ($122.5 million)
* Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System ($15 million)

Imagine that leading universities have also profited from Bain’s expertise. According to “Infrastructure Investor,” Bain Capital Ventures Fund I (launched in 2001) managed wealth for “endowments and foundations such as Columbia, Princeton and Yale universities.”

Imagine that according to BuyOuts magazine and S&P Capital IQ, Bain’s other college clients have included Cornell, Emory, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Notre Dame and the University of Pittsburgh. Preqin reports that the following schools have placed at least $424.6 million with Bain Capital between 1998 and 2008:

* Purdue University ($15.9 million)
* University of California ($225.7 million)
* University of Michigan ($130 million)
* University of Virginia ($20 million)
* University of Washington ($33 million)

Imagine that here’s where the provincial capital funds meet the road:

“The scrutiny generated by a heated election year matters less than the performance the portfolio generates to the fund,” California State Teachers’ Retirement System spokesman Ricardo Duran said in the Aug. 12 Boston Globe. CalSTRS has pumped some $1.25 billion into Bain.

Major, center-left foundations and cultural establishments also have seen their prospects brighten, thanks to Bain Capital. According to the aforementioned sources, such Bain clients have included the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, the Doris Duke Foundation, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Ford Foundation, the Heinz Endowments and the Oprah Winfrey Foundation.

And yet, Bain Capital is the Source of All Evil — ??

Unless, of course, you’re making profits from Bain Capital.
