Mitt Romney announced today that he is not running for president in 2016. That would explain Romney’s campaign manager leaving for the Jeb Bush contingent.
That works for me. Now I’ll not have to not vote for him.

There will be such a huge amount of damage-control to do after the president’s 8 years are over, that you gotta wonder how many otherwise well-qualified candidates there are who will stay as far away from running in 2016 as they possibly can.
Here’s an idea. Since it is no longer enforced that a person must be born in the USA to be president, I’d be in favor of seeing Netanyahu throw his hat in the ring when he travels here to address Congress. A man who jealously defends his country, his citizens and the sovereignty of his borders.
I wonder what THAT is like. I’ve forgotten.
I wouldn’t want to run. Frankly, I wouldn’t quite know where to start — the whole landscape is destroyed.
