It would seem there are still some unresolved conflicts between the loving Microsoft Windows 8, myself, and Mozilla Firefox. I am writing this, lovingly, an hour after I wanted to send a loving Blu-82 through the ceiling of Microsoft corporate headquarters.
If anyone believes that, having worked in every other environment Microsoft has foisted on us, Windows 8 is in any way “intuitive,” that one would be a raving blastocyst. More to come. Lovingly, of course.

I prefer to use Firefox as well. Recently I have been hampered by my system not playing videos, usually YouTube. They buffer and play the first two seconds and that is it. It seems to be an age old problem. Folks post their best ideas for solutions which range from .dll files missing in Firefox to a fault in the Adobe flash player to a problem with windows media player etc. etc. etc.
Yes it’s somewhere there abouts, intuitive indeed.
I seem to recall having system envy over your new laptop a while back. If it is a 64 bit system then perhaps WaterFox may well cure some of your issues. I myself am beginning to look into Opera. Well…. you’re not alone.
Perhaps the Syrians will accept InsaneO HusseinO as their new leader. He can organize their community to his liking, take away their toys, and continue to hate America.
As a replacement for the Sony Vaio, I purchased a 27″ Samsung Series 7, with an Intel® Core™ i7 processor, 10 gigs of RAM and 2 TB hard drive. Another all-in-one with a power cord and that’s it. – See more at: http://bloviatingzeppelin.net/archives/9691#sthash.TyZ4hR8s.dpuf
What I’m writing on now.

ummmm , O.K. Never suffered from an empathy clot before. Just dried up suddenly. Huh!
Naw, that looks like a fun machine. Perhaps its your hand gestures that are an issue (ahem). Windows 8 is 64 bit based anyway.
Interesting tidbits here:

Sounds to me like Firefox isn’t prepared for 64-bit Prime Time at all. . .
