He died a soldier: World War II vet killed in beating tried to fend off attackers, cops say

Delbert (Shorty) Belton, 88, tried to fight back when two teens attacked him in a Spokane, Washington, parking lot, police said. One suspect, Kenan Adams-Kinard, 16, was waiting Tuesday to be arraigned on first-degree murder charges. His alleged accomplice, 16-year-old Demetrius Glenn, is being held in lieu of $2 million bond.
He was a soldier to the end.
A World War II veteran tried to fend off the two teen brutes who viciously beat the elderly man to death in a Washington state parking lot, authorities said.
Delbert (Shorty) Belton, 88, had just pulled into the Eagles Lodge parking lot in Spokane to meet a friend for a game of pool when two 16-year-olds pounced on Aug. 22, officials said.
“Our information is that the individual fought back and that may have made this a worse situation,” said Spokane Police Chief Frank Staub.
Investigators believe the elderly war vet — who earned a Purple Heart medal after he took a bullet in the Battle of Okinawa — was beaten with a flashlight during a robbery, Staub said.
One of the suspects, Demetrius Glenn, was arrested hours after the attack and charged with first-degree murder as an adult and robbery. He was ordered held in lieu of $2 million bond.
Not mentioned in the story? The elderly victim was Caucasoid, and the suspects were black.
His alleged cohort, Kenan Adams-Kinard, was cuffed four days later after police tracked him down to a Spokane basement apartment, where he had been hiding, cops said. He was waiting to be arraigned on Tuesday.
Investigators believe Glenn and Adams-Kinard — who both have criminal records for assault — randomly attacked Belton, who stood just over 5 feet tall.
But wait; the bullshit gets even better.
“Race was not a factor,” Spokane Police Chief Frank Staub said, snuffing out some commentators’ suspicions that the teens, who are black, targeted Belton because he was white.
Of course. Race was not a factor in Ferguson either. Until race baiters said it was. Unless it was a coincidence.
If race didn’t factor with Belton, why does race factor with Brown?
It’s nothing more than coincidence.
The Spokane Police Department should be ashamed of itself. Do your duty, your sniveling jackanapes, you trembling toadies. To Chief Staub: you need to be fired. I’m a cop with 41 years in law enforcement. I’ll wager I have more training, education and experience than you do, sir.
But, of course, once again, Caucasoid deaths mean little in the PC world. Elderly Caucasoid deaths mean even less.

Where is Uncle Al to speak up for Mr. Belton, and the travesty of youth attacking the elderly? Oh, wait, it was black youths and they attacked a white man so that isn’t racist. My ass. If people want to be treated equal, they need to act that way. If a person wants respect, they have to give it.
All the more reason for concealed and open carry. Blacks can no longer be trusted as they have allowed themselves,for the most part, to be morphed into feral animals instead of God fearing humans.

Of course, it’s never racial when blacks attack whites. Even though they do so because they know they can hide behind claims of racism or bad childhood, or becasue the white man kept them down nonsense. They target whites because they think whites are softer (and maybe we are), and they do get the added benefit of knowing the beat up on a white guy as opposed to one of their own. These scum bags most certainly used the color of his skin as one of the reasons for targeting him.
Now with the michael brown case, the cop did not pick him because he was black, he picked him because he was the one that committed a crime. The only one in that situation who had a choice was brown himself. Maybe if the cop had been black, brown would have shown more respect and not attacked him…or maybe not, as only he knows what he would have done. But the fact is, brown had a choice of who he targeted for his attack. Wilson had no choice.
The sad part is our society has been so afraid of being called racist, that it has coddled and turned a blind eye to what has been going on in the black community. We have been giving and giving of everything to make blacks feel better. (BET, NAACP, black caucus, black music awards, and on and on and on), Things that if white people had, would be labeled racist. Blacks once marched for equal rights. Today, they riot for UNequal rights. They want MORE rights than the rest of us have. That want to keep getting all the benefits that society offers them, but still refuse to obey the rules that society has set for EVERYONE. I hear talk now that they want only black officers to patrol black neighborhoods. Does that mean only white officers should patrol white neighborhoods then? With all the special and separate requirements being demanded, it appears that blacks literally want segregation again. They want their own music awards, their own congressional caucus, their own TV station, their own cops. Years ago, they had their own bathrooms, their own water fountains, their own place at the lunch counter and their own place to sit on a bus, and they hated that they said. Now, they are asking for this back. What gives.
If this is what they want, then give it to them. In the mean time, they can then pay their own taxes, pay for their own welfare system and HUD housing, live in their own neighborhoods, get bussed to their own schools, and stay in their own areas, far away from whites. I think most of us would let them have that. Blacks would still not be happy and still blame whitey for their own laziness, their own neglectful parenting, their own high school drop out rate, their own high prison populations, and on and on.
There is something very different int he mindset of blacks. Whites have pretty much let racism go. But for blacks constantly reminding us about it, it would be dead. But the real reason is that black NEED racism. It is the crutch they use to blame everyone else but themselves for their own failures as a people. If they let racism die, how would they explain their continued failures and unemployment and high crimes and murders? Without racism, blacks would come to the reality that they are their own enemy. That it is themselves that are the reason they are not successful. Not whites, who have bent over backwards trying to accomodate every whim of the black man and do everything we can to help him succeed in life. After all, whites really do want blacks to succeed. Because that would mean more employed people paying more taxes, less welfare, lower crime rates, lower prison populations, and safer neighborhoods.
But of course, we all now know that blacks do not belong in decent society. They still have that blame everyone but themselves mentality, and are tribal in their nature. The fact remains, that until blacks change their own mindset and admit they are the problem and take steps to fix it, they are not ready to live along side whites.
Sad but true. And I am a racist for saying it. Truth is just truth. It’s not racist, it just is. Label it how you like. I have been called worse.
Sad to say but “you can take then out of the jungle, but you can’t take the jungle outta them” or so it seems.

I feel sorry for black people. Not the criminal thugs. Rather those who are truly law-abiding, hard-working, family-loving and caring people.
They finally have their first black president. He ignores them and makes remarks to keep racial hate and conflict alive (telling protestors to “stay the course” and making public statements that whites being racist towards blacks is “our legacy” and that whites are “historically racist”). Obviously he wants to encourage violence, public disorder and conditions conducive to the loss of their property and safety.
They have their first black first lady who is known for her hateful, racist rant contained in her Princeton thesis. Obviously she wants to keep alive the hatred that often leads to violence, public disorder and conditions conducive to the loss of their property and safety.
They have a black Attorney General who calls whites racist on a regular basis and who is the person very likely responsible for The National Guard being withheld the first night of the riots, while their businesses burned to the ground. Obviously he wants to keep thugs motivated and resources quashed in order to have a clear pathway towards violence, public disorder and conditions conducive to the loss of their property and safety.
They watch as the “protestors” who claim to take a stand against those who purportedly victimize the black community, go out and rob, assault and burn the businesses that are owned and that provide incomes to the very same black populace.
They see a Nation and a World who looks at their community and who will NOT recognize it for the contributions their hard work has made to the local economy and quality of life but rather for the savage, barbaric and completely STUPID way which the black community “protestors” behave.
They see white community leaders who are just too chicken-shit to do their jobs and take any and all actions, INCLUDING LETHAL FORCE, to stop the rampant violence (MAYBE THEY SHOULD CLONE OFFICER WILSON)!
Finally, they see that the parents of the thug who was killed are the ONLY parents who are represented in their community to the world. Those parents are clearly the reason for all of what is going on. They spit out a kid who they nurtured to be a disrespectful, violent, larcenous drug-abusing piece of crap. They ARE sad. Sad that their son could not have robbed and killed more people. All they REALLY want is public attention, money and to further the racial hatred and degradation of those in the black community who have SUCCESSFULLY raised families and made a good living . Mikey Brown’s parents could not do this. They are FAILURES.
Truth be told, if Brown’s parents weren’t SO INCREDIBLY STUPID, they would realize that EVERYTHING that is happening puts THEM at ground zero as being the cause of all of this. The more they grunt their diminutive remarks on TV, in the company of the completely illiterate Al Sharptons, the more they assure that the world knows that they raised a fat, lazy boy who was too stupid to realize that, while you should NOT get killed for shoplifting and you should NOT get killed for pushing someone around and while you should NOT get killed for jay-walking while high and in possession of stolen drug paraphernalia, that YOU VERY LIKELY WILL get killed if you are raised to be so damned stupid that you escalate it all by physically attacking an armed police officer.
Watching the video of him committing the robbery, as he repeatedly doubles back after the shop keeper, I can imagine that he did the same thing with the officer. He got what he asked for.
Hopes and prayers to the rest of the community who has had to pay the price for ignorance and lack of birth control displayed by Brown’s family as well as the administration who seemingly WANTED all of this to happen.
