FCC Commissioner: Feds may come for Drudge

(CNSNews.com) – Federal Communications Commission (FCC) member Ajit Pai said over the weekend that he foresees a future in which federal regulators will seek to regulate websites based on political content, using the power of the FCC or Federal Elections Commission (FEC). He also revealed that his opposition to “net neutrality” regulations had resulted in personal harassment and threats to his family.

However, Pai said it was only the beginning. In the future, he said, “I could easily see this migrating over to the direction of content… What you’re seeing now is an impulse not just to regulate the roads over which traffic goes, but the traffic itself.”

Continuing, he said, “It is conceivable to me to see the government saying, ‘We think the Drudge Report is having a disproportionate effect on our political discourse. He doesn’t have to file anything with the FEC. The FCC doesn’t have the ability to regulate anything he says, and we want to start tamping down on websites like that.’”

We’ve seen this already from the federal government, in terms of the IRS terrorizing Conservative groups with threats and actions not directed to any other political community.

We’ve seen Holder’s DOJ prosecuting cases based solely on race, at Obama’s direction. Mr Obama and Mr Holder are two of DC’s Racists In Chief. We’ll see how AG Lynch does.

“Is it unthinkable that some government agency would say the marketplace of ideas is too fraught with dissonance? That everything from the Drudge Report to Fox News… is playing unfairly in the online political speech sandbox? I don’t think so,” Pai said.

“The First Amendment means not just the cold parchment that’s in the Constitution. It’s an ongoing cultural commitment, and I sense that among a substantial number of Americans and a disturbing number of regulators here in Washington that online speech is [considered] a dangerous brave new world that needs to be regulated,” he concluded.

Those persons who are ignorant of the world surrounding them would be the first to say “that’s ridiculous, you’re paranoid. Nothing like that could ever happen in the US.”

In response I’d say: “it’s already happened. Where were you?”

The First Amendment and the Second Amendment are interlinked.

Why do you think there is such a push to eliminate the Second Amendment by the federal government, to onerously regulate firearms and ammunition?

Because without the ability to defend ourselves on a civilian level, the federal government, any government, can lay rules and regulations on a population that has no ability to fight back in any manner.

Let me provide further clarity: the Second Amendment, as some think, doesn’t exist solely to enable people to go hunting if they wish. It exists to keep the populace safe from an overbearing government.

The Obama Regime is leaving in a few years, thank the Lord. But if another Demorat steps in, you’ll find your fundamental rights challenged once more. If that occurs, this nation could very well erupt in a fashion no one wants to see or consider.

As they would tell you, Leftists are nothing if not tolerant, understanding, embracing of all cultures, wishing diversity of body, diversity of thought, diversity of spirit. Leftists are also willing to engage in civil conversation, tolerant of every viewpoint and more than willing to hear any and all input proffered. Leftists are charitable, kind, patient and indulgent with regard to differing philosophies as well.

Just ask them.

Unfortunately, it is clear that the Catholic archbishop is thinking and speaking improperly, and due his unfortunate attack as he is not in keeping with the Great Gaia and Holy Lesbian Vaginal Mother.

John-Henry Westen reports for LifeSiteNews that on April 23, 2013 at the ULB University in Brussels, Belgium, four topless women shouted and cursed as they attacked the head of the Catholic Church in Belgium, Archbishop Andre-Joseph Leonard, by dousing him with water.

The archbishop, who was at the university to participate in a debate on blasphemy law, remained calmly seated with his eyes serenely closed in prayer.

The four women, representing the “feminist” pro-abortion homosexual group FEMEN, took to the stage where they disrobed to reveal black-painted slogans on their bare chests and backs, such as “my body my rules,” and “anus dei is coming.” “Anus dei” is their mockery of Agnus Dei (Lamb of God), a liturgical prayer addressed to Christ as Savior. The women also held signs reading “stop homophobia”. The women doused the archbishop with water from bottles formed in the image of Blessed Mary, the mother of Christ.

Oh yes, those ugly, evil, violent, over-reactive Catholic archbishops. They deserved every bit of humiliation they received.

Thank goodness for tolerant and demure Leftists.

An alert local law enforcement officer in Garland, Texas, stopped what could have been a mass killing and a “win” for the propagandists of Islam and ISIS.

A former terror suspect has been named as one of the gunmen shot dead by police after two attackers blasted an unarmed security guard in the ankle during an anti-Islam art contest in Texas on Sunday night.

Two men armed with assault rifles and wearing body armor were killed by a quick-thinking traffic officer after opening fire outside the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland, Dallas, at around 7pm.

A senior FBI official has identified one of the men as Elton Simpson, who was previously the subject of a terror investigation, according to ABC News.

Simpson, identified in court papers as an American Muslim, had been convicted of lying to federal agents about his plans to travel to Somalia five years ago, but a judge ultimately ruled it could not be proved that he was heading there to join a terror group. He was placed on probation.

The second gunman has not been named but KPNX-TV reported that the two shared an apartment in Phoenix, Arizona.

Was ISIS involved? No one knows quite yet. But ISIS propaganda claimed one of the involved Garland shooters was named “Shariah Is Light,” @atawaakul.

Just who was responsible?

Investigators also searched the car that the two gunmen drove to the scene and found luggage and further ammunition inside. Some of the belongings were destroyed as a precaution but no explosives were found inside the vehicle, Garland Police Officer Joe Harn said on Monday.

Ahead of the attack on Sunday evening, several Twitter messages were sent out, and authorities believe Simpson was behind them. The last one was shared just half an hour before the attack.

Followers of ISIS had been calling for an attack online for more than a week after learning that the competition in Garland would feature a ‘draw Muhammad’ art contest, with a prize of $10,000 for the best caricature.

After the attack, the SITE Intelligence Group reported that an Islamic State fighter claimed on Twitter that the shooting was carried out by two pro-Isis individuals.

Frankly, I believe that ISIS elements are in fact within our borders. It would be quite stupid to think otherwise, considering our porous borders under quisling Barack Hussein Obama, lover of most things Islamic, eschewer of most things Christian.

Further, however:

The Garland Independent School district, who own the cultural center, allowed the event to go ahead despite criticism from residents and local Muslims that it was a risk to public safety.

To that I say: major kudos to the Garland Independent School District for deciding to support the First Amendment here in the United States. They made a decision that few other school districts would have had the balls to make: support American foundational documents and do so with bravery, clarity and honesty.

The additional take out of all of this? It will not be the Feds nor FEMA who will “save you” as a First Responder. It will be your local cops, plain and simple.

Two armed suspects believed to be carrying explosives have been shot dead after opening fire outside an anti-Muslim art exhibition in Dallas.

The pair were gunned down after shooting a security guard in the leg outside the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland, Texas, during a ‘family event’ where caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad were being displayed.

The building and surrounding area was placed on lockdown by a SWAT team with around 100 attendees still inside after multiple gunshots were heard.

Two suspects pulled up in a vehicle with with explosives, before getting out and firing at the officer, identified in local reports as Bruce Joiner. They were then killed by Garland Police officers.

Mr Joiner was taken to hospital in a stable condition and is expected to survive.

The attack unfolded shortly after Dutch member of parliament and leader of the far-right Party for Freedom, Geert Wilders, had delivered his keynote speech.

At this point there is little detail known specifically about the Garland reaction, but to those officers who responded I say: you are a credit to law enforcement.

The event was set up by the American Freedom Defense Initiative and had been described by opponents as an attack on Islam. The controversial group booked the center a little more than a week after Islamic militants in France killed 12 people at satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo.

Despite criticism from residents, the organizers believed they were exercising their freedom of expression.

According to the Dallas Morning News, the contest, which was offering a top prize of $10,000, had received about 350 entries depicting Muhammad – even though visual representation of the prophet is deemed extremely offensive by Muslims.

Of course, there are those who will rattle their jaws — Conservatives and well as Leftists — and say: “why would you want to even do this, considering the temper of the times and Islam?”

My response? Because the First Amendment of the United States exists to protect not milquetoast speech, not mealy-mouthed speech, but challenging speech of the first degree. Speech that requires protection and is taxing by its very nature.

Wonder no more, America, why your civilian law enforcement tends to “look” militarized when in fact they truly are not. An incident such as this.

Because, after all, when (not if) ISIS and/or other Muslim Fucktards slay your brother or your mother inside a mall, you’ll be whining and moaning about America’s cops not being sufficiently militarized. Why?

Because soldiers and the federal government minions are not First Responders. Real cops are.

Most federal officers are not real cops and couldn’t pretend to be, because they don’t know the first thing about working an area day-to-day and hour-to-hour. The FBI are not real cops; DHS “officers” aren’t real cops. The FBI is good for second-guessing real cops at their leisure, and licking the cock and balls of their local AUSA. The FBI have their place, of course, but not as first responders. The same with FEMA. In other words: the feds will not be saving you with immediacy.

I don’t think I can quite be more succinct than this, with regard to Islamists in my country and the world over: FUCK ISLAM.

Islam is a death cult. Ignorant people quantify it simply as a religion, but it is a political culture of death, depravity, clitorectomies, female genital mutilation, misogyny, goat penetration, pedophilia, ignorance, barbarity, violence and stupidity. The last thing attributed to Islam as practiced is peace — which is why I always say and have always said “Islam is as Islam does.”

Leftist ignorant idealists believe in the above.

I and others like me believe in this.

With luck, I may have been able to convey to you, my stalwart readers, how I truly feel about Islam, though I have held some of my more strident thoughts back due to political correctness.

The Millennials’ Man Card: canceled at birth?

I don’t customarily venture out with any frequency into society as, over the years and due to the nature of my job, I have been disabused of mixing into the heavily-populated public on my days off because, predominantly, I believe the bulk of society sucks. And they certainly suck whilst I am at work.

Today, however, I made an exception and an immediate observation. The exception involved attending a packed theatre with my wife and her sister in order to see the new Avengers movie.

Whilst in public, I had my Observatory Skills set to “stun,” and noticed a disturbing number of young male Millennials with chicks who had clearly abrogated their Man Cards. In other words, I was stunned at the number of young males who were not only passengers in vehicles shared with chicks, but also had the female purchasing their tickets. And this was just within a few hours of only one given day.

Are the balls of male Millennials the size of dwarf peas now? Or have they even descended?

Is the so-called Modern American Young Male so terribly emasculated that he fears to do something as simple as driving a vehicle and deciding where to go on a given hour in a given day?

I posed this question to my wife and her sister. Her sister indicated that yes, in general this is now true, as she watches the very same thing occur in Texas where she lives. My wife also chimed in, as she indicated people at her work talk about the young boys dating their daughters and how they defer to chicks and would rather have the chicks pick them up and decide what to do and where to go.

How very interesting. How interesting that I continue to note the wide disparity, at my job, between those males who come back from military service to become cops, and the other Millennials who sign up to become cops. And trust me, there is a wide disparity.

At a time when feminists and women are screaming that men are too testosterone-filled and that rape is rampant on the campuses across America — and that 1 in 5 women are raped in college — the truth is that women drink like sailors, fuck like sailors, and are told they must have regrets in the morning because they are victims.

No wonder men are losing track of their masculinity. Society and education is beating it out of them, one Leftist at a time. You know, “male privilege” and all that customary Leftist psycho bullshit pap.

Sorry if I’ve minced words here, but I still ask: where have all the Man Cards gone? Canceled at birth?
