73 years ago today: “Lest we forget”

Pearl Harbor SurvivorPearl Harbor Survivor 2014, Rose Petals on WaterPearl Harbor 1 Pearl Harbor 2 Pearl Harbor 3 Pearl Harbor 4 Pearl Harbor 5 Pearl Harbor 6 Pearl Harbor 7 Pearl Harbor 8 Pearl Harbor 9In Fornicalia, there are fewer than 40 Pearl Harbor survivors alive.  Any sailor living in 1941 would have been roughly 18 to 20 years old, putting them in their 90s now.  In a few years, there won’t be any Pearl Harbor survivors at all.  Will we recall and honor their sacrifice?

The men who fought were indeed The Greatest Generation.  God bless them, and God bless all our current warriors who fight abroad, and those who work the streets nationally.

I believe it is incumbent upon us as Conservatives to do our duty, to ensure this country does not collapse from within due to the malfeasance and ministrations of those who would in fact attempt to change and convert this country from one of strength, influence, vigor and pride to one of dependence, subservience and a secondary world status.

We as Conservatives must fight to ensure that those lives from The Greatest Generation in World War II were not lost for nothing.  It is our responsibility and our obligation.

Car strikes bicycle cops in Denver; student protesters cheer

Denver student protesters cheered when car struck officer, union official says

Denver high school students protesting recent civilian deaths involving police chanted “Hit him again!” after a car struck four bicycle officers – injuring one critically – Wednesday night, the city’s police union charged.

Officer John Adsit underwent six hours of surgery Thursday for injuries sustained in the accident and was in critical, but stable condition. But the reaction of young students, reported by the Denver Post, left residents stunned and members of the Denver Police Protection Association angry. Students were heard chanting and cheering after the officers were hit. Teachers looked on and did not intervene while the students chanted, Fox31 Denver reports.

“The Denver Police Protective Association has learned that immediately after the horrible accident yesterday injuring four Denver Police Officers, several parties in the protesting group cheered and chanted “hit him again.” These actions are not only reprehensible but quite possibly the most disturbing thing this Association has ever heard,” a statement released by the police officers’ union Thursday night said.

How despicable.

And these people are our future in the United States.

Eleanor Holmes Norton: ignorant and racist

And exposed blatantly on Sean Hannity.

Please watch the video regarding Norton’s interpretation of Ferguson events.

Hannity: “Did you read the evidence that was released in this case?”
Norton: “I did not, and that is not a concern.”

All you need to know, in one sentence, about the racist Eleanor Holmes Norton.  She has an agenda and nothing will get in her way of furthering that agenda — facts be damned.

Norton is dismissive, arrogant, condescending, disdainful, lofty.  The “stops in the street.”  What happens when the “stops in the street” occur in areas that are primarily black?  Do blacks not deserve a law enforcement response?  Do they not deserve protection by local law enforcement?  Or should “those areas” be predominantly ignored by law enforcement and allowed to become lawless war zones?

As I’ve said for years and years: never let common sense, facts, evidence, rationality and proportion get in the way of a good fucked-up administrative decision.

Norton proves my statement.

And Barkley is prescient.

White female pulled from car and brutally beaten in St. Louis

A 26 year old woman was pulled out of her car and brutally beaten by three black males yelling racial abuse. The victim is a Bosniak and the attack took place near the Bevo Mills neighborhood of St. Louis.

The St. Louis Metro police say they are treating the attack as a hate crime. The heavily Bosnian Bevo Mills neighborhood has been under assault from vicious racially motivated black on white crime. Last week, Zemir Begic, a 32 year old Bosnian man, was killed by hammer wielding black teens yelling “kill the white people.”

After the murder, the mayor of St. Louis and the St. Louis Police Chief infuriated whites by adamantly denying that the murder was racially motivated.

Let’s repeat that for those who just tuned in:

Last week black teens yelling “kill the white people” did in fact kill a white man, using hammers on him.  Following that murder, the mayor and police chief of St Louis denied the murder was racially motivated.

Did you happen to hear of this killing?  I suspect you haven’t.

I’m sure the 26-year-old woman’s beating wasn’t racially motivated but was, perchance, simply a case of disagreement.

CBSStLouis.com reported that the incident involving the woman pulled from the car was a “possible hate crime.”

Just one question: why aren’t these two incidents being splashed over the national media with accompanying 24/7 coverage like Ferguson and New York?

I know why.
