Fornicalia Demorat/Leftist Senator Leland Yee, who hates guns, is perp-walked by the FBI on gun trafficking charges

Leland Yee, “Uncle Leland,” Leftist Hypocrite (never saw an anti-gun law he didn’t love), gets arrested by the FBI for — you guessed it — gun running.

Fornicalia State Senator Leland Yee, representing District 8 (east central Fornicalia, formerly San Francisco prior to re-districting in 2011), was a former State Assemblyman, SF County Supervisor and President/member of the SF School Board. He was the second highest ranking Democrat in the California State Assembly. Yee was a shoo-in for next year’s Secretary of State in Fornicalia. Perhaps until now.

And now he has an X-ref number in the Sacramento County Main Jail.

Yee is charged with conspiracy to traffic in firearms without a license and to illegally import firearms, as well as six counts of scheming to defraud citizens of honest services. Each corruption count is punishable by up to 20 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000, while the gun-trafficking count is punishable by up to five years and $250,000.

The charges are particularly shocking given that Yee has been among the state Senate’s most outspoken advocates both of gun control and of good-government initiatives.

So, yes, Hypocrisy, thy name is Demorat Leland Yee.

Let us not also forget that Leland Yee pulled the proverbial Asian Race Card when he opposed AB376, which banned the sale of shark fins — claiming that it was “an attack on Asian culture.” Yee said that “targeting the Chinese delicacy” was “another example in a long line of examples of insensitivity to the culture and traditions of the Asian American community.” Right. And in direct contravention of other Leftists who believe in trying to preserve the shark population — which has plummeted drastically in recent years — in part and directly because of “finning” sharks solely for the purpose of said Chinese “delicacy.” In “finning,” the rest of the shark is cast aside and dies a slow death as it sinks to the bottom of the ocean or becomes a meal by other immediate predators..

Please see the unsealed Leland Yee affidavit here. Nothing like Uncle Leland and Shrimp Boy and Dragon Tin and Ah Fei and various Chinese gangs, to include the Wah Ching and Chee Kung Tong, all lumped up in alleged criminal activities. That would be heresy, yes?

And guns? Senator Yee is quoted as saying, “It is extremely important that individuals in the state of California do not own assault weapons. I mean that is just so crystal clear, there is no debate, no discussion.”^[60]

Unless perhaps Senator Yee sells them or traffics them. Absent his direct involvement, he disdains firearms. Like the old adage, apparently Senator Yee either wants “less corruption, or more of an opportunity to participate in it.”

He may have allegedly found his opportunity, to his current great chagrin.

And yet, despite his arrest on public corruption and gun trafficking charges, Yee was the one who (sorry to use this term, clearly) bloviated away on the necessity for clear and honest gubmint. Another series of cases revolving around “do as I say and not as I do.”

During an afternoon press conference, State Senate President Pro Tem Darrell Steinberg, D-Sacramento, said “Leland Yee should leave the Senate and leave it now.”

The story drips with irony when it is realized that Leland Yee is a major Fornicalia gun control advocate on all levels.

All of the standard Californian gun control laws (50 cal ban, bullet button ban, magazine limits, handgun ban) and was also the first politician to propose requiring the registration of 3D printers when Cody Wilson printed his first gun. And that’s just the Greatest Hits version. Leland Yee was possibly the most outspoken gun control advocate in California after Dianne Feinstein, and now it seems that his campaign against the constitutionally protected rights of his constituents might be at an end.

Damn. That is so terribly sad. He said smarmingly. TTAG also writes:

Rushmore of Hypocrisy if the allegations are proven in a court of law, famously anti-gun California state Senator Leland Yee has been charged with, in addition to bribery and public corruption…yes…gun running. Specifically conspiring with known organized crime lord Kwok Cheung “Shrimp Boy” Chow to illegally import firearms and sell them without a license . . .

The affidavit charges that the $2 million worth of weapons to have been secreted into the country from the Philippines included rocket launchers and machine guns, some of which Yee himself had fired while on Mindanao. A portion of the weapons Yee conspired to bring into the U.S. through New Jersey were to have been forwarded on to North Africa via Sicily.

The arrest of Yee came amid searches of his office in Sacramento and his home on 24th Avenue in San Francisco’s Sunset District. The bust came after two FBI agents infiltrated a criminal organization headed by Chow, authorities said.

Sources told The Chronicle that the predawn raids, carried out by hundreds of agents from the FBI and the IRS as well as local police officers, stemmed from a fatal shooting more than five years ago.

Both Yee, 65, and Chow, 54, were to appear before U.S. Magistrate Judge Nathanael Cousins in San Francisco on Wednesday afternoon.

And oddly enough, the Demorats seem to sense a gloomy foreboding over the arrest of Leland Yee, insofar as the state’s Top Dem has said:

Darrell Steinberg to Leland Yee: Resign or be suspended

Darrell Steinberg said he was shocked and sickened by the allegations brought against a member of his caucus Wednesday, saying Senator Leland Yee has until Friday to resign from office or face certain suspension.

Flanked by at least 16 of his colleagues, Steinberg characterized the charges against Yee, D-San Francisco, as extraordinary and said they gathered together to express their anger and revulsion at the day’s events.

Which reveals one rather amazing thing: the charges against Yee are so immured in truth as to be beyond resurrection by the greatest incubus and succubus entities the Demorats have to deploy in Fornicalia emergency status.

It would seem that ol’ Uncle Leland was allegedly tooting out both sides of his ass, railing against guns whilst, simultaneously, profiting from said devices.

Another Leftist Hypocrite — and this time, a very deadly hypocrite. Huh. Imagine that.

Russia invaded, per Obama, “because of weakness”

Putin is weak, and Mr Obama is so incredibly strong.

And Mr Obama is nothing more than a naked, bald liar once again:

Obama said that he sees Russian President Vladimir Putin acting “out of weakness, not out of strength” in attempting to take control of Crimea. Putin, the president said, is “not comfortable” with former members of the Soviet Union making moves to align themselves with the West.

Right. Because, again, as an example, the Muslims who blew up the Twin Towers on 9/11 did so out of weakness and not out of strength.

Yes. Precisely. That is how terribly ignorant the bulk of America is at this point in our history. As in: America elected Barack Hussein Obama.

Sometimes I lack the words to further quantify brain-glazing stupidity and the stultifying ignorance of many Americans. This is one of those times.

Occasionally, John Boehner speaks the truth

“What the hell is this, a joke?” Boehner said at his weekly press conference.

He was responding to the administration’s announcement on Tuesday evening that people who had begun the process of signing up for insurance through the federal exchanges would have until mid-April to do so, instead of March 31.

The Speaker called the move “another deadline made meaningless,” adding it to a litany of unilateral changes that the administration has made to the law.

“This is part of a long-term pattern of this administration manipulating the law for its own convenience,” Boehner said. “It’s not hard to understand why the American people question this administration’s commitment to the rule of law.”

The Speaker mocked the use of the “honor system” to determine who was eligible for an extension after the administration said it would make no effort to ensure that people had actually begun the process of signing up by March 31.

“Why don’t they just say, ‘We’ve moved the date to April 15’? Because that’s in effect what they’ve done,” Boehner said.

Why? Because the Obama Administration is deceitful, opaque and lying in its nature.

The bodies of thousands of aborted and miscarried babies were incinerated as clinical waste, with some even used to heat hospitals, an investigation has found.

Ten NHS trusts have admitted burning foetal remains alongside other rubbish while two others used the bodies in ‘waste-to-energy’ plants which generate power for heat.

Last night the Department of Health issued an instant ban on the practice which health minister Dr Dan Poulter branded ‘totally unacceptable.’

At least 15,500 foetal remains were incinerated by 27 NHS trusts over the last two years alone, Channel 4’s Dispatches discovered.

The British National Health Service (NHS) has consistently insisted to British subjects that its government-funded base is efficient, responsive, inclusive, caring, sensitive, cost-effective, compassionate, streamlined, humanistic, technologically updated, collaborative and legally defensible.

Except, of course, when it isn’t.

What, ladies and gentlemen, you can expect from US government-run healthcare as well.

With roughly two weeks left in the open enrollment period for health insurance, some groups are trying to sell Obamacare to young people in terms they might actually understand: music, comedy, and cash.

Ah, nothing like more Free Cheese for the ignorant masses!

Ignorant of the facts that, if ObamaKare were so wonderful, it wouldn’t have required passage in the dead of night, “voting for it to see what’s in it,” or any delay, recreation, recrafting or redrafting or altered implementation whasoever. The lies revolving around ObamaKare are legion in nature. If you care to have half a brain and a modicum of sentient awareness.

Roughly 2.5 million workers will leave the work force, it is estimated, as a direct result of ObamaKare. Over 4 million individuals have already lost their healthcare coverage directly because of ObamaKare. Everyone’s premiums are not going down, they are going up 41$ for individuals and over 50% for families. It is a job killing bill, and it de-motivates persons from actually working for a living. Kathleen Sebelius is outright LYING about the actual outcomes for ObamaKare. Premiums are higher now than the previous eight years combined.

1. Regardless of what Obamacare does to you, as a citizen you have no recourse – you cannot make claim against, or sue the government – no matter how badly they hurt you because the Federal Government has “Sovereign Immunity”. Check it out on Wikipedia. By the way – Corporations, such as insurance companies do not have such protection.

2. The Government has a vested interest in your early demise: Dying early reduces your Medicare and Social Security payout and reduces your use of a strained healthcare system. Further, they will tax your estate 100% and get the rest of your wealth for redistribution through inheritance taxes. Quite Simply: You die – they win.

3. There is no oversight – no insurance commission determines that rates are fair or if claims are paid at all. The executive branch sets the rules and decides what it will, or will not enforce.

4. What if Obamacare craters next year and you lose your coverage after paying for it – where do you go? Who pays for the next policy – if you can find one?

5. There is no one to assume responsibility if your financial and health data is compromised, if your identity is stolen, if your personal data is sold to whomever. You screwed up. You trusted them. And if it get’s hacked and your medical history winds up online – oh well, things happen.

6. What will happen if future regimes decide that you can’t get premium healthcare unless you are a member of the “Party” as socialized medicine was implemented under Soviet socialism? Too bad comrade, you are not an elite, only elites have a right to life.

7. If you somehow wind up owing the healthcare system money – who collects – the loving and warm folks down at the IRS who have a comfy cell waiting for you? Bankruptcy won’t protect you from the IRS.

8. They can apparently change the rules at will, bypassing the legislative branch, because they have already set that precedent without challenge from Congress. This year’s rates are nothing compared to what they can charge you next year, or anytime in the future.

Yes, imagine that, Comrade.
