With the result that billions of dollars will be paid to ILLEGAL MEXICANS. Yes, dearest lawful taxpaying Americans — that’s billions with a ‘B.’

The “Additional Child Tax Credit” whose way was paved by the ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number). Specifically provided by those who can’t legally (My, that word is bandied-about so loosely these days!) possess a social security number. In other words, a way for (air-quotes with fingers) “undocumented workers” to be dinged by the IRS. With one small problem: your hard-earned taxes are paying for Mexican fraud.

Illegals, via the Additional Child Tax Credit, are claiming children in Mexico. And — ahem — “more than one,” shall we say. To be generous, you see. And fair. Don’t you adore fair?

The IRS has known about the problem for quite some time. The US Treasury I.G. has pointed this out to the IRS and its response: the sound of crickets chirping in the fields.

“Once the money goes out the door, it’s next to impossible to get it back.” – US Treasury Inspector General Russell George.

That’s $4.2 BILLION dollars per year paid out due to a tax loophole which begs for fraud by ILLEGAL MEXICANS. Who, in turn, willingly and quickly step up for same.

All at the Free Cheese Watering Hole, paid by your tax dollars and ignored by the IRS. Purposely and willingly. Here’s how and why:

People working for the IRS know this occurs and feel threatened should they decide to “whistleblow” — which some obviously did.

Despite knowing all this, the IRS officially decided to double-down — as the US government frequently does under Mr Obama — and sent this statement to WTHR-TV as the result of its investigation:

The law has been clear for over a decade that eligibility for these credits does not depend on work authorization status or the type of taxpayer identification number used. Any suggestion that the IRS shouldn’t be paying out these credits under current law to ITIN holders is simply incorrect. The IRS administers the law impartially and applies it as it is written. If the law were changed, the IRS would change its programs accordingly.

“The IRS disagrees with TIGTA’s (inspector general) recommendation on requiring additional documentation to verify child-credit claims. As TIGTA acknowledges in this report, the IRS does not currently have the legal authority to verify and disallow the Child Tax Credit and the Additional Child Tax Credit during return processing simply because of the lack of documentation.

“The IRS has procedures in place specifically for the evaluation of questionable credit claims early in the processing stream and prior to issuance of a refund. The IRS continues to work to refine and improve our processes.”

Translated: we know it’s going on and we don’t care. It keeps us in business and it keeps illegals voting for Demorats. Because, after all, that’s the point.

Bottom line: it’s not our money so we couldn’t care less.

So finally: a little attention being paid to this fiscal abortion?

He is a BMW motorcycle devotee, and has authored five books. He writes all the lyrics for his band, Rush.

His personal life took an unforeseen and crippling hit in 1997. On August 10th of that year, his 19-year-old daughter, Selena Taylor, was killed in a single-car accident in Ontario. His common law wife of 22 years, Jacqueline Taylor (following the accident), died 10 months later of cancer (and likely heartbreak) on June 20th of 1998.

The new Rush album — Clockwork Angels — was produced in studio and is expected to be released June 12th.

This is the first full Rush studio album released with new material since “Snakes and Arrows” in 2007.

Feds to Florida: halt non-citizen voter purge

The Justice Department told Florida election officials that they must stop their non-citizen voters purge. Florida argues it is not violating any law.

The Justice Department ordered Florida’s elections division to halt a systematic effort to find and purge the state’s voter rolls of noncitizen voters.

Florida’s effort appears to violate both the 1965 Voting Rights Act, which protects minorities, and the 1993 National Voter Registration Act – which governs voter purges – T. Christian Herren Jr., the Justice Department’s lead civil rights lawyer, wrote in a detailed two-page letter sent late Thursday night.

State officials said they were reviewing the letter. But they indicated they might fight DOJ over its interpretation of federal law and expressed frustration that President Barack Obama’s administration has stonewalled the state’s noncitizen voter hunt for nine months.

“We are firmly committed to doing the right thing and preventing ineligible voters from being able to cast a ballot,” said Chris Cate, spokesman for Secretary of State Ken Detzner, who was ordered by Gov. Rick Scott to conduct the search for potentially ineligible voters.

I repeat: the insane abortion called the US DOJ under Mr Obama and Mr Holder continues on its path of national destruction.
