Feds want to kill MORE free speech in re GUNS

SLAVES ARE DISARMEDThe federal government wants to regulate, essentially, anything and everything involving humans within its borders.

The Obama Administration now wants to regulate speech about firearms.

Commonly used and unregulated internet discussions and videos about guns and ammo could be closed down under rules proposed by the State Department, amounting to a “gag order on firearm-related speech,” the National Rifle Association is warning.

In updating regulations governing international arms sales, State is demanding that anyone who puts technical details about arms and ammo on the web first get the OK from the federal government — or face a fine of up to $1 million and 20 years in jail.

What?  Is the federal government insane?  That would essentially outlaw gun blogs, gun magazines or any discussions about firearms.

Which, of course, would help the Obama Leftist Socialist Organization help to rid Americans of firearms — only so that the Proles, the Groundlings, the Serfs would be disarmed and more easily controlled.

Who would possibly put up with this?  The push is a governmental assault on the First Amendment itself — again, by the Obama Administration.

According to the NRA, that would include blogs and web forums discussing technical details of common guns and ammunition, the type of info gun owners and ammo reloaders trade all the time.

“Gunsmiths, manufacturers, reloaders, and do-it-yourselfers could all find themselves muzzled under the rule and unable to distribute or obtain the information they rely on to conduct these activities,” said the NRA in a blog posting.

Again, all perfectly in keeping with the Obama Administration’s wish to completely disarm the citizens of this nation, a true goal of Leftists globally.

I have always said that when you lose the Second Amendment, you will lose the First Amendment.

In this instance, here is Mr Obama and his Leftists attempting to hobble and denigrate both amendments simultaneously.  I couldn’t possibly have conjured that possible.  Except that, now, I certainly can.  This is certainly nothing if not innovative on behalf of the Obama Left.  With this addition: the prohibition also focuses on the internet as well, and seeks to clamp down on the internet.  Almost a Perfect Trifecta of prohibitive Leftism.

The NRA agrees.

 “This latest regulatory assault, published in the June 3 issue of the Federal Register, is as much an affront to the First Amendment as it is to the Second,” warned the NRA’s lobbying shop. “Your action is urgently needed to ensure that online blogs, videos, and web forums devoted to the technical aspects of firearms and ammunition do not become subject to prior review by State Department bureaucrats before they can be published,” it added.

What could possibly be the reason for eliminating speech about firearms?

At issue is the internet. State is updating International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which implement the federal Arms Export Control Act (AECA). The rules govern everything from guns to strategic bombers.

Never in my 60+ years on this planet have I seen my country’s freedoms so hideously and naked assaulted by my federal government.  I can only conclude one thing: this federal governments ultimately seeks total control and authority over each and every persons within its borders to the point where there can be no pushback, no dissension, no verbal or written disagreement on any level in any venue whatsoever.

For what other purpose would rules and regulations such as this exist?

Orrin Hatch on Trade Bill: ‘I Don’t Know Fully What’s in TPP Myself’

Democrat Sens. Joe Manchin (WV) and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) went to the Senate floor to push for immediate consideration of a bill that would make the Obamatrade text public — right now Congress has to go to a secured room to review the text and can’t take notes out or discuss what is in it with the public. That motion failed when

Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-UT) objected, since it required unanimous consent.

The two Democrats even praised President George W. Bush, who released his free trade text in 2001. Today, President Obama, who promised to have the most transparent administration in history, is not releasing his deal.

“We’re just asking for some transparency before we have this crucial vote,” said Warren.

Well isn’t that just the pot calling the kettle black.  However, continuing evidence that the Obama Administration is one of the most opaque in the history of American government.

Opacity indicates to me: corruption, secrecy, fear of the American public objecting to contents, much like the ACA — which will have even more dire future consequences for American Taxpayers.

Hatch confesses he’s ignorant and doesn’t mind making that fact public.

Ironically, Hatch also admits he doesn’t know what is in the TPP deal, while at the same time he objects to the push for more transparency prior to any crucial votes.

“I don’t know fully what’s in T.P.P. myself, and I am going to be one of the most interested people on earth when that comes, if not the most interested, you know, when they finally agree. But there is — it’s still not a completed agreement, as far as I know,” admitted Hatch.

The Dems disagreeing with Mr Obama?

“Secrecy is no good,” Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA) responded, backing Warren and Manchin.

Now the question is: will the GOP give Obama what he wants with the trade bill?

Could Conservatives Push TPA Over the Finish Line?

As the House inches closer to a vote on the long-awaited Trade Promotion Authority bill, conservatives who have traditionally been hard-liners in their opposition to deals with the White House are taking a softer approach.

While many on the right are still hedging their position on the TPA, there appears to be some conservative support for the trade process legislation. And with congressional Democrats increasingly taking a firmer line against the TPA, which would give expedited consideration to the Trans-Pacific Partnership under negotiation with 11 other countries, conservatives could be the key to getting the TPA over the finish line.

Translated: those GOP members who embrace the TPP are also those who embrace the obscurity and opacity of the bill itself and the Obama Administration overall.  Good, back-slapping, go-along-to-get-along GOP critters.  Bi-partisan,

Michelle Obama: still aggrieved

Why?

Because, as some people can’t get past their “beer goggles,” the Obamas can’t get past their race goggles.  They are still aggrieved “African American Hyphenates” who see everything — and I do mean everything — in terms of race.  Which is easily why they are both racists.  And they are racists.  It’s all about identity politics and race baiting.

Obama, who signaled for a “post-racial America,” has done everything within his means and abilities to ensure it is all but.  Without full information, he has accused law enforcement officers of “acting stupidly.”  To even oppose Obama or Eric Holder is racist.  If Obama’s approval ratings are down, it’s racist.  George Zimmerman, despite Obama and Holder’s worst intentions, was found not guilty in the shooting of Trayvon Martin, who became Obama’s flesh: “If I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon.”  And Zimmerman, an Hispanic, was always quantified by the AMM as “white” in order to gin up more controversy — of great assistance to the Obamas.

Obama Trayvon FingersObama and Holder sent, literally, hundreds of FBI agents to Ferguson to prove that Officer Darren Wilson was a Caucasoid Racist.  They could prove no such thing.

Mr and Mrs Obama attended the church of outright racist Reverend Jeremiah Wright for years without angst.  Only when it became a “political issue” did they kick Wright to the political curb.  They still believe, however, everything he says and has said.

Obama’s co-racist lapdog Eric Holder was “Chief among antagonists.”

Mr Obama and Poverty/Racial Pimps Sharpton and Jackson saw the fruits of their racial divides paid — ahem — in spades.  Dead cops.  Courtesy of the most transparent administration in the history of America, and courtesy of the “post racial” president.

According to the FBI, the number of police officers killed in the line of duty nearly doubled from 27 to 51 between 2013 and 2014. That is nearly one murdered police officer a week during 2014, which was also a little over a year after the mainstream media began its coordinated hate campaigns to demonize America’s law enforcement officers.

The FBI report is a terrible and tragic setback for police officers. Losing 27  fellow officers in 2013 was a tragedy. But it was also a 35 year low. Things were unquestionably moving in the right direction. Since 2011, the number of police officers killed in the line of duty had been on the decline.

Suddenly in 2014, everything changed for the worse. The number jumped back up to the highest number since 2011. What also changed for the worse is the mainstream media’s obsession with smearing police officers as hyper-militarized racist occupiers on the hunt for black men.

“Finally,” Obama is saying behind closed doors to Michelle, “cops and more specifically Caucasoid cops are getting their just desserts.”

Yet, Mrs Obama — having attended an Ivy League school and reached the pinnacle of politics in America, her husband sent to two concurrent presidential victories  — believes America is neither good nor color-blind:

Obama-Racist-WordsI am tired of blacks playing the “race card” when it is politically expedient.  It is a wolf’s cry that diminishes true racism.  Racism that can be bidirectional as well — that too few will call.  But I will.  I am beyond tired of being stereotyped as a racist because I am conveniently a Caucasoid, male, older and worse yet, a cop.  I am tired of being told that only Caucasoids can be racist when, in fact, there are multiple continuing examples of racism by a group of persons whom many believe, by dint of melanin count, cannot be racist.  And that is crap is well.

True equality runs both ways.  And until it does and the bullshit hypocrisy stops, I shall continue to provide pushback when and how I deem fit.

The more you push your racist agenda, Mr and Mrs Obama, the more I push back.

(CNSNews.com) – Federal Communications Commission (FCC) member Ajit Pai said over the weekend that he foresees a future in which federal regulators will seek to regulate websites based on political content, using the power of the FCC or Federal Elections Commission (FEC). He also revealed that his opposition to “net neutrality” regulations had resulted in personal harassment and threats to his family.

However, Pai said it was only the beginning. In the future, he said, “I could easily see this migrating over to the direction of content… What you’re seeing now is an impulse not just to regulate the roads over which traffic goes, but the traffic itself.”

Continuing, he said, “It is conceivable to me to see the government saying, ‘We think the Drudge Report is having a disproportionate effect on our political discourse. He doesn’t have to file anything with the FEC. The FCC doesn’t have the ability to regulate anything he says, and we want to start tamping down on websites like that.’”

We’ve seen this already from the federal government, in terms of the IRS terrorizing Conservative groups with threats and actions not directed to any other political community.

Tolerant LeftistsWe’ve seen Holder’s DOJ prosecuting cases based solely on race, at Obama’s direction.  Mr Obama and Mr Holder are two of DC’s Racists In Chief.  We’ll see how AG Lynch does.

“Is it unthinkable that some government agency would say the marketplace of ideas is too fraught with dissonance? That everything from the Drudge Report to Fox News… is playing unfairly in the online political speech sandbox? I don’t think so,” Pai said.

“The First Amendment means not just the cold parchment that’s in the Constitution. It’s an ongoing cultural commitment, and I sense that among a substantial number of Americans and a disturbing number of regulators here in Washington that online speech is [considered] a dangerous brave new world that needs to be regulated,” he concluded.

Those persons who are ignorant of the world surrounding them would be the first to say “that’s ridiculous, you’re paranoid.  Nothing like that could ever happen in the US.”

In response I’d say: “it’s already happened.  Where were you?”

Why do you think there is such a push to eliminate the Second Amendment by the federal government, to onerously regulate firearms and ammunition?

Because without the ability to defend ourselves on a civilian level, the federal government, any government, can lay rules and regulations on a population that has no ability to fight back in any manner.

Let me provide further clarity: the Second Amendment, as some think, doesn’t exist solely to enable people to go hunting if they wish.  It exists to keep the populace safe from an overbearing government.

The Obama Regime is leaving in a few years, thank the Lord.  But if another Demorat steps in, you’ll find your fundamental rights challenged once more.  If that occurs, this nation could very well erupt in a fashion no one wants to see or consider.

Hillary: put her in handcuffs now

Hillary is a serial liar, and has been lying for years.  I believe she truly lacks the capability to tell the truth, even when it would tend to save her.

But it’s too convoluted now.  And it’s way too late to save her, or even remotely think about saving her.  She is beyond saving just as she is beyond telling the truth.  The truth is, first, relative, and it is — as she would tell you — in the eye of the beholder.  There is no Real Truth, there are only shades of the truth and the precipice of the truth.  The truth is a concept to be wrapped and folded and cloaked and hidden away, aided and abetted by the Leftists populating today’s general American Media Maggot newsroom which is, by the way, bleeding readers and viewers.  [As an aside: gee, I wonder why?]

Trey Gowdy: Hillary Clinton wiped her server clean

Hillary Clinton wiped “clean” the private server housing emails from her tenure as secretary of state, the chairman of the House committee investigating the 2012 terrorist attacks in Benghazi said Friday.

“While it is not clear precisely when Secretary Clinton decided to permanently delete all emails from her server, it appears she made the decision after October 28, 2014, when the Department of State for the first time asked the Secretary to return her public record to the Department,” Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.), chairman of the Select Committee on Benghazi, said in a statement.

But does no one read the next two paragraphs?

Clinton was under a subpoena order from the panel for all documents related to the 2012 attacks on the American compound there. But David Kendall, an attorney for Clinton, said the 900 pages of emails previously provided to the panel cover its request.

Kendall also informed the committee that Clinton’s emails from her time at the State Department have been permanently erased.

PERMANENTLY ERASED.

In law enforcement, this is called an “admission.”  An admission is the first step towards a confession.

The only thing left to be done, in truth, is for Hillary Clinton to be “perp-walked” in front of a bevy of ENG hacks adrip with stark lights and the AMM jostling and bumping and shouting at Hillary.

Wouldn’t that be just grand?
