Demorats & Mr Obama: MORE Taxes the ONLY Answer

(Thanks to A Jacksonian):

Taxman (The Beatles):

Let me tell you how it will be
There’s one for you, nineteen for me
‘Cause I’m the taxman, yeah, I’m the taxman

Should five per cent appear too small
Be thankful I don’t take it all
‘Cause I’m the taxman, yeah I’m the taxman

If you drive a car, I’ll tax the street,
If you try to sit, I’ll tax your seat.
If you get too cold, I’ll tax the heat,
If you take a walk, I will tax your feet.

Don’t ask me what I want it for
If you don’t want to pay some more

‘Cause I’m the taxman, yeah, I’m the taxman

Now my advice for those who die
Declare the pennies on your eyes
‘Cause I’m the taxman, yeah, I’m the taxman

And you’re working for no one but me.

  1. Hey I agree here. It is a polite way of saying that the government consists of rapists. They rape our pocketbooks and screw with our lives. WE never consented to this. Government derives its powers from the consent of the governed. Where do we go from here BZ?

  2. Obama thinks the state owns it all, just like Castro, Chevez, Lenin, Mussolini, Stalin, Mao, Hitler, Pol Pot . . .

Why should you have it when it belongs to the state?

I’d love to see him given some truth serum before his next press conference.

  3. Ah yes, 8 years of fascism and all the right can do now is continue the fear mongering and compare Obama to Hitler. Childish.

  4. We need more of Zucker!

And yes the people in their minority did vote in the D party: only 51% of the people voted… and a half of that is a minority. This is not representative government, not by the way we had it at the Founding. The Anti-Federalists have proven to be prescient. Exactly what we were warned about and yet we have not listened to them.

  5. TexasFred; Take you moronic, vile and obscene laden diatribes back to Jenn’s site with the rest of the retards. There are righty’s here but they are fairly intelligent a far as I’ve seen. you weigh them down big time!

  6. No LibTurd Dude, I’ll stay right here, it’s more fun to stay here and expose YOU for the hypocritical FUCKNOZZLE you really are…

I was here a long time before you were and I’ll be here a long time after you’re gone, and one of these days, BZ will tire of your stupid bullshit and you WILL be gone…

  7. Ok stay, you are an inarticulate dolt who has to resort to obscenities to make up for your limited vocabulary.

  9. LD – You come here telling us that we have ignored fascism, and that is not the case: you have a definition of fascism that is out of step with the actual history of fascism and how it is practiced. One can be a Nationalist without being a National Socialist. I grew up in a socialist household, know socialist doctrine and don’t really think that socialists understand what it is they are talking about as they have not properly followed the logic of Marx. That said I find his logic faulty, also. I decry socialism when I see it.

The problems the Left has cited on Bush find only common agreement on his spending, and that only on the ill-informed things like NCLB and seeking to get religions involved with government to get government funds. As a member of a society under the Great Peace of Westphalia I decry the last. And see no good to the former, this government trying to ‘help society’ I decry that no matter if it is from Left or Right.

On matters of Foreign Affairs and how to prosecute wars I stand by the Laws of War and the Laws of Peace by Grotius, the Law of Nations as compiled by de Vattel, how it was understood at the Founding, what that means for a Republic and how it divides those powers… and that is supported by the SCOTUS in a 1936 decision citing that the Executive has a different suite of powers that are of different type than that of the Legislative branch. That is how Washington excercised them, Jefferson did so, Jackson, Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, FDR, Eisenhower, JFK, Johnson, Nixon, Clinton…complaining about how the powers are allotted requires something beyond legislative activity that is clear by the way the Constitution has been set up and used.

You cite myself and others as not following AGW. I cite the problems in the original data sets and that the work MUST be thoroughly gone over, re-examined and that new data be examined to see what that means in a larger scope of activity that goes far beyond mankind and includes such things as solar output cyclicity and plate tectonics. That is working with data to see how it conforms to known datatypes and datasets that have high degrees of validity to them and point in a different direction than AGW does. That is science. Einstein’s theories fray at quantum scales and quantum scales do not show up as a definite artifact at larger scales… thus these need to be reconciled via observation, hypothesis and testing hypothesis against data. Why you posit something that has shaky data foundations and that has non-concurring outcomes, you no longer have a workable hypothesis. I disagree standing on the scientific method as it is a METHOD that works and leaves much in doubt as we learn more.

So if Texas Fred is getting a bit PO’d by the way you take a paint brush out to wipe across everyone, do know that THAT is the problem: the paint brush, not the reaction to it. I ask for civility, allowing that no person of any part of politics believes 100% in any party position and, indeed, is a free person with liberty to have separate outlook from ALL parties… that is part of our agreement to have a civil society that we agree to in the Preamble. Domestic Tranquility. We as citizens agree to keep that amongst ourselves.
