DOJ: We won’t prosecute Holder for contempt

What was mostly UNcovered by the DEM/MSM over the weekend:

From The Washington Post:

The Justice Department has told House leaders that Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr.’s decision to withhold certain documents about a flawed gun operation from Congress is not a crime and he will not be prosecuted for contempt of Congress.

Deputy Attorney General James M. Cole explained the decision, which was expected, in a letter to House Speaker John A. Boehner (R-Ohio). The letter was released publicly Friday, just over a week after President Obama invoked executive privilege to withhold the documents.

In his letter, Cole said the decision not to prosecute Holder conforms to long-standing Justice Department practice in both Democratic and Republican administrations.

Again, the federal government elites skate on crimes that otherwise would place you and me under immediate arrest.

That’s like making the Council of American Rattlesnakes responsible for the review of every rattlesnake bite in the country. Their series of conclusions: “We’re rattlesnakes.”

I refer again to a very important quotation from John F Kennedy:

Those who make peaceful revolution impossible, make violent revolution inevitable.”

There is a breaking point for the American Taxpayer.

That breaking point is approaching.

Listen up, DC. You ignore the American Taxpayer to your own upcoming detriment.

  1. Yep, once more another nail is added to the coffin of civility and obeyance of the law… If they won’t, why should we when push comes to shove???

  2. It seems our dictator in office and his nazi regime administration don’t give a crap what the people think or will do.

Holder needs to be held accountable and don’t get me started on Obamatax because I am still fuming over that vile debacle.

November is coming and I hope the people will let this government know, we aren’t going to put up with their stomping on our constitution and our rights.

  3. NFO, it would seem to me that this administration could mostly care less about the word of law.

They should be very, very careful about that. When they decide that, for example, ILLEGALS may break the law with impunity, perhaps there are other laws that the masses may, themselves, decide to break with impunity.

Leticia: I think November will hold well for us but, of course, I cannot tell for certain.

IF, however, it breaks? Then we can be assured of GENERATIONS of despair for Americans.

    Simple as that.

  4. BZ, I pray you are right. I still see so many Obama supporters and how much they love him, regardless of how he has basically stomped on the constitution. Still makes me sick to my stomach.
