Oh, yes, we are. Has that really disappeared twice off YouTube? WOW…but, I thought liberals were open minded and believed in free speech 🙂
Thanks, BZ….this is really powerful . (Did Reid really give somebody the finger or is that photo shopped? Well, right back atcha, pal)
Yawn.
Excellent and true.
I suspect that it is being removed for either copyright infringement (the music) or the photoshopped “finger” picture. When I see this on TV as a Republican campaign ad maybe then I’ll take it seriously. Face it, most Americans are okay with where we’re going. If they are angry about healthcare reform it’s that the insurance companies are going to get everything they want. This is going to get coverage to 31 million Americans who do not have it, so that is a good thing. As soon as companies begin hiring again you’ll see the polls on Obama go up. Republicans UTOH are persona non grata.
Tim: couldn’t disagree with you more. The bill will kill the field for doctors, nurses, incentives and will end up literally killing more patients. Any number of Dems have stated that ObamaKare, if there is no “public option” now, will positively have a public option component; that is their ultimate goal and they don’t care how many times they have to come to the well to get it. All the Dems want now is a foot in the door.
BZ
Good one, since you’ve got it up, I won’t, but I will link to you. And yes it IS powerful…
if that’s true about Republicans, Tim, why the amazing and visceral fear of Sarah Palin by the leftwing?
They even called her book ‘whiney’…A friend loaned it to me and it’s nothing even close…though she had plenty to whine about. I even found out that the woman who was hired by the McCain people FOR Palin and who arranged the Katie Couric ambushes was a very close and dear friend and ex colleague of Couric’s…odd, eh? Palin thought so, too, when she found out and saw the big hug and kisses. I’d have whined about that, trust me.
I personally have no fear of Sarah Palin. “The quitter” doesn’t stand a chance. Personally, I have no desire to read her book. I was really thinking of voting for McCain until he picked her for VP. My mother-in-law, the most staunch GOP voter I have ever met sat out the election rather than vote for a ticket with her on it. She’s 83 and has not voted for a Democrat since JFK. BZ- I hope the Public Option does come back around, but if (a BIG if, in my opinion, it won’t be until probably 2015 at the earliest. If it does happen, it will be because private insurance couldn’t deliver on the cost savings.
Excellent!
Tim: if the bill passes after it gets “ping-ponged” back and forth between the House and Senate, the insurance companies know their days are numbered. You cannot compete with a government that can issue orders by fiat, demand payments up front on a tight time-table and then take their own lazy time paying anything back — if they deign to even do so.
I do NOT trust government running my healthcare. I can see what it’s done for the VA, I can see what it’s done for Medicare, I can see what it’s done for SS, I can see that it can’t even keep poo-butt idiots like the “Christmas Bomber” out of our aircraft. It can’t even communicate with itSELF much less between itself and you and me.
This government couldn’t care one whit about you, Tim, and it couldn’t care less whether you live or whether you die. You’re a source, only. Of cash.

Hey, How’d you end up with Shoprat’s troll, LOL! I didn’t know they were contagious.
Happy New Year, bro.
Great video. And for Obamacare—the only thing the government runs properly is the military–sure we could have improvements there, but for the most part it works great. Socaial Security and Medicare are going broke, and the same will be true for healthcare. I won’t get down into the grass on the issue like the writers of this 2000 page bill did. I lie needs many pages of explaining and must be supported by half truths, where as the Truth, well the truth stands alone and needs few words to support it.
What a stupid, stupid fear mongering tea bagging piece of crap. Shameless.
What a stupid, stupid fear mongering tea bagging piece of crap, lying video. Shameless. Yeah, take your country back-form the GOP idiots who created all the problems the video cites. Give power to only the mega corporations who will screw the average person after they get you to believe these lies.
Why is it when the liberals can’t come up with a decent argument, they resort to calling anyone that disagrees with them filthy porno names? Ahh, yes, they are the tolerant ones. Extremely tolerant as long as you agree with them.
Good post BZ, regardless of what filth your descenting commenters like to spew.
That’s right. Right Wingers shamelessly telling the truth to those who would rather keep it hushed up.
A bill will pass after it ping pongs back and forth between the House and Senate. It won’t have a public option. What makes you think insurance companies care whether or not you live or die? They are a beaurocracy just like the govt. I do work in the VA, and the professionals there are dedicated healers. The Army and Marines, are they just a bunch of incompetent losers? What about law enforcement types like you? ineffecient hacks who just sit on their asses collective paychecks while criminals run amok? You’re calling yourself a useless cog in a giant machine. I guess we should just surrender to anarchy, right?
Rita: now, Tim I like. Tim will give you a good argument, not throw F-bombs, and back his position. DB, on the other hand, thankfully, is the opposite of Mr Obama and is painfully transparent. He makes for a prototype.
If I can’t take some dissent here and in my life, then I’ve no business exposing my thoughts to the Blogosphere. Yes, of course, I resoundingly enjoy it when people agree with me; it means they’re likewise intelligent. :^)
I can be swayed by a good argument and I’m willing to listen. But the argument had best be on track and backed up.
Finally: Rita, thanks for taking the time to visit, and thanks for taking the time to comment. Please come back.
BZ
BZ, your posts are usually surprisingly intelligent. I don’t know why you’d stoop to referencing such a lame and lie filled video.
You make your own party look like a bunch of stupid tea baggers. Is this really the level of discourse you want?
Tim: and here I was starting to say such nice things about you.
No. Of course it won’t have a public option. Not now. Not this time. But that unequivocally is the ultimate goal.
And you missed my point entirely because you wanted to. My finger wasn’t pointed at military doctors, nurses, PAs and such in the VA. C’mon, please credit me with a modicum of intelligence. My problem is with the administration of same, the bureaucracy of same and up. Frankly, I’m a little disappointed you went for the personal cheap shot.

I’ve also posted the video. I hope it stays up.
If I may, I have a question for Deacon – what, exactly, about the video is a lie? The part where it says voters bought into the pre-election dogma and handed over control of the House, the Senate, and the Oval Office? The fact that voters trusted what they were being told?
Maybe it’s the part where they point out unemployment is at 10%? Or the mentioning of the bailouts, the stimulous, TARP, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, GM, Chrysler, Bear Sterns, etc, etc. Maybe it’s the part where it says “We’re Broke”?
No, wait. Obama himself has admitted as much.
Everything else that I see is opnion and as opinion can be neither right or wrong. The best it can be is something you disagree with.
Is that too difficult for you to comprehend?
Oh, and I agree with Rita – resorting to name calling is rather pathetic and so high school…
cjh
Oh, and Tim? You might want to check the following out as to the ‘most Americans are okay’ with what Obama is doing:
“Only a fourth of all Americans approve of the direction Obama and Congress are taking the country, according to a Gallup survey”
I suppose a fourth can equate to ‘most’ if spun correctly.
cjh
BZ: I too have no issue with Tim. I can disagree with him, but at least he can carry on an intelligent discussion. I love to be able to have an intelligent debate about political differences.
It’s those people who, rather than make a point, call people like me “teabaggers”. What they don’t understand is that nearly all of us that are part of the Tea Party are educated, get our news from msm, fox, hotair, huffingtonpost. I read all sides and I have yet to call any of them some porno act simply because I disagree with them.
But then I turned a deaf ear to the filthy mouthed boys when I was in junior high school. At least one of your commenters must have not matured since the 6th grade.
BZ, Nice video. I like the tone which is defiant. I don’t hold water for Repubs in Congress anymore than I do for the Dems. I think the whole bunch sucks. The only cure would be getting rid of them and starting over.
There is a third party rising and although history hasn’t been kind to third parties maybe time the is now.
I don’t trust government at all.
As for the military, police, fire, the line people thrive despites the bureaucratic jackasses we were forced to deal with. Been there done that. I served with a lot of great people, but I had precious few good leaders who cared about anything beyond their own careers. Leadership? Not much.
BZ- That was NOT a personal cheap shot against law enforcement OR the military. But you can’t have it both ways when you generalize about the govt. You made a blanket statement that govt. “This government couldn’t care one whit about you, Tim, and it couldn’t care less whether you live or whether you die. You’re a source, only. Of cash.”
So does “this” mean just the federal govt.? But California (the govt. you work for) okay? Maybe we should just disband the military and pay Blackwater to do that. I’m sure it would cost 10% and be twice as good. Same for police. Just hire Pinkerton.
I think we all could agree that disbanding the miltary and police is ridiculous. The point I was trying to make is that government is required for the preservation of a society and the the protection that it provides allows individuals the ability to produce and accumulate capital beyond what is needed for mere survival. Common infrastructure is the basis for personal wealth. To say this govt. doesn’t care whether you live or die and just wants your money is not a serious statement. This is America, not Nazi Germany or Stalin’s Russia, for God’s sake.
CJ- I know you’d rather have W still running things. Here’s another poll for you. Obama’s current poll rating (ABC news) 58% approval rating. W when he left office 29% (the worst since Nixon, another great Republican president).
Polls are like a lampost for a drunk. They are used to prop up one’s preconcieved notions more than to shed light on anything.
No BZ, I object to the lame socialist crap.
Tim –
My, how condescending can we be?
No, I wouldn’t rather have President Bush still running things. He did a lot of stupid things during his last months, if not year or two, in office. Unlike many Obamaites I can admit that.
So, you dismiss polls? That’s interesting. Do you dismiss only the ones that show the flaws in your statements or all of them?
cjh
But CJ… “Most americans approve of Obama”, and I can prove that because my gut is smarter than yours, you idiot!
Tim: again, you missed my point about taking it personal.

One more question for you, Tim:
How can you say something like “most Americans approve” of the job Obama is doing and then dismiss polls?
On what do you base your statement, if not on a poll?
