You think Muslims aren’t making an inroad into America?

Into, for example, our entertainment parks?

ANAHEIM, Calif. — A woman who accused the Disney Co. of discrimination for refusing to let her wear a Muslim head scarf at work says she won’t wear a specially designed hat instead.

Imane Boudlal, who’s a restaurant hostess at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, says Disney’s suggested hat-and-bonnet is embarrassing and makes a joke of her religion.

She has gone home without pay seven times rather than remove her hijab or accept jobs away from customers.

Disney spokeswoman Suzi Brown says the head covering accommodates both Boudlal’s beliefs and Disney costuming guidelines. She says it was one of several options Disney made after Boudlal requested alterations to her approved apparel.

Last week, Boudlal filed a complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

SAN DIEGO — A Muslim woman who was erroneously told to remove her headscarf for a driver’s license photo will be allowed to retake her photo with the head covering on.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations said Thursday that a Department of Motor Vehicle employee in Oceanside insisted that the woman remove her headscarf, even though state rules allow for religious head coverings in ID photos.

DMV spokeswoman Jan Mendoza said there was a misunderstanding. She said the employee asked the woman to move her scarf, but she removed it instead.

She said DMV staff can ask customers to move head coverings so the whole face is showing. Mendoza says the employee has apologized to the woman.

Perhaps we should be further accommodating to those who wish to destroy our malls, our transportation stations, any and all of our public venues.

Perhaps they could be identified by the thread-count in their hoods and underwear? Or perhaps by the darkness of their irises? Acne visible on the bridge of their nose? Eyebrow samples?

Or maybe they could be asked to make their intentions known in a small essay.

Spelling couldn’t count, though. That would be judgmental.

  3. Scary shit, isn’t it? Did you hear about the Muslim man who sexually assaulted his wife and kept her a virtual prisoner in their home? She got away and he was arrested but the judge found him not guilty because what he’d done was allowed under Sharia law.

    It’s coming and we need to stop it.

  4. Waiting for the liberal outrage because of “Religious Zelots” pushing religion on the rest of us to chime in…1….2…..3….

    Oh well, I guess until Sharia is law of the land, and gays start getting hung, women start getting stoned (literally) and speech is curtailed by the government, the liberal mind sees no issue..sad.

  6. Do something violent.
    Blame it on a “small fraction” of your religion’s followers.
    Then push.
    Push some more.
    Talk of violence… say extreme things.
    Ignore while some that practice your faith mutilate or execute others in the name of your God.
    Then push some more while asking others for tolerance.

    How long before the sane get sick of the intolerance and abuse and the conflagration breaks out?
    Be prepared, or be a victim.
