That was one hell of a bird… I am of the belief that it’s still around and can be called back into action if need be, but I am also of the belief that we now have something even faster and higher flying…
Oh, the B-2s are quite still operational. They still fly from their bases. But yes, as I wrote here about the SR-72, I believe there may be the Aurora pulse-detonation aircraft already extant, with the massive Northrop Grumman RQ-180 drone extant, as well.
