Cockpit view: landing in a Boeing 747-400

I love cockpit view videos, frankly. I find them fascinating.

Is it just me, or does he appear too high on approach? It must be the perspective.

Figuring the cockpit is 28.5 feet off the ground at rest, it’s 35-40 feet up at touchdown. Remember, the heights you’re hearing are from the bottom of the main gear trucks as measured from the mid-point of the fuselage.
