This was such a bizarre act that I was looking for the PhotoShop indicators, until I watched the studio reaction from the interviewer.
Besides saying that he would eliminate American carrier groups, this would clearly indicate the man is a bubble or three off plumb.

This is typical of the quality of person drawn to the political light in this country.
Johnson’s ideas are, as Martin Sheen described of Col Kurtz in Apocalypse Now, “unsound.” Further, a man with that kind of docile behavior, unassertive voice and demeanor would get eaten for lunch by representatives from China, Russia, North Korea, Iran, et al.
