In The US: CLEAR Voter Intimidation & The DEM/MSM IGNORES The Issue!

For those members of the press who allegedly love a hot issue, here’s a story for them which involves corruption in government, intimidation of voters, conspiracies, lies, obfuscations, deflection, minimization and purposeful ignorance — up to and including malfeasance at the US Department of Justice and perhaps the White House.

What journalist wouldn’t love to break or hop onto that story?

Well, as you know, that story is here, the facts are in evidence — hell, the facts are on video — the witness statements are made and immured and. . .

. . .there is predominantly the chirping of crickets on the part of the DEM/MSM. Ho-hum. Move on (.org). Nothing to see here.

Why? you ask.

Because the story involves Bad and Evil Blacks and a Justice Department that is corrupt. In the Obama Administration. And it involves voter intimidation in poor black areas of a major US city.

And lord knows, we can’t — in the US press and media — help to expose the touchy topic of Blacks As Anything Less Than VICTIMS. Or a corrupted DOJ in the Obama Administration! Out of bounds! Out of bounds! 15 yards and loss of down!

The incident just doesn’t play to the National Media Theme of Bad Whites or Corruption in a Republican Administration — that would have been covered like a blanket from the first second of its exposure, and carried for weeks on end.

And so why won’t I — having recently addressed this incident — just leave the topic alone and move on to more pressing issues?

Because it sticks in my craw that such a heinous event involving our fundamental right to vote is so totally and purposely ignored by our national media. And it clearly, clearly proves that the media is as corrupt and untrustworthy as our federal government — as they are both in bed together, nightly rubbing each others’ backs with warm hyacinth oil and whispering soothing words into each others’ ears.

With one recent exception, from The Washington Times editorial page on Friday, July 2nd:

Editorial: media blackout for Black Panthers — Explosive racist allegations ignored by poodles in the press

Where is the New York Times? Where is The Washington Post? Where are CBS and NBC? A whistleblower makes explosive allegations about the Department of Justice; his story is backed by at least two other witnesses; and the allegations involve the two hot-button issues of race and of blatant politicization of the justice system. A potential constitutional confrontation stemming from the scandal brews between the Justice Department and the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. A congressman highly respected for thoughtfulness and bipartisanship has all but accused the department of serious impropriety. By every standard of objective journalism, this adds up to real news.

Or it would be real news if a Republican Justice Department stood accused. It would be real news if the liberal media weren’t mostly in the tank for our celebrated but failing first black president.

Oh, most assuredly yes.

Above, I mentioned involvement by the White House. Oddly enough, the editorial indicates:

On a parallel track, The Washington Times has reported strong circumstantial evidence suggesting that department officials may have consulted the White House before dismissing the case. That possibility, too, cries out for investigation.

The editorial logically concludes:

These broad policy questions and suggestions of political chicanery are important. Do we have a nation of laws equally applied to all, or is justice being reduced to raw politics? Investigating such questions is the essence of the news business. Failure to look into such a scandal is evidence of the institutional corruption of the much-ballyhooed “fourth branch of government,” a supposedly independent media.

An “independent media”?

Don’t make me laugh.

I find, these days, the real truths and facts are unearthed more in foreign media than my own.

  1. These are dark times we live in BZ. Economy in the crapper, civil liberties becoming politicaly expediencies, excercised when it suits the ruling party and ignored when they don’t.

I LITERALLY fear for my childrens future in this country. Canada may end up being a good alternative if things don’t get turned around. My God, to even have to think that leaving this country to find a BETTER PLACE makes me shiver.

On election day I am contemplating doing something I have never done.

    Punch 11.

I have always voted for the individual, not the party, but I do not want to help ANY Democrat gain or retain office.

  2. I dare those Black Panthers to come here to Texas and try that shit here!
Even in Dallas, they would probably be arrested, or seriously harmed.

It is time for people who believe in our Constitution to move to TEXAS, if they don’t like where they now live.
Like the Alamo, a line will be drawn in the stand.
    Come on Panthers,,,,I dare you.

  3. This sticks in my craw too. I’ve been following it, and the latest video of the one Black Panther is incredible. He is shouting over and over for Blacks to “kill crackers” “kill their babies”,… It is truly scary. He’s the one with the night stick.

  4. Good post and cartoon as well. How true. Firecap is right, setting aside the melodramatic we’re in DEEP Obamaturd and he can’t ‘politically’ last the 2 years or the country won’t.

  5. I’ve said it many times since this story came out.

IF it was white folks standing in front wearing Klan Robes and holding knight sticks, the media would be relentless in it’s coverage…

  6. Firecap5: I say, welcome to you here at BZ, thanks for visiting, and thanks for taking the time to comment! They are indeed dark times. But before I move to some form of Plan B, I’m waiting to see what happens in November here.

I can understand your grave concern for your children. Completely. I would recommend NOT voting for ANY Dems — and, further, be VERY selective in voting for Republicans on your ballot. Vet them. See if they are, in fact, Conservatives. Not DemLites like, for example, Olympia Snowe.

Thanks again for the time you’ve given here. With internet time so dear, I consider it an honor that new people visit and comment. Please return.

MrChuck: And that is WHY they didn’t try that crap in Tejas!

    TF: I suspect so. . .

Debbie: but, hey, c’mon, that’s not so bad, IS it. . . ?

Bushwack: no dispute. THAT is a Truth. Just like Clinton glossed over the fact that Robert Byrd wasn’t just the average KKK member, he was a LEADING member of the KKK and voted AGAINST civil rights and the Voting Act of 1965!

NFO: and with fewer F-bombs as well.

  7. Its just like that Black Panther told the white voter “you better look out when we get a black man in the White House” never were truer words spoken. I guess Obama was right “elections do have consequences”, but he failed to remember that elections keep coming and this Chicago thuggery will not stand for much longer.

I don’t expect a damn thing from the MSM, this is something they just as soon over look and that’s fine for each time they let something like this go unchallenged they lose support. I say their inaction will backfire. They are not helping themselves or that guy in the Oval Office one bit by remaining silent—those days are over with FOX and Talk Radio exposing the corruption that exist on the left. The right for many years has been assaulted time and time again by the MSM and many times rightly so, now its the lefts turn and they are squirming my friend.

  8. The corruption in big city voting will be continued, yes even in the November elections. But now many are being awaken to this mess and this last election may have very well been the high water mark of this bullsh*t! In the past votes have always been found in the large metropolitan centers needed to carry the day, especially in those state wide elections, but those days are going to end despite Obama and gang. November BZ, will be turning point I believe. Perhaps I tend to be overly optimistic.

  9. BZ- I will be selective in voting for Republicans also.

I, like you, do not trust either party to truly represent me. I am middle of the road, midwestern, “simple folk clinging to my guns and Bible”.

  10. I think it would be almost impossible to find a non-biased reporter that doesn’t support the liberal movement.

They wouldn’t dare report on the Black Panthers for fear of being called racists and yet, the Black Panthers are very vocal about wanting to kill white people and their babies, and less we forget, Jews.

We live in a very terrifying world and it’s not going to get any better. God bring us home.

  11. You’re right, BZ, AOW hit it squarely on the head. The truth is often so simple. That is also why many folks miss salvation in Christ, they think it’s too simple!

BTW, I believe I’ve been blogging since about ’07, but much less faithful than you. My hat is off to you BZ! You’re one of my favorite people, & we’ve never met!
