BofA is a bunch of shady creeps; dumped them long ago. I wouldn’t be at all surprised to find out that this was taking place.
Don’t really know. Looking for some kind of like verification.

I dumped them years ago but I don’t think it is legal for them to determine what type of transaction a cardholder makes.
That was my first thought. . .
