MSM: Beginning To Finally Stir?

Uh-oh. This doesn’t look good. Is the MSM/Defeatist-Elitist Media (DEM) actually beginning to awaken to the nature of Mr Obama?

CBS News has a headline here that reads: “Obama Reneges on Health Care Transparency.”
Then CNN’s Jack Cafferty shocks me, here:

I sat slack-jawed when I heard him say: “Here’s hoping the voters remember some of this crap when the mid-term elections roll around later this year.”
What kind of memory do you think the electorate will possess?

  1. Hopefully a damn good one but it’s up to those of us who have been aware of this all along to make sure those who haven’t been remember.

  2. cj: which is why it’s SO important that blogs such as ours continue to pound the message through. All politics is local — and though I no longer send cash to the RNC, I DO send cash to my local guy, Tom McClintock.

  3. The day the media exposes the major blunder by the State Department by giving a terrorist an entry visa who was already on the no-fly list is the day I will believe that the media is finally waking up.

  4. Don’t you know these boobs are so embarrassed that they stuck their necks out and Obama took a hatchet to the jugular. I hope they are having many sleepless nights.

This was so good. It’s a start, and you could tell from his body language and the way he spit-out his words that he meant every syllable.

I have this in my que to post too. It’s a classic.

  5. The electorate never remembers.
George Bush said that the job of fighting the war on terrorism (which included Iraq) would “take a long time, maybe decades”. There was no fumbling, no stumbling. Yet, two years later there was breast beating and finger pointing “Whyyyyyy has this taken so long!!!”.
Lies are forgotten. Campaign promises are set aside. Has anyone held Nancy Pelosi accountable for her “We’ll be out of Iraq” promise for her reelection?
Yet the “Bushisms” are run continuously, such as “Mission Accomplished”.
It’s nice to see someone, ANYONE, holding Obama accountable for the elitist, smug promises he made during the campaign.
    Okay.
I might be a little bitter.

  6. Z: and I’ll hold “independent” in a category separate from “moderate.” Whatever the hell THAT is.

Debbie: the polls are not looking quite so fruitful for the Demorats. . .

Mags: nice observation and correct: the dude was rather torqued about it all. Nicely done.

Jennifer: and there’s one difference between an adult and a child — someone who realizes there seldom is NO “quik-fix.”

    “Bitter? Table for 300-million?”

  7. LOT: I can hope this is a trend; I’m not yet convinced. They’re not falling all over themselves in droves.

Clint: those whose Obama vote was merely an “anti-Bush” vote are experiencing their own personal version of Buyers’ Remorse.

  8. What got me is that was on CNN!

Methinks they are finally realizing that being in the chorus is getting them no rewards and no ratings… and what a lovely leading edge to stage a way out! Through Cafferty the Grouch.

One bitch session does not a change in tide make, but it’s a fun moment if nothing else.
