– The re-institution of the Fairness Doctrine;
– The arrest of an ABC News producer for allegedly trespassing when he was on a public sidewalk;
These are your freedoms enjoyed at the behest of the Demorat Party.

Some have been postulating, Fred, that should these things occur under an Obama presidency, that one mere lawsuit would set things straight. I am not nearly so confident. . .

Lawsuits will be the next thing to be removed in their quest to “restore” (reinterpret) the constitution and our freedoms.
Then, the only thing left will be:

The govt at that time would do its best to lebel them terrorists and anto-social wacko’s, not unlike the Clinton Admin and the Militia movement. And of course the sheople and Obamaniacs would step along with them.
This is why Obama must not be allowed anywhere near the Oval Office. McCain is far from ideal, but some freedom would survive under him. Under Obama freedom would die and there would be no meaningful election in ’12.
