The apostle Paul says in his epistles that the end will come in the blink of an eye. Jesus says in the Gospels that the end will come like a thief in the night and that we should always be prepared.
Paul is talking about the second coming of Christ, Jesus about individual passing and particular judgement. Yes, signs in the heavens and earth are mentioned. Still, I don’t see the Biblical foundation for all the hoarding, and for once am at peace avoiding the anxiety stampede.
