Greece and Spain erupt into further flames:

Greece and Spain see more violence because of their lackluster economies.

Greece indicates that further cuts are looming.

From the UK Independent:

Day of rage in Greece as more stringent cuts loom

With wages, pensions and healthcare under threat, protesters flood the streets of Athens

Hospital doctors, pensioners, teachers and shopkeepers were among the demonstrators that participated in over 60 rallies throughout the debt-ridden country. Even the president of Greece’s police officers participated in the trade union march in Athens alongside uniformed colleagues from the fire department and coastguard.

“We don’t owe [money] to anyone, bring back what’s stolen,” was one of the chants that could be heard in Athens, echoing the violent resentment of many Greeks against politicians and their purported embroilment in tax evasion and corruption scandals.

ECONOMY FEARS SEND SPAIN’S RATES SOARING

Concern about the Spanish economy drove a sharp rise in the interest rates that investors charge to lend money to Madrid yesterday, increasing fears that eurozone crisis was worsening

The yield on the country’s 10-year bonds topped 6 per cent for the first time since early this month, reviving speculation that Madrid would have to seek a national bailout from its European partners.

The high rates come in a crucial week for the Spanish economy, with the government due to unveil its draft budget for 2013 today, and an audit of Spain’s banks expected to reveal how much money will be needed to prop up the country’s ailing lenders on Friday.

These riots can not just happen — but will happen in these United States.  And soon.

And: why Putin wants Mr Obama to win his second term.

  1. It might be just A LITTLE early, but…
I’m taking MOST of my cash out of checking and savings accounts.
Better SAFE than standing in a long line of frantic people, SORRY.

  2. Believe it or not I have a friend that buries his money in his backyard. So I joked with him and asked, where exactly do you live?

On kidding aside, this is getting serious.

  3. I do not give a crap about Spain.
I am inflamed about the ignorant negroes, are they any others????, taking over the airways as Obama gives them more “FREE SHIT AND STUFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I am in an area that is ready and able to repel any negro riot that should come here to commit suicide.
What worries me now is the big cities that will be over-run because they won’t repel them.
Gonna be like the Africa rebellion soon!!!!!

  4. The rioters in Greece and Spain just want what the government has promised them over the years. Unfortunately the promises were made by political leaders who were more concerned about their reelection that the future of their nations. As Rev. Wright might say the chickens have come home to roost. And now they look to Germany to bail then out. Wonder who we will look to when the spending finally catches up to us—-perhaps China! Wonder what the price of that ultimate bailout will be—-our freedoms.

  5. I think it’ll happen here, too…………next year. Merkel can’t help saying Islam is part of Germany; it IS. My Munich born/bred stepson (who still lives there) says it’s OUTRAGEOUS…that islamists are attacking Germans on the undergrounds and cops just stand and watch. WHY? I believe Islam is farther along with nukes than we know and they’re threatening…”either shut up, or……..”
I have thought that for about 3 years now.
I believe Netanyahu knows that, too.
man. DAMN, what happened to western society while islam was building up?

    • I’m telling you, if Israel goes into Iran and that attack is not diverted, the world really WILL stand on the brink because Russia will step in on the Iranian side, and China wants the Iranian oil to flow.

      Think: mined Straits of Hormuz.

Think: Shahab-3 missiles aimed at the oil fields of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, and the oil ports as well.
