From the UKMailOnline:
Question to my readers: where do the greatest number of Muslims live? Answer: Indonesia. Check the headline. The loving understanding of Islam. A final tidbit: the pilot’s wife and children moved out of their home the day before the MH370 incident.

P.S.
The pilot did it.
Killed all passengers by going up to 45,000 feet.
Flew it to his MUSLIM Valhalla!
Plane now in a hangar somewhere in Iran.
Muslims win.
Another ‘theory’ or more correctly speculation… Nice graphic though… Although there is not a shred of evidence that the ‘radar track’ is or was actually MA370…
Since you were in aviation, any specific thoughts, NFO?

My immediate impression (saw a few reports at the time the turn west was revealed) was that the plane went to Iran.
Current info. as posted above suggests that the Airport at Iranshahr was achievable with a margin for error including the avoidance of Indian air space given the time and fuel allotment. In fact, the ping time on the engines makes this example destination almost an exact match.
What sewed it for me initially; two Iranians saying that their intentions were to head away from Iran.
I hope the passengers survive.
Remembering the Iranian hostage crisis of 1980, we ushered out the weakest president in U.S. history and replaced him with one of our strongest.
That one lasted 444 days. 967 days remain slated for this regime.
They say history repeats itself…. perhaps there is a silver lining.
Looking out I can see it’s still snowing! At least 5 inches here on St. Patrick’s day. AGW strikes again. Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
Darn, it IS St Patty’s day. Looks like I’ll have to celebrate!

“Maldives police on Tuesday announced an investigation into reports that residents of the remote Maldives island of Kuda Huvadhoo in Dhaal Atoll have seen a “low flying jumbo jet” on the morning of the disappearance of the Malaysia Airlines flight MH370.
But the police did not reveal any details.
Whilst the disappearance of the Boeing 777 jet, carrying 239 passengers has left the whole world in bewilderment, several residents of Kuda Huvadhoo told Haveeru on Tuesday that they saw a “low flying jumbo jet” at around 6:15am on March 8.
They said that it was a white aircraft, with red stripes across it – which is what the Malaysia Airlines flights typically look like.
Eyewitnesses from the Kuda Huvadhoo concurred that the aeroplane was travelling North to South-East, towards the Southern tip of the Maldives – Addu. They also noted the incredibly loud noise that the flight made when it flew over the island.
A local aviation expert told Haveeru that it is “likely” for MH370 to have flown over the Maldives. The possibility of any aircraft flying over the island at the reported time is extremely low, the expert added…
Satellite data suggests that the last “ping” was received from the flight somewhere close to the Maldives and the US naval base on Diego Garcia.
But the Maldives is not amongst the countries that Malaysian authorities had sought help from in its search for the missing jet. Malaysia has listed the countries that it had appealed for assistance: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, China, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia and France.”
And this:
The Maldives report came just a few hours after a Malaysian newspaper revealed information about the home-made flight simulator used in the home of MH370 Captain Shah.
“Among the software we checked so far is the Male International Airport in Maldives, three airports in India and Sri Lanka, and one belonging to the US military base in Diego Garcia. All have a runway length of 1,000 metres,” a source told the Malay Daily newspaper
