Honestly, don’t know if I feel disgusted by his flagrant disrespect to Judge Scalia or relieved he won’t pollute this solemn event by his faux sadness. I am sure he would have found some way to turn the focus towards himself. I wonder if there is a possibility the family didn’t want him there.
That same thought went through my wheelhouse as well. Perhaps it’s a relief to the family that he won’t attend. He certainly has made it clear how he feels about conservative jurists.
