This stems, I’d wager, from the incident in November of 1978, when Dan White shot Harvey Milk and George Moscone in SF at City Hall. Feinstein saw Dan White leaving Mayor Moscone’s office, enroute to Harvey Milk’s office. Feinstein was the first person to find Harvey Milk after White had shot him.
She won’t stop.
