Looks to me that being run over by his brother killed him. Perhaps only a few minutes early but that counts as far as the law is concerned. Charge the younger with the death of his brother. Let him witness the evidence during his trial. That’s the kind of pork I’d like to see.

The older brother had collapsed on the tarmac after being shot. The younger brother got into his car a good 50 feet away, started it and swerved to the left on purpose to run him over, because he would be immediately captured by the police.
Yes, he ran him over so he could not say anything.
