The Justice Department on Monday asked lawmakers for more time to gather evidence related to President Trump’s claim that former President Obama ordered wiretaps on Trump Tower’s phones during last year’s presidential campaign.
The House Intelligence Committee said it would give the Justice Department until March 20 to comply.
Current and former administration officials have been unable to provide any evidence of the Obama administration wiretapping Trump Tower, yet the president’s aides have been reluctant to publicly contradict their boss.
Continuing, there are additional sources tending to lend credence to the wiretapping, as revealed by Judge Andrew Napolitano.
Napolitano said, “[T]hree intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command. He didn’t use the NSA. He didn’t use the CIA. He didn’t use the FBI, and he didn’t use Department of Justice. He used GCHQ. What the heck is GCHQ? That’s the initials for the British spying agency. They have 24/7 access to the NSA database. So by simply having two people go to them saying, ‘President Obama needs transcripts of conversations involving candidate Trump, conversations involving president-elect Trump,’ he’s able to get it, and there’s no American fingerprints on this.”
One video I was told to watch was this, wherein Mark Levin sets an argument for the wiretapping of Trump.
Senator Rand Paul also happens to think it would have been relatively easy to wiretap Donald Trump.
I’d like to make this point obvious for those who may not know. The days of trying to access some kind of big closet or room with lots of copper connectors are over. You no longer have to physically access that room covertly and then attach any number of alligator clips and check your buttset. Most phone systems in business and agencies run VOIP, which is Voice Over Internet Protocol. Right. The internet. Go figure.
After all, Mr Obama has an historic pattern of bugging and surveilling the offices and technology of sitting presidents. Why not an individual running for US president? Too far fetched?

What about Mr Obama attempting to undermine and influence the elections in Israel, because he didn’t want to see Benjamin Netanyahu elected? It seems to me the Obama administration was playing politics with a presidential election.
What about Jason Chaffetz who, during the Obama administration, had Secret Service agents combing through his personal records in a politically-driven revenge attack?
What about James Rosen, an American journalist, who had his emails and calls on roughly 20 phones exposed as a result of Obama’s minion, Eric Holder? Obama claimed he never ordered surveillance on any American citizen — but Holder wouldn’t have conducted something of this import without keeping his melanin-related BFF updated.
We know, via Wikileaks, that Obama did in fact surveil and violate the rights and privacy of American journalists. Here is a copy of a search warrant indicating so.
In addition to the above list we also know now that Obama wire tapped various individuals in the US media that were reporting information not flattering to the Obama Administration. It is widely known that Obama’s Justice Department targeted journalists with wiretaps in 2013:

A source who checked her laptop said the hacker used spyware “proprietary to a government agency,” according to an article in the New York Post.

What Lewis doesn’t do, however, is offer that same level of denial regarding the FBI or the DOJ. What Lewis specifically didn’t do is unequivocally state that Obama did not have Donald Trump tapped. It’s a proverbial non-denial denial. Gorgeous. Further, do you think Obama was so laissez-faire about his administration that he was unaware of what was occurring around him at all times? I do not.
On Sunday during Meet The Press, Obama’s Director of National Intelligence (DNI, a position above the CIA Director) James Clapper stated no agency operating under him — including the FBI — wiretapped the Trump concerns. Clapper added: “to my knowledge.” Equivocation.
Let us not forget this is the same James Clapper who lied nakedly to all of America when he testified under oath that the NSA never collected phone data on millions of Americans — when in fact the NSA Hoovered personal data like a baleen whale with krill. Clapper massages his pate and says “not wittingly.” Edward Snowden proved that Clapper was lying his political ass off.
But are these mere suppositions of wiretapping?
NO. THEY ARE NOT.
Fox’s Kimberly Guilfoyle spoke to a left-leaning journalist named Cathy Areu on Saturday the 4th, who told Guilfoyle that a source inside the White House said, about the tap:
There were concerns that Trump and his surrogates may have been colluding with the Russians as a possible bargaining chip to influence the election. Therefore a wiretap was conducted.
Areu’s female source said she was unsure who secured the warrant, but that it was granted. Areu said her female Obama administration source stated:
“The intelligence community did its due diligence given the threat of the Russian influence. The (Obama) White House was aware of it.”
Meaning two critically important thingies:
1. The wiretap occurred, and
2. The president had to know.
Let me repeat that at the risk of becoming a member of the Department of Redundancy Dept:
Because, after all, we don’t need anything more to substantiate an allegation of corruption or abuse against President Trump other than an “unnamed source,” do we? Of course not. Turnabout is fair play.
Also: there was in fact a FISA request by the Obama Administration in June of 2016 and then in October of 2016, to monitor communications involving Donald Trump, not yet president-elect.

I stated that myself back on February 17th: Trump should have ripped James Comey out of the FBI by his roots because Comey would do nothing but provide heartache. Who to replace the bereft-of-courage James Comey? Might I suggest John Bolton? Rudy Giuliani? Perhaps even Sheriff David Clarke? One does not have to be an attorney to be director. One must only have a keen managerial skill, fortitude and reverence for the law as opposed to naked politics.
Judge Andrew Napolitano reveals an important aspect of Obama’s presidential power.
“Because of the unique interpretation of a Ronald Reagan executive order, 13222, and because of the language in the USA Freedom Act, the successor to much of the FISA law, NSA now has the ability to capture in real time the digital copies of everybody’s phone calls. Everybody, cell and landline, everybody’s keystroke, mobile device and desktop.”
“All digital information going over fiber optics, into the US, out of the US or within the US. NSA works for the President. If the President asks for a transcribed copy of any of that, they’ll give it to him. As well, the FISA statute says in it, ‘not withstanding all of the rules above and below.’ The President of the United States can order surveillance on any person in the United States in conjunction with a certificate or a certification filed by the Attorney General.”
Napolitano admits that it’s legal but not constitutional from his point of view, describing it as “profoundly unconstitutional but it is legal because the statute says it. So think about this, if you’re Barack Obama and you have the ability by making a phone call to hear what Donald Trump is saying, are you going to bother with trying to get a warrant? Why would you get the warrant?”
“The bottom line is, they did wiretap Trump Tower. They tapped a server they thought was communicating somehow with Russia. This is a legitimate charge and we need a serious investigation.”
Asked whether he believes the NSA is tapping Trump, Binney replied: “Absolutely. How did they get the phone call between the president and the president of Australia? Or the one that he made with Mexico? Those are not targeted foreigners.”
Please consider: how did anyone know the context of Michael Flynn’s phone calls from the Trump tower absent a wiretap? How did anyone know the context of President Trump’s phone calls to Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull absent a wiretap?
How?
The shoe is now on the other foot with regard to the Demorats, Leftists, American Media Maggots and, more pointedly, on Barack Hussein Obama.
All of this is occurring predominantly because President Trump fundamentally threatens the sinecure of all the DC bureaucrats making bank on jobs that produce nothing but yield financial splendor and fiscal independence for life. Mel Brooks, from the film Blazing Saddles, sums it up best.

Former Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein‘s recount efforts in Michigan indicate that there was indeed voter fraud in the Great Lake State — but it favored Hillary Clinton.
The evidence of shenanigans was discovered in more than one-third of the voting precincts situated within the Democrat controlled city of Detroit. Machines in those precincts tabulated more votes than what they should have.
This is just one area. In just one state. Stein contested three states to include Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin — then had her cases shot down by federal judges in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. The recount is done.
So I say: let’s make sure we do in fact open invetigations into election fraud in major urban rat cages around America. Because one clear thing will be found: rampant fraud on the Left in favor of the Demorats.
As Donald Trump says, “rigging the election.” But wait; the American Media Maggots assure us unequivocally that the election is not rigged and it’s all in our minds. Besides, if there were actual evidence it wasn’t acquired “fairly.” Isn’t that the pot calling the kettle black?

I too wrote about Barack Hussein Obama sending and receiving emails from Hillary’s private server — under an alias which, to me, proves consciousness of guilt — as being one of the reasons Obama absolutely must keep HRC from the focus of any negative press or prosecution.

Obama DOJ drops charges against alleged provider of Libyan weapons

Arms dealer had threatened to expose Hillary Clinton’s talks about arming anti-Qadhafi rebels.
The Obama administration is moving to dismiss charges against an arms dealer it had accused of selling weapons that were destined for Libyan rebels.
Lawyers for the Justice Department on Monday filed a motion in federal court in Phoenix to drop the case against the arms dealer, an American named Marc Turi, whose lawyers also signed the motion.
Here come the two most important paragraphs of the entire story.
The deal averts a trial that threatened to cast additional scrutiny on Hillary Clinton’s private emails as Secretary of State, and to expose reported Central Intelligence Agency attempts to arm rebels fighting Libyan leader Moammar Qadhafi.
Just as Hillary has shite on Obama, Marc Turi has shite on Obama and Hillary. Therefore, the DOJ was directed by Lynch via DC and Mr Obama to drop the case that could further damage DC, Obama and Clinton. That’s how it’s played.

A Turi associate asserted that the government dropped the case because the proceedings could have embarrassed Clinton and President Barack Obama by calling attention to the reported role of their administration in supplying weapons that fell into the hands of Islamic extremist militants.
Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State blinkered Libya and essentially had Muammar Gaddafi killed — who for the longest time had been keeping himself quiet following the 1986 bombing of Libya under Reagan, in retaliation for a Berlin disco bombing where a US serviceman was killed. Gaddafi got in line, disarmed, gave up his nuclear program and WMD in 2003 under Bush and otherwise became a much quieter guy. He saw what happened in Iraq.
Turi adviser Robert Stryk of the government relations and consulting firm SPG accused the government of trying to scapegoat Turi to cover up Clinton’s mishandling of Libya.
“The U.S. government spent millions of dollars, went all over the world to bankrupt him, and destroyed his life — all to protect Hillary Clinton’s crimes,” he said, alluding to the deadly Sept. 11, 2012 terrorist attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya.
Note this as well:
Wikileaks head Julian Assange in July suggested that he had emails proving that Clinton “pushed” the “flows” of weapons “going over to Syria.”
She knew of and had a hand in the gun-running scheme which originated from the oval office.
Now, because of the US involved in gun-running again, not unlike Fast and Furious — (which resulted in the death of USBP Agent Brian Terry) — asses must be covered, secrets must be kept and lives, unfortunately, were lost once more. This time, four lives.
Do you see how squalid and dirty and corrupt this all is?
Now it starts to come together, does it not? The information dovetails and dots can now be connected. It is all intertwined and rife with Demorat corruption on every level. Items and incidents that you initially thought unconnected have now been linked.
Benghazi had to be minimized because it involved gun-running by the US government under Barack Hussein Obama — not unlike Iran-Contra. The running meme had to be an anti-Islamic video because Obama had already stated he had al Qaeda “on the run” and anything not in keeping that meme could not be tolerated. But that was only one aspect.
Then came the gun-running scheme from Obama and his Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton. The New York Times had already published, in December of 2012 (almost two months following the attack on the Benghazi compound, September 11th of 2012), this article:

Again, asses had to be covered since the attack had not been anticipated and the lying commenced immediately.
Susan Rice was briefed in terms of the talking points for the Sunday news shows whilst, simultaneously, Hillary Clinton emailed her own daughter Chelsea (giving her daughter the alias of “Diane Reynolds,” clear consciousness of guilt), the very night of the attack, and wrote that two officers had been killed, attributing the attack to an “Al-Qaeda-like group.” Hillary Clinton and her daughter both knew the truth yet Hillary spun lies from the very beginning, meant to be consumed by the public, that the attack was a spontaneous reaction to an anti-Islamic video created in the US.
“We’ve seen rage and violence directed at American embassies over an awful internet video,” Hillary Clinton said, lying to America. Then she lied to the faces of the parents of the dead Benghazi soldiers.
Susan Rice lied, Hillary Clinton lied, and Barack Obama let them both carry his water. Why? Because Barack Hussein Obama was up for re-election in 2012.
The fix was in yet, at the same time, the complications were beginning to snowball. Things were beginning to unravel for Hillary Clinton.
Even to the extent that Christopher Stevens was present to facilitate and monitor some of those acts and, because of secrecy, Christopher Stevens and three other Americans had to be sacrificed in order to keep that secrecy.
Hillary Clinton’s emails could not be exposed because they not only illustrated that she was conducting Clinton Foundation business through her Secretary of State private email — in order to keep that secret as well — but because I suspect there is also information contained within those emails about Benghazi and gun running. And those were the emails classified as “secret” and will not be released for two reasons. One, that it would show Obama’s complicity and, two, that it would show Hillary Clinton’s as well.
Initially, Clinton likely had the server set up to hide the pay-to-play activities conducted during her tenure as secretary of state, but it had the added bonus of enabling her to hide her inevitable failures in the Libyan role — evidenced by her duplicity involving the Benghazi terror attacks.
Even worse, we learned that Barack Hussein Obama sent and received emails to Hillary’s private server — under an alias — because of FBI records released on Friday, September 23rd. At that time, Obama had no idea that the subject of Hillary’s private server would become any sort of issue. Even so, when this was discovered, the State Department refused to disclose the content of Mr Obama’s emails, citing the “presidential communications privilege” — a kind of executive privilege designed to foil FOIA requests.
You see how large and juggernaut-like the snowball became, and why both Hillary and Obama continued to perpetuate lies and cover-ups, insisting their lackeys do the same? Things didn’t get better on the email front, they got worse, thanks to Republicans like Trey Gowdy, Jason Chaffetz and Darrell Issa, who were tenacious and refused to give up — despite the constant clangor of the American Media Maggots that “there is nothing to see here, this is not the corruption you are looking for, move on, move on.”
Said lackeys would include Attorney General Loretta Lynch and FBI Director James Comey, of the so-called Department of Justice.
Now you understand why Comey, in his fundamentally-flawed reasoning — yet still setting out some meaty hooks from which to hang Hillary Clinton — determined he would not recommend an indictment for Clinton and why, in her own way, Loretta Lynch threw Comey under the bus when saying she would abide by his conclusions. She knew the deed was done and the fix was in. She had received “the phone call” as well as Director Comey. They both understood what was at stake, overall. Now their own political asses were on the line. Bill Clinton’s “coincidental” meeting at the airport with Lynch was nothing more than a confirmation of same. The fix, in fact, was most definitely “in.”
Let us not forget the recent approval for destruction by the FBI of laptops belonging to former Clinton chief of staff Cheryl Mills and ex-campaign staffer Heather Samuelson, in an exchange for immunity which also limits the FBI’s search to no later than Jan. 31, 2015. “This meant investigators could not review documents for the period after the email server became public — in turn preventing the bureau from discovering if there was any evidence of obstruction of justice.”
Immunity is provided for testimony. Do you see testimony here? You cannot “take the 5th” because, due to the immunity itself, it is not self-incrimination. Where is the testimony of Mills and Samuelson? And why destroy evidence? The very concept of immunity is to collect andkeep evidence, not to destroy it. The only possible purpose would be to permanently dispose of prejudicial evidence against Obama, Clinton, Lynch, Comey, Turi, et al.
All because of “hdr22@clintonemail.com.” That was Hillary Rodham Clinton’s private email address. The one Gawker discovered by way of Sidney Blumenthal’s hacked emails via “Guccifer.”
