I will be regaling a post soon, which illuminates the shocking but purposeful similarities between a fictional government and our current American government.

I was thinking about this while watching the movie The Hunger Games. I couldn’t shake the thought that our Government could infact “punish” a conservative movement (“a threat to homeland security”) by taking our children and piting them against one another in a fight to the death, while all the sheeple sit around and watch it on TV. Sad.
Haven’t seen the movie or read the book, but it seems quite clear that the Orwell novel “1984” is becoming more of a reality by the day. To the point where I ordered a copy of the book I read many, many years ago.
