BREAKING: Holder OK’d search warrant for Fox News reporter’s private emails, official says

Eric Holder = Corrupt LiarFrom, oddly enough, NBC News:

Attorney General Eric Holder signed off on a controversial search warrant that identified Fox News reporter James Rosen as a “possible co-conspirator” in violations of the Espionage Act and authorized seizure of his private emails, a law enforcement official told NBC News on Thursday.

The disclosure of the attorney general’s role came as President Barack Obama, in a major speech on his counterterrorism policy, said Holder had agreed to review Justice Department guidelines governing investigations that involve journalists.

Holder previously said he recused himself from the AP subpoena because he had been questioned as a witness in the underlying investigation into a leak about a foiled bomb plot in Yemen. His role in personally approving the Rosen search warrant had not been previously reported.

Ladies and gentlemen, the fingerprints may finally be on the knife.

The fingerprints belonging to a major player in the OBAMA Cabinet.

James Rosen’s warrant was signed by Eric Holder.

And so: WHY isn’t this splayed all over the national media?

Oh yeah; right.

Obama is so duplicitous.  He mentions the case; he purposely does not mention Eric Holder and does not call for the resignation or firing or prosecution of Eric Holder.

Ben Stein — who worked in the Nixon Administration, just said on O’Reilly: “This is Richard Nixon all over again, minus all the foreign policy achievements.”

  1. Sure is lots of stuff going on, all at once. What are the flimflamers up to? Way too many distractions. What is it we are not supposed to see? Immigration? Ground work for a third term?

      • S tsunami? Oh, yes please. See where the Democratic National Committee is spinning all this as the GOP’s fault.

The Democratic National Committee is accusing the GOP of “making up so-called ‘scandals’ out of thin air.”
In an email to supporters, DNC Spokesman Brad Woodhouse writes that Republicans’ accusations of scandal aren’t legitimate — a claim that’s sure to draw howls from the right.

“Getting in President Obama’s way has been the top priority for Republicans in Congress since day one. But now they’ve gone too far. They’ve been caught red-handed making up so-called ‘scandals’ out of thin air to stir up false rumors of vast ‘cover-ups’ happening in the White House,” Woodhouse writes.

Yeah, sure. Got to keep those donor dollars flowing.

  2. I am sure Eric Holder knows nothing about this. That’s been his defense throughout his tenure at Justice and it seems to have served him well. I see no reason he would change it now.

    • Of course he knows nothing. That’s the job of a good Obama Administrator, is it not? High pay, great perks, know nothing.

  3. “…it is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
    Signifying nothing.”
Obama denies, Holder denies, clinton ditto. Some low level people quit and it all starts to fade from the media. And nothing really changes. Or do I need to cultivate more patience. Cause I begin to wonder too, what is going on in the background that we do not see.
“Look like the innocent flower, but be the serpent under ‘t.”

  4. All we need now is for one of the Supreme Court Justices to retire,,,,and Obutthole to appoint a Leninst replacement!

    • I’m rather secure in the knowledge that Obama will get to stack at least one more justice in this term.

    • Oddly enough, Joe, it appears that there is a real challenge for the Senate, in time.

      It’s not impossible.
